"O serviço do hotel foi de primeira classe e os funcionários muito simpáticos. O quarto tinha vista para a cidade e os funcionários nos ajudaram com a bagagem no check-in e no check-out. "Warm welcome by receptionist. Awesome service. Quality and service at par excellence. Very much near to train stations. The Best Western was perfectly fine for my one-night business trip to Melbourne—clean enough and very well-located. My only real complaint is that basic amenities were missing; there was no toothpaste or bottled water in the room. It didn't ruin my stay, but adding these simple comforts would go a long way for short-stay guests."

"Overall our stay was good. We had a little bit of an issue with the hot water in our shower, but it wasn’t the worst thing. I was a little bit disappointed that no one congratulated my partner and I getting married during our stay. I had mentioned it in the notes prior to our stay. We weren’t expecting anything complimentary, but just a simple “congratulations” or acknowledgement would’ve been nice. We found the concierge and restaurant workers to be a lot nicer than the service desk workers."

"Hotel front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them. Hotel room is just perfect for a Solo traveller in terms of room size, facilities, lighting, etc. I love the room interior. It looks bright and motivating. Lighting is bright which I always prefer and I have the option to switch off some lights if I want it a bit darker before sleeping. Toilet looks compact but there is certainly enough space to take shower and do other stuff. There is a sofa which makes the room look more classy. The bed, pillow and sofa are very comfortable. I was able to adjust the Aircon and keep myself warm and comfortable. In room dining service was excellent. I ordered a vegetarian dish and it was tasty. Hotel is conveniently situated within CBD and I am able to walk over to wherever I want or take tram and travel around the city. I love this hotel and I will stay in this hotel again when I revisit Melbourne in the coming months."

"Rydges is a great hotel and the location is perfect. This is my second time staying here. The first time, I booked a Deluxe King Corner Room with the church view, that room is absolutely gorgeous. This time we stayed in a Twin King Suite. The view isn’t as nice, but having the beds separated from the sitting area is perfect, especially for the kids bedtime. A couple of downsides: the pool isn’t very kid-friendly if your children aren’t strong swimmers, or if you’re shorter and need to supervise them closely. The shallow end is still 1.2 metres deep. The couch in the room is also not very comfortable, honestly, the floor felt like a better option. We also had trouble getting through to reception from the room phone. We tried calling four times with no answer and ended up walking down, which was fine, but a bit inconvenient. Room service picked up quickly though, so I’m not sure if there’s an issue with their reception line. Overall, still a lovely stay, just a few things to be aware of."

"We recently stayed at the Rendezvous, which was a wonderful experience, the staff we encountered were very nice, and the room was pleasant! We felt extremely grateful for the offer to leave our bags at the hotel during the day post-check-out. This was a lifesaver and immensely appreciated.  Our only note was the lack of a few amenities, as we stayed as a couple (ie. toothbrushes, number of glasses in the room, etc.) however, none of these caused us any issue.  Thank you again; and we look forward to staying again! (Perhaps during a quieter, cheaper period)"

UUsuário convidadoThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

LLogan2910First time we stay at Park Hyatt Melbourne and the experience can't be better. The hotel is a little far away from the middle of the city but it has its own advantages such as better gardens, more quiet and also pretty spacious courtyard. The hotel and rooms gave me a touch of the 1900s decoration style, which is pretty impressive. The room was spacious and well equipped, and I was especially loving the Le Labo brand used in the bathroom. The fine dining experience was truly amazing, with pretty good acoustic music. Overral, the stay was pleasant, and I would definitely visit again.

UUsuário convidadoWe initially booked just two nights at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, but the outstanding service we received made us extend our stay—and I’m so glad we did. The level of attentiveness and genuine care shown by the staff truly elevated our experience. One moment that stood out was during breakfast. My husband asked a staff member at the pastry section whether the items were halal. She explained it to him politely, and to our surprise, about 15 minutes later, the Assistant Director of the restaurant, Mr. Albert, personally came to our table. He took the time to explain the halal options available and even assured us that eggs could be prepared using separate utensils. While I was getting bread, Mr. Albert noticed and came over again, kindly asking if I would like my eggs prepared then. He immediately instructed the chef to prepare eggs and nuggets for me and told me to sit comfortably while he arranged everything to be brought over. His thoughtfulness and proactive service left a lasting impression. It’s rare to see such initiative and care, and it made me feel confident that I had chosen the right hotel. I will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Melbourne to my family and friends. The hotel is fortunate to have a staff member like Mr. Albert—he truly deserves recognition for his outstanding hospitality.

GGuest UserMy stay here was excellent! The front desk staff were very responsive, and my room was spotless with no odd smells. The bedding was super comfortable. I was really impressed with the soundproofing – it was so quiet! The shower had great water pressure too. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the service staff were all very friendly. The only minor downside was that the gym had limited equipment. Overall, it's great value for money and I'd highly recommend it for business travelers.

UUsuário anônimoVery clean and newly renovated airport hotel, provide excellent complimentary airport transfer service on demand. Had a quiet stay with good rest, totally can't hear the noise from aircraft as is not under the flying path, although just situated less than 10 mins drive away from airport. Room amenities were sufficient and good, especially the high power hairdryer and heating bulb to keep the bathroom warm. The only downside is they did not provide any bottle drinking water, otherwise would be a perfect score!

Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

UUsuário anônimoThe hotel is v new, just opened recently so the facilities are kinda cool. It’s like half hostel half hotel vibe where there is a common space, gym and kitchen at level 1. The gym is super cool, should check out if you have time, there is small tvs in front which could display exercise guiding video. The kitchen sometimes can get dirty especially the sink there, it might clock and has fly. You generally fill up water at the sink there so you might mind and gets quite disgusted. There is no slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, tea and water provided in the room. Without slippers, it can be quite cold stepping into the bathroom. The room is quite dark, there isn’t a bulb at the top of the room so it’s designed such that you just get back to hotel and have sleep. You also can’t get light near the end of the room. The staffs said they will do housekeeping for every 4 days so let’s say you stay up for 3 days, no one will come and clean up the room for you. Good and bad. The hotel wifi sometimes will lost connection, maybe there is too many people using, I’m not sure but it’s quite annoying. The shower holder is too tall, definitely higher than 2m, not user-friendly. The location is v accessible, there is a tram station called queen Victoria market nearby and it’s within free tram zone. There is a 7 11 at the end of the street, convenient to grab something fast. If you like Asian food especially Chinese/ Malaysian, there is quite a lot of options you can choose from
