Passamos férias com nossas famílias no início de maio. Não é a nossa primeira vez neste hotel. A relação custo-benefício é boa. A única coisa que realmente nos irritou foi a insistência constante dos moradores locais tentando nos vender algo com um acréscimo de 100%. Decidimos fazer uma trilha até a ilha que estava surgindo e percebemos que tínhamos errado em ir sem chinelos. Havia uma infinidade de ouriços-do-mar. Os vendedores locais de trilhas nos ajudaram com seus chinelos, mas o preço para três pessoas foi exorbitante: 9.000 KES, o que é comparável ao custo de uma lancha que leva você a um local repleto de peixes, estrelas-do-mar e outras formas de vida marinha.

Ottima struttura con tante ville indipendenti nel giardino intorno alla piscina . Direttamente sulla spiaggia ampia e di sabbia bianchissima. Camera master molto bella al primo piano con grande bagno terrazza . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pleasant hotel in a good locatopn with very friendly staff. In general, room renovations are slowly overdue.
Because of the noise, it is best not to take a room in the basement.

Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone.
It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive.
One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

Gostei Da área verde e de UMA piscina pequena, MAS confortável, criando um senso de oásis.Quartos espaçosos, muitos rosários, chuveiro espaçoso, chuveiro bom e champô.O ventilador de tecto funciona. O ar condicionado no quarto é incluído por um extra de $15 por dia.
O pequeno-almoço é médio, ovos, ovos e panquecas, salsichas deliciosas de carne, MAS todos cortados EM canetas.E, bem, salsichas, queijo, manteiga purple EM canetas, para três cortes finas. Mas também servem cogumelos e tomates que valem um penhasco no Quénia, é engraçado.No fundo do jar 2-3, um jardim de cortes finas.Comam salada de legumes Na manhã é irrealista.
Não compartilho o entusiasmo de gritar sobre comida no restaurante deles, nada disso.
Três dias não poderiam ter sido impossíveis de mudar as toalhas para a piscina normalmente, não traziam um, era apenas um. Ao mesmo tempo, quando já está na piscina e acaba de entrar na sua sala atrás das toalhas, o que, para sua surpresa (sem qualquer altura), não está lá, você é forçado a provar no respiratório que a toalha não está novamente. E você pede que eles OS tragam, você está Agora Na piscina, para a piscina, MAS estas pessoas incríveis não são as mesmas Na sala, MAS não imediatamente, claro, um recorde a 20 minutos, e assim por diante 40 minutos-hora. E é depois Das 15h do dia EM que a sala já estava limpa, MAS as toalhas de ontem foram tiradas, e as toalhas não trouxeram.E ninguém se desculpa.Para eles, é a norma.

We stayed at the hotel for one week. Clean rooms. Balcony with garden view. Here in the morning is fascinating bird singing. pleasant service staff. Basin with lying and drinking bar. Smuzi and juices here are very delicious. I liked the local tea with ginger and milk. Breakfasts are delicious. We used a restaurant for dinner. A large plate of seafood for two very delicious. Here are fish, calmaras, octopus, and half lobster, fish boiler. Yes-yes, the fishboiler is big and very delicious. The room was given water and tea with coffee. They regularly changed their lingerie. For us there was one minus-the conferences held at the hotel. Being in the pool area is not pleasant when a group in black hoods from 20-30 people inspect the holidaymakers. And yes, to the sea on foot 10 minutes or you can get to the tuck-tuck. Still, it is not in step-to-step access.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you).
The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems.
So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted.
Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

We got a massive room with AC, a nice swimming pool, and super friendly and helpful staff. Family’s vibe hotel 100/10 for their service! The internet was even strong enough for Netflix. Absolutely no complaints!

I noticed that many reviews mention the hotel not living up to a five-star standard. However, no one seems to complain that the price doesn’t match a five-star level either. In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel for the price. The property is spacious, the rooms are fresh and cleaned daily, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes are provided. The staff is welcoming, and the breakfast offers a great variety. From 4 to 5 PM, there’s a complimentary tea and pastries service, which is a lovely touch. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of loungers equipped with soft cushions. This is definitely a place I would consider returning to.

I recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming. However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation. I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

My partner and I had an exquisite time at the baobab resort. It was the lovely getaway we anticipated. The arrangement, environment, food, staff (who are so courteous, engaging, helpful and very pleasant), beach vibes and others met and exceeded our expectations. We hesitated on leaving, but I definitely know we will visit Baobab and Diani soonest. Keep up the amazing job, Guys.

This is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others

AAnonymous UserOlder hotel located directly at the beach. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff lack basic training, the food quality is just average.
The monkeys and birds sometimes help themselves from the guests' plates. Other hotels in a similar situation deal with this annoying problem in a better and more professional way. Basic drinks and ice cubes are often missing. The fridge was missing in the room and the cell phone system didn't work either.
For a so-called four-star hotel with a corresponding price, one can expect a lot more in all respects. than just smiling staff. Unfortunately not to be recommended.
