This might be the best hotel in Yabuli. I couldn't describe how welcomed we felt by owner Ms Jiang upon stepping into this hotel. The hospitality we received from the owner and crews were top notch! In conjunction with winter solstice, Ms Jiang even served us some of her homemade dumplings and a slice of tiramisu cake! This hotel was spotless clean, modern, Room was spacious, comfortable, and came with all the expensive branded appliances, Toto bidet, Dyson hair dryer, and even SMEG kettle?! 😍 Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and best hotel throughout my trip to China so far! Will definitely stay here again should there be a repeat visit to Yabuli. Thanks for the hospitality Ms Jiang ❤️

Que hotel incrível é este.A nossa estadia é absolutamente de Cinco estrelas.O pessoal é incrívelmente útil. Não me lembro de todos OS nomes deles, MAS Suuyu no escritório FOI tão útil para garantir que nos arranjamos à chegada. Quando chegámos, era Cedo e Frio, MAS este hotel nos forneceu um jardim quente. Este hotel TEM todas as características de 5 estrelas que você esperar e mais.As piscinas quentes múltiplas são UMA ênfase.A piscina quente exterior FOI incrível Durante a neve. O pessoal ajudou-nos a navegar facilmente pelos autocarros da cidade (o cavalheiro no escritório frontal também era grande). Voltaremos a este hotel assim que pudermos. Harbin é frio, mas as correntes quentes ♨️ são quentes

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

首先酒店位置好找，有獨立停車位，工作人員服務周到，熱情有禮貌，退房時走出來送了我們給了伴手禮。進店就給升級了房型，寬敞整潔，屋裡還有送的水果，馬桶也是智能的，離冰雪大世界開車也近。方方面面都挺好，但是為什麼沒給滿星，是因為房間空調是關閉的，屋裡衹有電暖器，零下二十多度的哈爾濱，升級房型的大落地窗嗖嗖漏風，居然不給空調我也是醉了，一晚上手腳冰涼，我是遼寧人，都趕不上我家地熱，我家還26度呢，酒店衹有21度。。。誰能體會去完冰雪大世界，回酒店想沖個熱水澡都不敢的絕望。

В целом отель хороший, я бы остановился снова. Есть как плюсы, так и минусы. Плюсы: 1. Современный; 2. Хороший завтрак; 3. Огромные номера; 4. Большая кровать; 5. Большой телевизор; 6. Персонал приветливый, старается помочь; 7. Управление светом и шторами у кровати; 8. В номере есть и душ, и ванная; 9. Зимой очень тепло в номере, что для китайского отеля даже удивительно; 10. Сам отель большой и красивый - лобби впечатляет даже искушенного туриста. Минусы: 1. В номере нет сейфа; 2. За 6 ночей ни разу не поменяли постельное белье; 3. Для того чтобы поменяли полотенца, приходилось класть их на раковину; 4. Ни разу не помыли пол в номере; 5. Очень сильная слышимость из коридора; 6. При выезде, во время возвращения залога (100 юаней), спросили про маленькое белое полотенце, которое горничная забрала, но не обновила. Что было совсем неприятно, пришлось доказывать, что мы это полотенце не брали. Иначе бы не вернули залог. Резюмируя, отель за свою цену очень даже хорош. Видно, что работники стараются держать качество на высоком уровне, но «по-китайски».

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.

Service: very good. They reply really fast and really helpful. Before, during and after the staying, they really helpfull. Activity: they prepare activity for free which is tanghulu making and water splash ( which trow water and it turn into ice for great picture) The surrounding: the view is really pretty and it near convinient store and restaurants. Infront of the hotel have place to play snow, it not beside the main road so it safe to play there. U can walk around at night and take pretty picture. Extra service (talk to the owner, not include with hotel price, need to pay extra): 1. we need to eat halal food. Since there no halal restaurant here, the hotel cook for us (lunch & dinner) 2. They help us book transport from harbin city to here and from here to harbin city 3. They help us book the horse ride to watch the scenery

時隔兩個多月，這是我第二次去了，一切依舊那麼好。不過還是想提個建議……年輕人嘛平時就願意睡個懶覺，更何況是玩了一天挺累的，客房的大姐真的沒必要每天早晨八點都必須過去敲門打掃衞生，我住了三天，被叫醒兩次，最後一天如果不是要走，一定還會被叫醒……真是讓我哭笑不得。假如你睡得正香，讓人吵醒了，你是啥心情？第一次去的時候就是這樣，這回我實在是有點受不了了，客房大姐也是夠執着的。希望酒店當個事，研究解決一下！！！

This stay truly exceeded our expectations 👍. The hotel owner and his wife were extremely warm and friendly, and the glasses-wearing young gentleman had an excellent service attitude as well. From check-in to daily assistance, everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. What touched us most was that they even provided free shuttle service at night to take us out for dinner, which made us feel very convenient and safe in an unfamiliar place. The glasses-wearing staff also kindly invited us to try the local must-eat frozen pear. It tasted refreshingly sweet and cool, and we were amazed from the first bite—really delicious! Before we left, the owner’s family specially set off fireworks to see us off. The sense of ceremony and their thoughtfulness made us feel as warm as being treated by family members. If you are interested in chartered cars or privately customized itineraries, you can consult the hotel directly. The price is fair and reliable, and it helps avoid being overcharged by outside drivers. Overall, the service was attentive, the environment comfortable, and the hospitality sincere. We will definitely choose this place again next time and gladly recommend it to our friends 😊.
