Hotéis em Bintan com balcony

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity. One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

O Segundo tempo no Campo de Bamboo é impressionante e é Muito relaxante.Podemos recomendá-lo a qualquer pessoa que goste de passar algum tempo Na natureza e gostar de um excelente pessoal. O pessoal foi a um quilómetro extra, quando conseguimos verificar cedo, quando alguém estava a armazenar cerveja na chuva, quando tínhamos cafés de manhã às 6h, e gostávamos Da piscina e Das várias actividades no terreno, Como arquearia. Queremos voltar!Obrigado por tudo.

Adorei o resort, os funcionários, o café da manhã e tudo mais. Na verdade, tínhamos reservado com outros amigos da família para uma escapadinha no feriado do Dia Nacional de Singapura, mas nossos filhos ficaram doentes e tivemos que cancelar a viagem. Ainda bem que reservamos novamente e nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, definitivamente recomendo. Os quartos em tenda são espaçosos e o chuveiro ao ar livre foi uma experiência totalmente nova para nós (meus filhos se divertiram muito). A piscina do resort era super fotogênica, tiramos muitas fotos lá. Preciso agradecer muito à equipe do café da manhã, Sra. Nazwan, Sra. Naiya, Nelu e Sra. Devi!!! Elas foram incríveis em entreter as crianças, especialmente a Sra. Devi e sua equipe, que surpreenderam minha filha pequena com um bolo de aniversário (foi por isso que fizemos essa viagem improvisada para Bintan). Outro agradecimento ao Sr. Ham, responsável pela animação infantil. Minha filha mais velha teve a oportunidade de tocar (desculpe, esqueci o nome do instrumento) um instrumento musical, e o Sr. Ham a orientou pacientemente. Ela arrasou na hora. (Mamãe orgulhosa🤭) Depois de conversar com o Sr. Ham, fiquei muito impressionada com a ideia dele de ampliar as atividades de entretenimento infantil no resort, para que os pais possam ter um tempo livre para relaxar. Parabéns à equipe do Natra Bintan Resort. Já estou ansiosa pela nossa próxima estadia aqui.

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! Will definitely recommend my friends and family here. Thank you to all team from Pantai Indah :)

The villa was very spacious, huge bed, strong aircon, private pool that you could access from the entrance of your room, your bedroom and the toilet! Soaps, towels, slippers, dental kits were all provided 👍 There's a TV that can access netflix and streaming channels too! The staff were all helpful, warm and friendly and spoke good english so communications were very smooth. The main channel of communications was through Whatsapp. There is a mall nearby (Plaza Lagoi) that has souvenir shops, a minimart, ice-cream shop, bar and a 2-level Mustafa center. Its very worth money-wise! Would love to visit again.

It was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

O check-in foi rápido e fácil. Os quartos já estavam com uma temperatura extremamente baixa, de 16°C, com o cartão inserido no sistema. Muito apreciado devido ao calor intenso. A piscina era pequena. Mais para relaxar do que para nadar. A academia era pequena. Fechada com vidro e com a parte superior aberta, o que a tornava muito quente e úmida. A esteira era péssima. Era mais parecida com uma esteira doméstica do que com as que normalmente encontramos em hotéis. Meu grupo de 14 adultos decidiu jantar no café/restaurante. O cardápio era limitado, mas suficiente para experimentarmos a culinária local. Infelizmente, a comida demorou muito e chegou aos poucos, ou seja, um prato chegava depois de 10 a 15 minutos de espera. Imagine 14 adultos pedindo vários pratos e bebidas? Devemos ter pedido mais de 30 pratos, sem contar as bebidas. Só nos últimos 20 minutos do jantar é que vários pratos saíram da cozinha ao mesmo tempo. A equipe definitivamente não estava preparada para lidar com tantos pedidos à noite. Alguns pratos, como o satay, estavam frios. Outros pratos também estavam faltando. Uma verdadeira decepção. Os garçons foram simpáticos e pacientes. O café da manhã estava muito melhor. Muitas opções e pratos variados. Este hotel parece ser uma escolha popular entre os chineses. O hotel inteiro estava lotado deles durante o café da manhã.

Was here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.

Pequeno resort boutique elegante com uma equipe muito agradável. Ambiente muito sereno, sem famílias e crianças barulhentas. Rodeado por muito habitat de mangue dentro da propriedade. Fora da propriedade, você pode pedalar até aldeias rústicas locais e cais de pescadores (15 minutos a pé). Poderia ter sido melhor se o wifi fosse mais estável. A eletricidade tropeçou uma vez quando estávamos lá para 3D/2n..e se houver um.mini-frigorífico no quarto, seria perfeito. Caso contrário, todas as instalações são boas o suficiente. O menu serve uma variedade de comida ocidental, indonésia e chinesa, mas sua melhor escolha seria a deliciosa seleção indonésia. Estão disponíveis atividades aquáticas básicas, como piscina com vista para o mar, caiaque e outros passeios no local. Para crianças: pequenos escorregadores, balanços, gangorras, pequenos animais como coelhos, gatos e galinhas. Entretenimento: jogos de tabuleiro simples, uno, dardos, etc.
