"We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend. Their hospitality was amazing. They’ve upgraded our room and decorated it for the occasion. They’ll provide us with all the info they have and try to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They will frequently check in with us on the food quality and how is the stay etc. We really appreciate their hospitality and services provided. There is quite a fair bit of food choices available at Port 19 (local and western). The food we have ordered are good and delicious. Despite the resort is at its soft opening, there is quite a fair bit of activities that you can do here. For example, there are pools, gym, fitness studio for yoga, bicycle riding, pool table, darts, kids' activities rooms and outdoor playgrounds. There will be more facilities opening up soon like the spa and beach clubhouse in the coming months."

"Tudo no resort era incrivelmente sistemático e bem organizado, resultando em uma estadia completamente livre de frustrações. Chegamos ao meio-dia e ficamos agradavelmente surpresos ao receber nosso quarto para um check-in antecipado às 13h, após uma espera mínima! Optamos pelo pacote de 6 atividades — um ótimo custo-benefício, segundo meu marido — que incluía uma fantástica sessão de karaokê de 2 horas e acesso ao parquinho infantil coberto. Recomendamos muito o pacote de 6 atividades; ele nos manteve totalmente entretidos durante nossa estadia de 3 dias e 2 noites. A pontualidade do resort foi excelente: nossos terapeutas de massagem para casais no quarto chegaram exatamente na hora marcada, e a fogueira para o nosso churrasco ao ar livre às 18h30 já estava pronta às 18h.
O isolamento acústico não é dos melhores, principalmente quando as crianças dormem no tecido da tenda, mas quando estão cansadas, conseguem dormir rápido, só que as crianças do quarto ao lado acordam muito cedo. É preciso estar preparado para o barulho, já que se trata de glamping."

UUsuário convidadoThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

AAng Jian HaoWe had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always greeting us with smiles and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Traveling as a family, we really appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating everyone was—it made the entire stay feel relaxed and special.
The highlight for us was Ocean Restaurant. The food was consistently delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety, every meal felt fresh and satisfying. Dining with the sea view made the experience even more enjoyable.
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere for families. We had so much fun together, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment.
Overall, Hotel Indigo Bintan delivered an unforgettable experience through excellent service, great food, and genuine hospitality. We left with happy memories and would definitely return again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a refreshing getaway.

UUsuário convidadoFui para uma estadia de 4D3N durante um período de pico de férias e, infelizmente, apesar das ótimas avaliações, muitas coisas não corresponderam às expectativas.
1) O ar condicionado estava vazando do segundo dia da estadia em diante
2) A drenagem começou a feder do terceiro dia em diante
3) Devido ao alto número de reservas, a pressão da água estava fraca do primeiro dia em diante.
O serviço ainda estava OK. Acho que o destaque da estadia foi o programa de soltura de tartarugas que acontecia uma vez por mês (?), eu acho, e foi legal ver os filhotes sendo soltos no mar.
Outra coisa a se notar é que, como este era um resort, sair era meio complicado e todo o resto é super caro no resort, então venha preparado com sua própria comida se você ficar no apartamento loft, onde você pode cozinhar.

UUsuário convidadoO Segundo tempo no Campo de Bamboo é impressionante e é Muito relaxante.Podemos recomendá-lo a qualquer pessoa que goste de passar algum tempo Na natureza e gostar de um excelente pessoal. O pessoal foi a um quilómetro extra, quando conseguimos verificar cedo, quando alguém estava a armazenar cerveja na chuva, quando tínhamos cafés de manhã às 6h, e gostávamos Da piscina e Das várias actividades no terreno, Como arquearia. Queremos voltar!Obrigado por tudo.

Na verdade, tínhamos reservado com outros amigos da família para uma escapadinha no feriado do Dia Nacional de Singapura, mas nossos filhos ficaram doentes e tivemos que cancelar a viagem. Ainda bem que reservamos novamente e nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, definitivamente recomendo. Os quartos em tenda são espaçosos e o chuveiro ao ar livre foi uma experiência totalmente nova para nós (meus filhos se divertiram muito). A piscina do resort era super fotogênica, tiramos muitas fotos lá. Preciso agradecer muito à equipe do café da manhã, Sra. Nazwan, Sra. Naiya, Nelu e Sra. Devi!!! Elas foram incríveis em entreter as crianças, especialmente a Sra. Devi e sua equipe, que surpreenderam minha filha pequena com um bolo de aniversário (foi por isso que fizemos essa viagem improvisada para Bintan). Outro agradecimento ao Sr. Ham, responsável pela animação infantil. Minha filha mais velha teve a oportunidade de tocar (desculpe, esqueci o nome do instrumento) um instrumento musical, e o Sr. Ham a orientou pacientemente. Ela arrasou na hora. (Mamãe orgulhosa🤭) Depois de conversar com o Sr. Ham, fiquei muito impressionada com a ideia dele de ampliar as atividades de entretenimento infantil no resort, para que os pais possam ter um tempo livre para relaxar. Parabéns à equipe do Natra Bintan Resort. Já estou ansiosa pela nossa próxima estadia aqui.

Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻
The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV.
Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it
The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful.

Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty.
Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy.
Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok .
Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain
Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer !
Will definitely recommend my friends and family here.

UUsuário convidadoIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserStaying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better.
The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too !
At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect.
Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.
At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home.
Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

DDappy_PandaWas here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.
