There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

Um edifício Muito Grande.O Lugar é bom, o lobby Muito atraente, MAS é Muito lamentável, Como a avaliação diz, Xiaoqi é fácil de afogar. As duas quartos são todas, refletindo quartos que foram substituídos após o arranque. Muito boa atitude. Muito lamentável que Xiaoqi esteja perturbado EM um Lugar tão BOM Mas as propriedades desta área parecem ser assim. O equipamento Parece ter traços de uso, MAS não influenciados. A água Pode ser lavada PELA primeira pessoa, de repente, de repente, é aceitável EM termos de preços. O pequeno-almoço é Muito diversificado e o departamento será cozido e cozido EM outros lugares!

Agradecemos muito nossa estadia de 8 noites. A localização é ótima, pois não fica de frente para o sol, então você pode ficar na varanda a qualquer hora. As comodidades são boas e muito convenientes, pois há lavanderia inclusa. Havia camas e travesseiros suficientes para nós 5 pessoas. A geladeira era grande o suficiente para armazenar bastante comida. O ar-condicionado funcionava bem. O quarto era muito aconchegante e esteticamente agradável, apesar de pequeno. O espaço é ergonomicamente bem distribuído. O acesso gratuito à piscina é um ponto positivo. Fica perto de supermercados e restaurantes. Tem bastante espaço e uma ótima vista da cidade. Recomendo o lugar 100%. O proprietário foi super atencioso e nos manteve informados sobre nossa estadia. Os seguranças no saguão e em todo o condomínio também foram muito gentis. Antes de sairmos, eles limparam o apartamento. Muito obrigada, minha família adorou o lugar. Ótimo para uma estadia relaxante.

We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable. So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

Not ideal. Proximity to the airport is in its favour but the place itself feels like an ******. Strange dated condo units, quite well furnished but more suited to entertaining a lady with low expectations, not exactly a good standard for family stay. Fortunately we just had one night in between flights. The room was very hot when we got in and there was no cold water to drink. The water machine, despite our best efforts, would only serve warm water. Perhaps our time of arrival affected the service but we had to take all our bags (kids too) to the room through corridors that smelled of cat urine. Check out was lengthy due to them having to go all the way (another building) back to our room to check it was fine before we got our 1000 peso back. This kept our ride waiting and delayed our departure. Not likely to use again or recommend.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

This hotel is perfect for a night or two, or as a starting or ending point for a trip to the Philippines. All the necessary infrastructure and services are nearby, including McDonald's, 7-Eleven, and a ton of other options. There's a cafe just 20 meters to the right of the hotel exit that offers all sorts of food and drinks. However, there are no suitable or comfortable swimming beaches here. If you don't mind the number of ships and the port life, and just want to use the time to sunbathe, then it's fine. Otherwise, everything at the hotel is great for a short stay, especially for a group. It has everything you need. I recommend it.

Stayed here for a short trip and it worked out really well, especially if you need quick access to the airport. The location made arrivals and departures super convenient without having to worry too much about traffic. The place itself was very clean and well-kept, clearly maintained with attention to detail. Everything was in good condition and it felt fresh and comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was easy to communicate with and responsive when needed. It also felt secure and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long day of travel. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free option if you’re looking for somewhere practical and comfortable near the airport. Would definitely consider staying again.

キッチン用品なども揃っていて不自由なく宿泊できました。少しシャワーの水圧が弱いですが、問題なくシャワーを浴びれます。とても良かったです。

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.
