"We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return."

"Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived."

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, and transportation isn't very convenient. However, the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. The indoor hot spring has a strong water flow, and the water heats up quickly. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring under a sky full of stars is incredibly relaxing. Initially, we planned this trip during the off-peak season to see the maple leaves. Unfortunately, it was still a bit early, and the maple leaves at Guanmenshan and the surrounding areas were just starting to turn slightly red. But the hotel's own maple trees were surprisingly vibrant and breathtakingly beautiful. Honestly, there's no need to go anywhere else; staying at the hotel is the best choice. We traveled as a family of three, and they provided a complimentary breakfast, saving us the hassle of finding food. My only minor complaints are that the mattress was too soft, sinking significantly when sat on, and the breakfast selection wasn't extensive and was overpriced. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

The hotel proactively upgraded our room. Although the room facilities were a bit dated, our stay was still excellent. The public areas' greenery was very well maintained, and it's close to the beach. InterContinental Hotel's service is consistently good, a true mark of quality. Our butler, Lia, was professional and attentive, and the handsome gentleman in the lobby helped with our luggage. Both managers who checked us in were incredibly enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast was also quite good.

The hotel lobby was bright and airy. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially the receptionist. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel has a laundry room, a gym, and complimentary drinks. They upgraded my room for free. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Transportation nearby is convenient. The receptionists were always smiling and greeting me warmly. It was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Came to Dalian with my girlfriend and chose this hot spring hotel on Ctrip. The facilities are very complete and smart. The room was spotless. The environment is top-notch, definitely meets a 4-star standard. The service was exceptional, especially Ms. Hailou at the front desk who was thoughtful, attentive, and patient during check-in. I will definitely come back again.

But when I entered, I was really shocked to find a big woodlouse. It was understandable that the weather was humid and raining. So I gave them all five points. However, I feel that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are very thoughtful, but it lacks a sense of high-end. After thinking about it, I feel that the overall aroma of the hotel is lacking. I don't know if this is useful advice. I wish the hotel will get better and better. I will stay here again next time I come to Jinzhou.

The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

Location: In the Jinshi Wanxiang Street District, you can go shopping when you go out. There are food, drink and fun in the street. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Happy Coast. There are many restaurants with good taste and prices in about 10 minutes. Facilities: You can cook by yourself, and the stove is complete. It is so beautiful to come back and soak in the indoor hot spring after playing enough. The whole house is centrally air-conditioned and the temperature is touching. My stay at Tianmu Hot Spring was a wonderful experience, and I especially want to commend Manager Gao Jian at the front desk! She was not only efficient and professional in handling check-in, but also warmly introduced the hot spring's features and suggested nearby attractions. Her friendly smile throughout made me feel truly welcome. The entire check-in process was comfortable and attentive, with meticulous attention to detail, such as proactively reminding me of weather changes and helping me plan my itinerary. I could really feel her dedication. Tianmu Hot Spring's environment and service exceeded my expectations, especially with outstanding staff like Gao Jian, making the entire trip even more unforgettable. I will definitely recommend it to friends and stay here again!
