"The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm."

"This property is probably one of the nicest in the area. It is both secluded and very close to the Grand Canyon activities. Don’t miss the local food served in the homestay, it’s very delicious! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay."

"我們全家共 4 人於2025年12月31日至2026年1月3日期間入住恩施希爾頓歡朋酒店，預訂了兩間標準房。按照酒店公示，早餐供應時間為每日早上6:30至10:00。我們於1月1日及1月2日在酒店自助早餐廳用餐，整體體驗尚可，但1月2日上午的情況令人非常失望。 當天上午約9點35分，我與家人進入早餐廳時，發現食物已所剩無幾：煎蛋、水煮蛋均已告罄，牛奶亦未補充。我們向現場工作人員提出希望能提供四份煎蛋，卻被告知“煎蛋設備已收起，無法制作”，且沒有其他可補充的食品選擇。最終，我們衹能勉強選取剩餘的幾個麪包和蒸包作為早餐，無法獲得應有的用餐體驗。 在我們之後，另有約五六位住客陸續進入餐廳，同樣面臨幾乎無餐可用的窘境。作為長期信賴並多次選擇希爾頓旗下酒店的客人，我們一直認可希爾頓品牌的服務標準與專業管理，也在全球多家希爾頓酒店有過滿意的入住體驗。正因如此，此次在恩施歡朋酒店的早餐經歷，讓我們感到格外遺憾。"

"Enshi Grand Canyon Qiqi Mushan B&B | Staying in a picturesque canyon, the most pleasant surprise of this trip! The B&B is nestled halfway up the mountain, offering expansive, unobstructed views. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows directly face the canyon cliffs. In the mornings, clouds drift over the mountain ridges, and in the evenings, you can watch the sunset paint the green hills. You can soak in the magnificent scenery of Enshi Grand Canyon without even leaving your room. The common areas also feature a fun swimming pool and observation decks, perfect for stunning photos with a great atmosphere. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. The owners are warm, friendly, and attentive, even offering advice on travel routes. Breakfast includes authentic Tujia snacks, full of local flavor. And by the way, the dinner at the owner's place is also excellent!👍 It's very close to the Grand Canyon scenic area, and the B&B even provides a shuttle service to the park entrance! 😊 This makes returning after your visit very convenient. "We had a very tight schedule and the the host made it super convenient for us to reach the train station. A car was arranged to pick us up from Wudang entrance (the car collected all our luggage from minsu first then come and pick us to go train station straight) - help us to rush so that we can catch the train. Not to mention the host is friendly, room is clean and as posted on trip com. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodging and food taste superb! Nothing to fault. Location is ideal as well! One of my best stay so far!"

"Had a nice stay here. It’s not super close, but only a short drive to the canyon. I enjoyed morning jog on the road (there is no pedestrian path, so you take your own risks if decide to do the same). You can feel the owner put in a lot of thoughts into the design and operate the place. All staff are super friendly. The outdoor setup offer places for small gathering. Heated hot pool is perfect for relaxing the muscles after hiking. Amenities in the room is adequate. The construction quality is not doing justice for the beautiful design. And the bathroom area could use some deep cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Families and small groups will have a good time staying here! (Photo from morning jog and from the room)"
