"Convenient and ease as already included morning tickets and night hot spring tickets and also breakfast so everything is seamless. Room floor should be spc wooden as tiles too cold and tiles flooring looks cheap for hotel, not a personal fans for carpet floor and luckily they did not install that. This is 3rd time staying here, good place for our son to experience lost world tambun as he loved the animals here roam freely and feeding freely. Room has a strong smell as we guess they use strong air freshener male strong musky smell to mask the smoking smell before us. Water given to us also past expiry date 😅"

"The place is clean and overlooking the park. The space is just right for 8 of us. Easy check in. Thanks for allocating two parking spaces near the lift entrance. "The room was awesome! The view so nice. Can see whole lost world of tambun from balcony. The amenities all good except cannot cook so cooking utensils is nkt provided. But pinggang, mangkuk sudu all ada. In term of amenities, all satisfied."

"The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Having a private hot spring tub right on the balcony is an experience you usually pay premium hotel prices for. Soaking in the natural geothermal water while looking out at the majestic limestone hills was incredibly rejuvenating. It is the perfect way to unwind. • The View: Waking up to the view of the greenery and the misty hills is breathtaking. It feels like a retreat far away from the city, yet it is so accessible. • The Apartment: The unit managed by IWH was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were hotel-quality comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the amenities provided—from high-speed WiFi to the kitchenette—made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. • Location: You are practically right next door to the Sunway Lost World of Tambun. "The location is superb. Room is clean but more care shld be taken on the cleanliness of the toilet. Saw the housekeeping people sitting around rather than doing a gd cleaning job. The rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it....

Beautiful resort with spacious room. Fantastic service and amenities. Set in lush greenery and against the beautiful limestone caves of Ulu Kinta. Breakfast is included and offers both local and international cuisine…small servings so you can order multiple dishes. We also had dinner in Jeff’s Cellar….fabulous food albeit a little pricey.

First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

The owner required us to put in deposit of RM100. We manage to get to put our lugage in the unit before we get to check in. The door lock seem to have issues when we check in the door nob like spoil. The host does not provide additional key access unlike other unit we stayed before. And it is so inconvenient for us with family. Imagine if we only have 1 access card and if our family member went to swimming pool take the card we can't goes down to our carpark and we can't even goes to swimming pool,which mean we are stuck. Host just simply tell us to settle this problem ourself. When we get out the door was unable close and we have to force close it and ended up we can't open the door. Host end up getting locksmith to come open the door we were not able get in our unit for 5 hours. Luckily my kids have extra clothes to change after playing the pool. I can't imagine if my children were to stuck inside the unit can't get out. I hope the host will take a look seriously on the maintenance of the home especially the lock.
