Had a great experience with my family. We spend 2 nights here. We check in and well greeted at the VIP lounge by the staff .Simran Ghimire was assigned as our personal concierge throughout the stay. We really didn't expect that.She escorted us to our room and gave us an introduction to the room and information of the hotel activities and facilities of the hotel . Very prompt with getting back on our request and enquiry. She gets back information and answers fast and efficiently. The room was cleaned , spacious with beautiful sunrise and sunset, seaside beach view, and mountain view. The hotel linked to the lost chamber aquarium that has a lot of variety of fishes and loved the beluga dance show . There were foc children play area for hotel guest . Restaurants and foodcourt linked to the hotel as well and led to the waterpark . Outdoor Swimming pool led to the beach , they provide some sand toys too .just returned it after use at the gate. Breakfast was exceeded my expectations, good spread of Western and Chinese food . Lounge excess and food were nice with beautiful view. Simran was also very sweet , checked on our well-being, and was even very thoughtful of preparing small gifts for my 2 boys during our departure.they loved it very much ! Overall , it was a great experience. Thank you!

The only reason why we booked this hotel is because we had a very earlier flight, and the hotel is directly reachable via Meilan Railway station. The hotel is also near a “shopping mall” to do last minute souvenir shopping, and there’s like a food court nearby. So location is 5 stars! At one glance the room looks spacious and okay, but there’s a cockroach looking creature flying out suddenly and when underneath the bed frame, and the toilet seats and the shower floor looks a little stained. I think the room light is a little dull even when all the spot lights are switch on hence not really giving a bright and clean impression. Nonetheless the super huge bed looks clean and white! Personally felt that service was not up to standard of what one would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Checked in around 6pm and there were 4 staffs standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to do check in?). Later the night wanted to ask about the bus shuttle service timing and the guy standing at the information counter just replied in a frustrated tone - “look at this timetable”. As it is our first time here we don’t know where is the pickup point and we asked where is the pickup point to which he just reply “this level”. We had to look around and point to the nearest entry and reconfirm is it there. So service aspect could have been friendlier. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard. Toiletries were great. 4 bottles of waters provided. 2 pairs of slip ons and 2 pairs of rubber slippers. Oh not sure what’s wrong with the aircon, set 23 degree yet it’s still making us sweat in the night. Usually I would feel freezing cold in this temperature. All in all, an ok experience to have somewhere to stay to catch an early flight.

I am super picky about hotel selection. I say this hotel was excellent for the buck I paid for, the view, the service, the breakfast, the staff; they tried their best to accommodate to meet my need. Some staff spoke English, just enough to communicate about essential needs. The entire hotel is smoke free facility, though I guess they couldn't police every room. The first room they provided me stung with cigarette smell. I asked to change the room and they immediately changed the room. The new room didn't have any odor and my stay was perfect afterwards. The bed was comfortable and house cleaning was good. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very attentive. I'll definitely stay here again if I am visiting Sanya.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

We loved this room, we got the bay side view and having the bathtub on the balcony was just the loveliest. The room was turned down everyday and left spotless for when we got back. The location is nice and close to the marina if you want to take a boat tour. The only thing I would critique is the breakfast in the morning, there wasn’t that many options and it didn’t feel like the best quality, we ended up only going once for breakfast. But overall we really enjoyed the hotel I just wouldn’t recommend getting the breakfast.

Two years before we were in this hotel and service was much better than this summer. This summer we got not cleaned room. The furniture was old, and irrigated, the fridge didn’t work and we asked to change it, the air conditioner was dusty, and walls were dusty too. The sink in bathroom wasn’t ok too,it was rusted and there couldn’t run water properly, we asked maintenance to fix it as well. As I said before we were there two years before and we got really nice impression about this hotel that’s why we went there this summer too, but it was last time ever. Also want to add about meals( restaurant ) was really good, a big variety of meals and drinks too.

Stay at dadonghai hotel was excellent, especially we enjoyed the view from balcony and access to beach nearby. Our room was spacious as my child enjoyed playing here and there. The location is also convenient to reach any destination around sanya. The only thing that hotel lacks is English speaking staffs at front desk, but again they were helpful in many ways. Will surely stay here if we come to sanya again.

Everything was brilliant, the room with jacuzzi leaves unforgettable impression! The beach is one of the best ever seen, defiantly not bad than on Maldives. Best place to stay in Sanya!!!

Excellent value and very good service. We had moved from a lousy hotel in Sanya Bay and wished we could have stayed here longer. The pool is big and clean and great for kids. Room service was fast in giving us more towels. There is a nice beach just minutes away. The area has many restaurants. I. wished we had booked here earlier. 物超所值，服务非常好。我们从三亚湾的一家糟糕的酒店搬来，希望我们能在这里呆更长时间。游泳池又大又干净，非常适合孩子们。客房服务很快给了我们更多的毛巾。几分钟外就有一个漂亮的海滩。这个地区有很多餐馆。我真希望我们早点预订这里。很满意!

Overall: great stay, room as advertised, hotel clean and comfortable, great breakfast, near the beach, 20 mins by car from Yalong Bay Railway Station. Hotel's English name on Didi app is Xinghua Taofang Holiday Inn (see picture). Pros: our room (5th floor, facing the bay) was as advertised and spacious; had a nice view of the little artificial lake and a bit of the sea. Didn't try the bathtub but the shower temperature/pressure was fantastic. The hotel staff were really polite and helpful. Nice swimming pool and gym though they're not huge. Breakfast was included in our room fare and it was well worth it! Lots of choices, both from Asian and Western cuisine. Cons: not much really, but for a room that has a fridge and little electric stove, it would have been nice to have some plates and cutlery provided. That said, they let us borrow a knife and plate from the hotel's restaurant which was nice. Personally I would not keep caged animals either (there was a bird in a small cage in the lobby).

