Hotéis Hot Springs em Istanbul Province, Türkiye

O rótulo de pequeno-almoço não mencionava o ganso de turque halal só mostra pasta com o ganso, então não gostamos de didi. Espero que o hotel assegure a rotulagem correcta da comida, pois há tantos hóspedes muçulmanos. Outros alimentos servidos no buffet são bons. O restaurante do pequeno-almoço no nível 9 também TEM UMA boa vista. A localização era boa e fácil de encontrar. O autocarro de ambos os aeroportos estacionou perto do hotel. Restará novamente a visitar Istambul e recomendará aos parentes e amigos. Obrigado.

Estou em viagem de negócios em Istambul. É um hotel super conveniente e seguro no centro da cidade de Istambul É em frente ao metrô e é fácil ir a pé até o shopping. Fiquei hospedado por 2 dias. Infelizmente, um dia houve uma greve de segurança do lado de fora na praça da cidade e bloqueou a rua. Neste hotel, eles têm uma boa equipe de segurança profissional na entrada principal sempre. Posso sentir a segurança deste hotel Eles têm uma piscina ao ar livre. Nós também aproveitamos o banho de sol e a massagem estilo turco Vou escolher este hotel na próxima vez.

The room was super old. Especially carpet….. it was all filthy, with a million of stains and was giving very very bad smell in the room. But everything was working, no complaints about shower or lights…. We were staying 3 days and all 3 days near next room stayed tray with dirty dishes! We said about this twice on reception and no actions were taken…… No sound isolation in the rooms! If you have sensitive sleep and no earplugs with you, you won’t sleep.  Breakfast was very nice, restaurant area very clean, having vale is a great comfort for Istanbul, and parking was included in the cost of the room.

Segue sua avaliação em inglês claro e natural: Minha estadia no hotel foi parcialmente positiva. O serviço foi bom e os funcionários foram profissionais e simpáticos, o que eu realmente apreciei. No entanto, houve um problema sério com o barulho. Os quartos ao lado do meu eram muito barulhentos. Voltei para o meu quarto por volta das 3h da manhã, mas logo cedo os hóspedes vizinhos deixaram a porta aberta e estavam conversando e gritando alto. Por causa disso, não consegui dormir direito. Espero que a gerência do hotel tome medidas mais rigorosas para controlar o barulho e garantir um ambiente tranquilo e confortável para todos os hóspedes. Obrigado.

Chegamos ao hotel depois da meia-noite e fomos informados de que o quarto estava lotado e que não havia outro quarto disponível no momento. Fomos transferidos para outro hotel e informados de que teriam um quarto para nós pela manhã. Nos transferiram do Crowne Plaza para o Ramada (um rebaixamento absurdo). Dormimos algumas horas no Ramada, fizemos o check-out e voltamos para a recepção do Crowne Plaza. A recepcionista nos disse que ainda não havia quartos disponíveis e que teríamos que voltar para o Ramada. Dissemos a ela que gostaríamos de falar com a gerente dela, e ela respondeu que era a gerente. Eu disse a ela que o acordo não era aceitável. Finalmente, ela disse que um quarto estaria disponível em 20 minutos. Que experiência ridícula!

Depreciated hotel. The windows were old and you could hear everything from outside and it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast did not impress at all! The location of the hotel is good.The free parking was a big advantage !!!!

This all-suite hotel was an exceptional experience. The accommodations provided everything I needed, starting with a spacious one-bedroom unit that included a separate living room and a very comfortable sofa. I particularly appreciated the full kitchen and the striking sky view from the room. A Note on Location: While the hotel's location in the hills is not ideal for easy commuting or if you plan on walking everywhere, I found it to be the best treat I could get for myself because I rented a car. For anyone traveling with their own vehicle, this hotel is a highly recommended and rewarding choice.

The hotel overall is ok. The roof top terrace is nice However, room service is disappointing. We booked a room for 3 persons. But everything in the room only provide for 2 persons, except an extra bed was provided. Shampoo conditioner and body lotion were not filled up properly. What was the worst, our bed was 6 feets wide, but there was an extra 5 feets mattress laid on top of the 6 feets mattress, I don't know why, as a result, it came out a step on one side of the bed. I had report to the room service staff. They said they would fix it properly for me. However, the situation was the same for the next 2 days.

Em geral, a minha estadia no Hotel Medical Termal de Istambul foi muito boa.As quartos eram confortáveis e limpas, proporcionando um ambiente agradável para relaxar. Apreciei especialmente a opção de saída tardia, que me permitiu desfrutar de um descanso Mais relaxado. Um descontentamento foi o facto de os hóspedes serem obrigados a utilizar a piscina, o que me decepcionou, e seria Melhor se isso fosse incluído na taxa de quarto, porque se sentiu um custo adicional desnecessário. Apesar disso, o hotel oferece uma localização confortável e uma experiência geralmente positiva.É uma boa escolha se você estiver procurando uma estadia confortável em Istambul.
