Our trip was made even better by this hotel. We were treated to a welcome drink at check-in, which created a great mood. I liked that the prices in the minibar were not exorbitant, but quite reasonable. The view from the room to the valley was simply stunning! The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to help. There are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel, so there is always a place to eat deliciously. But the best thing is the roof! There you can not only admire the views, but also enjoy the food. By the way, in the summer you can swim in the pool. The breakfast was very tasty and filling, the buffet is beyond praise. My wife and I were very pleased and will definitely come back here again.

A western style hotel with marvelous spa and restaurant. But the spa massage service is closed very early before 9:00. Lots of westerners live there. I have a wonderful experience here.

I’ve been to Nepal before and chose to stay in the Thamel area again. Kantipur has a lovely breakfast and gave optional for take-away since I traveled to Chitwan. They held my bags in between the two separate hotel stays. Security and Reception were very helpful. The rooms are large with unique decor. Bed very comfortable. Rooftop a nice spot for a drink. Always love Nepal snd the shops in Thamel. Namaste!!

The hotel service is very good, the front desk and the guard are very warm, the location is close to the airport, it is not very easy to find. Ctrip's telephone customer service is really getting better and better, like one!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and I have met some friends who have lived there for a long time. The fried cauliflower for breakfast is better than fried chicken. I admire the chef's cooking skills. The guy at the front desk of the hotel can speak Japanese, and he can switch communication when English gets stuck. The Stuff I met greeted me with a smile, very nice.

We spend 4 days at Lavie hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Allthough the road is quite busy, after 10pm the traffic slows down heavily and the traffic noise disappears. We went several times to the early morning walking ceremony around Bouddhanath Stupa which is only a 10min walk from the hotel.
The staff is great and we would like to thank Ms. Dawa in particular for her great support. She helped us to buy tickets for a local music festival and supported my wife when she didn’t feel comfortable. Thanks, Dawa!
