"Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station."

"Great location near Fushimi Station, easy for sightseeing. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The public bath is a nice bonus after a long day. Breakfast has both　Japanese and Western options, simple but good. Staff are polite and helpful. Overall, a convenient and good-value stay in Nagoya."

"Devo agradecer a Ctrip por reservar este hotel, um grande tesouro! Vale muito a pena se o seu roteiro no Japão passar pela Península de Atsumi (Lago Irago/Ise Shima). Primeiro, o cenário. O hotel está localizado no topo do continente da Península de Atsumi, que se estende até o mar, e fica em uma colina, por isso tem uma vista de mar de quase 300 graus. Aqui, seja quarto, restaurante, fonte termal , ou o deck de observação no último andar, você pode ver o mar azul. Aqui ainda é um ponto de encontro para os surfistas, o mais incrível é a fonte termal ao ar livre sem limites com vista para o mar. As fotos super bonitas no hotel são as cenas reais do setor de hóspedes femininos. O cenário é ainda mais chocante. Você pode se sentir um com a natureza pela manhã, tarde, noite e pôr do sol Tocado, para ampliar essa experiência, o hotel pode começar a imersão a partir das 5h da manhã. No café da manhã na véspera da partida, vi que o restaurante estava tirando fotos publicitárias e esperava que o preço não aumentasse após a reforma completa. "We stayed a night and enjoyed this hotel. The bed was a bit small but the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work."

"Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there."

"If you look for a nice quiet place for a relaxing stay, this is a superb ryokan in the area that I would recommend. The ryokan building is beautifully decorated, despite its age. I particularly appreciate the sincere service from the manager and hosts. You can rely on them to take care of your stay. They could also provide pick-up and drop-off service at Utsumi Station. Dinner and breakfast were well-prepared with natural ingredients. Not only are they delicious but also presented nicely. The lobby also provides complimentary drinks and snacks - you can enjoy a little footbath there with a glass of whiskey and some nuts. Of course you cannot miss the marvellous scenery of the beach. The only downside is the public onsen bath was a little small. But in general we loved the stay."

"Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals."
