"I loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding — easily one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff provided great service and were always helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, with good quality and variety. The highlight for me was the hotel view — absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!!!💕💕💕🎀🇯🇵🙌🏽"

"Ryokusuitei’s environment, service, and facilities were excellent. Our pre-stored luggage was promptly delivered to the room. The private bath room included breakfast, which was delicious with many options, plus a small stove to grill seafood yourself. While the private bath isn’t completely secluded—people in a building across, though quite far away, can see in—the stunning view of Lake Biwa more than makes up for it. The large public bath is open nearly 24 hours, featuring a relaxing lounge area afterward, free ice cream, and complimentary coffee in the lobby during the day. Upon check-in, we received shopping discount coupons that could be used to purchase small towels, scented balms, and storage bags."

"The free call service from the station is very convenient for travellers who come to stay but not driving. Both the breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The in-room onsen with jacuzzi and the beautiful landscape is spectacular. The public onsen is also clean and well maintained. The only flaw is tv in the room is rather old and would appreciate an upgrade.n"

"Escolhi este hotel porque fica perto do Lago Biwako e da área dos meus amigos. Para minha decepção, meu quarto ficava no final do corredor, supostamente de frente para o lago, mas ao entrar, não havia janela com vista para o lago. Em vez disso, minha vista da janela era para o estacionamento do hotel. O quarto é definitivamente antigo, com televisão velha, só tomei sachês de chá no meu primeiro dia e eles nunca me repuseram até o check-out. Também não havia café. O carpete é vermelho, o que parece muito antigo, com algumas marcas antigas, e a cama também é velha, mas mesmo assim o quarto está limpo. A equipe é muito simpática e o café da manhã foi ótimo. Mas, se eu comparar com um hotel de negócios onde já me hospedei na mesma área, as camas, as comodidades do hotel de negócios e a tarifa do hotel valem mais a pena do que este. Acho que não me hospedarei neste hotel novamente. Minha impressão é que é um lugar razoável, mas não ótimo. Paguei quase o dobro do preço do hotel executivo onde me hospedei no ano passado, que tinha camas modernas e boas comodidades, mas pelo preço que este hotel está cobrando, acho que não vale a pena. Este hotel precisa atualizar muitas coisas, meu quarto parece e passa uma sensação de velho. Pensei que me hospedar em um hotel como este seria um bom presente para mim, já que era mais caro do que meu orçamento habitual, mas foi uma decepção. Desculpe se eu tivesse que dizer tudo isso na minha avaliação, mas o quarto é realmente antiquado em tudo."

"因為是去年新蓋的酒店，所以隔音效果非常好，進了房間完全聽不到隔壁的聲音，也沒有內線電話，可以説私密性做的非常好。然後説提供的特色服務，入住有四語的語言導覽，還有可以選擇自己適合的枕頭（分為軟硬，高低，這對我一個喜歡硬枕頭的人來説真是太好了），接着會有迎賓的飲品時間，酒水和軟飲料隨便喝，也不限制外帶食物，所以晚飯即使不提供也可以很開心度過一段愉快時光。接下來説大浴場部分，一開始入住時可以在眾多的護理用品（身體乳，面膜，洗面奶等等）選擇5件，可以説非常不錯了，然後大浴場部分的話就是中規中矩，令人比較遺憾的是同一層的自動販賣機裏沒有牛奶，想體驗一下日本洗浴文化的可能會有點失望，希望店家在自動販賣機引入牛奶。 然後第二天早餐十分豐盛，工作人員加餐很快，不會遇到想吃的東西沒有，又把昨天的小失落拉了回來，而且因為昨天在浴場對象遺失了手環，工作人員貼心的保管好了，這裏非常感謝，並且工作人員推薦的長濱當地的特色景點和餐廳的訊息，讓我在這裏度過了一段美好的經歷。也希望酒店可以結合我的評價再接再厲吧！"

"It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!"
