Este é um hotel que vale a pena viver! Localização: Cerca de dez minutos de carro do Mile High Speed ​​​​Rail. Ambiente do hotel: Localizado na área cênica de Dongfengyun, há muitos lugares para entretenimento e lazer na área cênica. Existem muitas vinhas ao longo do caminho para o hotel. O ambiente é muito bom. Facilidades do hotel: um hotel com sentido de design, a beleza da arquitetura é imperdível! Os níveis de hardware e software estão todos online. Restauração do hotel: Há poucos hóspedes na baixa temporada, mas os produtos ainda são muito ricos e de alto padrão, o dim sum é caseiro e muitas especialidades locais. Muito sincero! A qualidade é barata para o preço! Atendimento do hotel: recepção, restaurante, concierge, serviço de quarto são todos bem treinados e muito simpáticos! Eu gosto dos ímãs de geladeira enviados por Xiao Zhao na recepção! A arquitetura da área cênica de Dongfengyun também é muito bonita, mas a atração de investimento das lojas internas é um pouco baixa e as notas dos fornecedores de alimentos e bebidas não correspondem aos edifícios. Há carros a bateria na área cênica e você pode visitar todo o parque em poucas horas.

I booked a 76-square-meter apartment, and 76 is absolutely amazing! Cleanliness: Satisfactory, no obvious unsanitary corners. Service: Just average. No one helped with luggage, and the cups weren't changed during room service after my two-night stay. Facilities: The hot spring was great, the swimming pool was huge, the breakfast was just average, and the mini-bar was all portable. They generously provided a lot of bottled water. Summary: Suitable for families with children. 76 square meters is truly spacious! The airport transfer was in a large Mercedes-Benz van that could carry a lot of luggage. There's room for improvement in other areas.

This hotel is great if you're using it just for the hot tubs. The staff all seemed a bit unprepared for the services they provided. Most of the hotel is outdoors, the hot tub looked horrible after the leaky roof leaked into it during the rain, they seemed to be unsure of how to do room service, the hotel is outdoors with not mosquito nets so it's almost impossible to be outside at night. The hotels location is literally down a dirt road behind some limber factory so taxis find it difficult to find. The hotel is also way out of the city, do getting to attractions takes a bit more time. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're getting it for a short time or if you need to stay close to the airport.

Service was good except for IHG check in which was rushed through by a female staff. There wasn’t even a queue behind us. The rest like concierge & restaurant staff were ok…patient. A concierge male staff helped me with my McDonald’s delivery because as a foreigner , I couldn’t use Mei Tuan for food delivery. He even offered to deliver to our room as we are seniors in our 60s. The photography package was fast and efficient. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the numerous restaurants outside and Dianchi.

Up-scale Chinese-style hotel in beautiful grounds by the lake. The rooms in Building A are large and new but with some old-fashioned charm. The building itself has a slightly strange lay-out that somehow lacks warmth or character with most rooms facing inwards overlooking internal fish ponds . Breakfast is decent but no Western options. Not enough hot springs to get away from the crowds, even on a wet Monday.

酒店非常好，設施很新，也很乾凈，很温馨，做了房型升級，前台客服小姐姐人很好。院子裏有好幾條很大的錦鯉。還有很多細節，是這家酒店我沒拍出來的。他家還有電梯，不用擔心上樓獨自提行李箱，下次回來還會來他家住的，真的很贊！

Great spacious hotel room with a bath tub overlooking the river and skyline. Right in the touristy area near the night market with plenty of food, shops and massages around. Didn't want to leave the hotel room because it was so nice! Service also great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this boutique hotel. The pool was perfect to cool off in after a long drive and has a picturesque view towards the golden pagoda. Our room was perfect with a huge bath tub, and giant balcony overlooking the garden. I normally chose sleep over breakfast but I decided to join my wife, I was not disappointed - nice bread, sausage, noodles and freshly brewed coffee. The staff were extremely approachable and helpful, giving tips on the city and recommending places to eat. Finally, and most importantly- there is a fridge full of chilled German wheat beer, one free for each day of your stay! If the stay wasn’t perfect enough, this topped it off!

工作人員服務熱情還主動幫忙提行李，給我們介紹當地的特色 景點美食等等，房間寬敞舒適，夜晚都非常安靜睡的很踏實床品也都很棒酒店的還有免費的自助洗衣房很方便，夜晚樓頂的温泉可以消除一天的疲憊，過來這邊出差都是選擇這家，性價比非常之高

A estadia foi fantástica! Um agradecimento especial ao Yoli, da recepção; o serviço dele foi profissional e atencioso. Durante o check-in, ele respondeu pacientemente a todas as minhas perguntas sobre estacionamento e atrações próximas, e até se ofereceu para me ajudar com a bagagem até o elevador – incrivelmente eficiente e me poupou muito tempo. Ele também respondeu prontamente e com presteza a todas as minhas dúvidas durante a estadia. O ambiente do hotel era limpo e confortável, e o atendimento cordial do Yoli me fez sentir completamente à vontade. Com certeza, escolherei este hotel novamente na próxima vez; nota 10/10!