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

Overall, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel offered a very positive experience for the price. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a priority. A big plus was the modern bathroom featuring a bidet and heated seat - a nice touch you don't always find at this price point. While everything else was great, the pillows weren't the fluffiest. They weren't terrible, but if you're particular about pillow comfort, you might want to bring your own. In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in Haikou, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel is a strong option.

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

We were faced with typhoon yagi during the trip but we only know of the typhoon until day 2 when a taxi driver told us about it. There was no mention of anything from the hotel staff. As a foreigner, we would have appreciated if the staff could have warned us us about it so there are still time for us to make plans. Also on the 2nd day we only realised that there’s a group chat for the guest and hotel staffs for better communication of the typhoon announcements, again, we were not communicated about this group chat. Other than this, everything was good. I was truly disappointed about not being notified of the possible typhoon.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

The water that comes out from the tap for the bathtub, is murky and dirty. Has lots of sediments making the bathtub unusable and makes very bad experience after trying for umpteen times. The room was overall is good condition and smoke-free

We came for the hot springs and were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. They arranged a late checkout when my friend’s flight was delayed, as well as gave us complimentary soup and fruit. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve had of the three resorts I’ve stayed at in Hainan. Really a wonderful experience! The clove and Janine pools are a must, as well as the cold mint pool. Hope the African and Middle East pool sections are open next time I visit to be able to try all the “continents”.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

The bed was a bit too soft compared to other 3-star and above hotels I have been to, hence difficult for me to sleep but no issue for my friend. There was no heater functionality in the aircon but it was already mid Dec when we were there, hence it was quite cold. There was no fridge in my room, but they did helped me to refridgerate my food. Think there was no differentiation for smoking and non-smoking room? We got a room smell of smoke but managed to get it changed. Everything else was good. Service was remarkable as we did bother them a few times and they responded quite fast.

It is indeed a newly opened hotel, with simple and modern decoration, everything is very new, and the room is larger than the average hotel. The location is very good, only a few hundred meters away from the No. 10 bus that runs through Wencheng Old Town and Qinglan Bridge. If you drive yourself, there is parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and it is really a conscience price even if you pay 25 yuan yourself. From the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff, they are all hospitable and polite. Especially the hotel front desk, from the check-in arrangement, recommending restaurants and entertainment projects, teaching me how to pay for the bus, to giving free breakfast coupons to temporary guests, etc., they are very considerate, and I am happy to choose this hotel. Slightly inadequate: 1. I hope to add an indoor safe for guests to store important items. 2. I hope it can still be a smoke-free hotel. After all, the ventilation system is connected. Although I don’t smoke, I still smell cigarettes in the hotel bathroom every day when I return to it.

We stayed a night at the hotel, the room we stayed was clean and hygiene, the front desk lady is so helpful and friendly.We so happy Trip.com provided free hotel breakfast and the hotel breakfast has various choice and delicious. We also tried the famous Lao Pa Cha just 200m nearby the hotel. We have good stayed at the hotel.

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

The first time I lived in the whole season, the price was very cheap. I didn’t have much expectations. I wanted to pick the nearest train station. The result was much more than expected. I felt that it should be the best, latest and cleanest hotel in Wenchang City. The decoration style is simple and modern, and the gym laundry room and other accessories are complete. The front desk and cleaning staff were very polite, greeted when they saw it, the cleaning was also very clean, and the robot delivered food to the room, which was very convenient! The only thing to say is that the toilet flushing sound is a bit loud

Environment 1. External (1) Location: In the village in the city (winding around), the road is relatively narrow. (2) Parking🅿️: It is a bit difficult to park at night for self-driving tours (basically there are no parking spaces after 6 or 7 pm, and if you don’t move in the morning, the traffic police will warn you of illegal parking) ✅Advantages: It is relatively close to Wenchang attractions and Internet celebrity restaurants, and can be reached on foot ❌Disadvantages: It is not recommended for girls to stay alone. Because the elevator is shared, you can go to any floor without swiping a card. ⚠️Non-hotel guests can also take the elevator, which is quite dangerous.  Advantages: If you order takeout, the delivery guy can deliver it directly, so when the takeout arrives in the next room, you can hear it clearly in the room 2. Interior (1) Room: Good size, with bay window (2) Bathroom: The sewer is a bit blocked, and the shower water needs to be drained for a while (There was garbage in the sewer of the shower room before check-in) (3) Intelligence: You can use Xiaodu to operate the switch, which is more worry-free (4) Bed and pillow: Both are quite comfortable to sleep on The five-star rating upgraded the room The bay window balcony is good for watching the sunset

The hotel service is very good. Tremella soup was delivered to the room at night, and they also helped to clean the front windshield. The housekeeper Verna was also very nice and upgraded our room type. It was just that the weather in Wenchang was not good, it was drizzling

This stay just in time for the Wenchang Overseas Chinese Culture Festival. I thought the hotel would have no time to take care of individual guests. I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to 👍! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

It looks like a nice big hotel. Decorations are old fashioned and sort of typical for these kind of hotels. They provided free slippers, tooth brush, comb and water. The location is ok. It's around 3km away from the old street. The only big downside for this hotel is bad smell everywhere - corridors, rooms, towels. I kept my suitcase closed so that my clothes wouldn't get the smell. All hotel smells like mold and cigarettes mix (although I couldn't see any mold). I kept my balcony open the whole night so it wasn't that bad. I got reminded of the smell when leaving the room for checkout.
