The Services : a huge thank you to front desk; housekeeping and restaurant teams. They were so patient and helpful with my elderly parent and my toddler. Even with a language barrier, their kindness translated perfectly. The location : ideally suitated in thr old town. It made exploring so easy with a young child and seniors. Value : for the price range, the quality of service and the beauty of the property are unbeatable."

"I specifically brought my elderly parents to Zhangzhou Ancient City for a visit this time. Since they have mobility issues and need a wheelchair, I was worried about the inconvenience of travel and accommodation beforehand. I had been communicating with the hotel about various matters before our departure. To my surprise, our entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely give it a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the ancient city. As soon as you step out, you're on the old streets and alleys, with all sorts of Minnan specialty foods and popular photo spots close by. It was incredibly convenient to explore with a wheelchair. While it was lively and bustling outside, the courtyard was serene and quiet. It's an authentic Minnan ancient house courtyard style, with an elegant and clean environment. The greenery was meticulously maintained, making for a beautiful and healing landscape. What touched me the most was the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests with mobility challenges. The accessibility features were very well-implemented. The courtyard pathways were flat and smooth, with no steep inclines, making it effortless to push a wheelchair in and out. The corridors were wide and open, allowing for easy and stable passage. When the front desk staff saw us with our elderly parents in a wheelchair, they immediately came over to offer assistance. They were enthusiastic and meticulous throughout, with a warm and polite attitude. During check-in, they prioritized a low-floor room on the first floor for us, avoiding stairs and complex routes, which greatly facilitated the seniors' movement. The room was spacious and airy, spotlessly clean, with soft and clean bedding. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, making it exceptionally comfortable for my parents to rest. My family all said they slept very well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the floor was anti-slip, with every detail considering the safety of the elderly. The hotel's service was so meticulous it was heartwarming. Knowing my parents had difficulty walking, the staff proactively slowed down their speech, patiently asked about their physical condition, and repeatedly reminded them to be careful on the stone paths in the courtyard. Throughout our stay, any request we had was met with immediate and quick responses. They were very enthusiastic about helping deliver items and assisting my parents. When we returned from outings, they would always proactively offer warm tea, asking if my parents were tired from their journey. Their sincerity and genuineness were truly commendable. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the hotel's natural hot spring, with its comfortable and gentle water temperature, was a great relief. Soaking our feet after returning helped us relax significantly. The breakfast selection was rich yet light, catering to my parents' dietary preferences. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. When the staff heard we had high blood sugar, they specially prepared low-sugar meals for us. From the service details, their warmth was evident in every aspect. I initially thought traveling with elderly parents in a wheelchair would be problematic, but thanks to the comprehensive facilities and warm service at Xiyue Hotel, our entire experience was beautiful, clean, with human-centered facilities and warm, attentive service. Every aspect was impeccable, and it offered excellent value for money."

"We booked 2 nights stay at Zhangzhou XiangYi hotel on 8 Decemberl. It is located inside the ancient city and is less than 10 mins walk from the main road. The hotel does provide free shuttle bus service to send hotel guests with luggage to and fro the main road. Not sure if it is free both ways as we only requested them to send us to main road after check out. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. When we arrived, knowing that we had not had lunch yet, the staff named Xiao Ou recommended us a list of good food options surrounding the hotel. The hotel room is clean and cozy with the basic amenities provided. It will be good if the hotel can provide a small piece of soap to wash hands at the sink. So we make do with it by using the shower gel provided. Not a big issue for us. But the hotel does provide dry and wet slippers which is a plus point. The hotel staff also told us to get ear plugs from them if we felt noisy at night as our room is facing some pubs opposite the road. But we did not find it too noisy and slept through the night. Maybe, it is winter season, hence not many people stayed out late at night. The hotel also gave us some vouchers to redeem and use for some activities and food in the ancient city. We only managed to redeem the free muah chee aka glutinous rice balls before we left as we were busy exploring the ancient city. We had an awesome stay at this hotel. It is comfortable and convenient to stay at this hotel as we could stay out late at night to explore the ancient city. It is value for money for its strategic location, price and good service. The hotel staff also gave us a goodie bag filled with the traditional biscuits and sweets of Zhangzhou before we left. Thank you!"

"ME Hotel Fuzhou is a truly magnificent and modern hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, stylish ambience, and warm hospitality of the staff. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was exceptional — there were plenty of choices ranging from local Chinese dishes to international favourites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at ME Hotel Fuzhou was wonderful. We felt relaxed and well taken care of, and we would definitely love to return again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fuzhou!"

"A very delightful accommodation, although be aware there isn't much food available near by. Recommend taking some food with you. The buffet breakfast was ok, but cost extra. The pool and spa are also at an extra cost, and not very user friendly for foreigners. Check in was very good on first night, with night manager going above and beyond given that I had arrived late. Also, it was difficult for the taxi driver to access the reception area. My subsequent 'card activation' the next morning and other questions were met with unprofessional giggling, and a request for 'a good review' and no real assistance. However, my stay at this accommodation was very good on the whole. Great place for children, as there are many areas for play and fun. If possible get a room with a river view, the night scenes are stunning with colourful lights reflecting on the still waters. Make sure to visit the antique shopping streets right next door. So many gorgeous treasures!"

"This time I stayed at Hanting Zhangzhou Ancient City Confucian Temple Hot Spring Hotel and the overall feeling was great. The hotel is located next to the ancient city Confucian Temple, antique, you can visit the ancient city on foot, it is very convenient to travel and play. The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest at night was very stable. The front desk staff was kind, the check-in was efficient and neat, and they also intimately informed the surrounding food and play places. The breakfast category is complete, and you can eat the southern Anhui specialties early. The hotel has a quiet and elegant environment and complete supporting facilities. Although there is no hot spring experience, the daily living experience is very good and the price is very high. It is worth staying for a trip to Zhangzhou ."

"Loved the spacious room and the amount of daylight the large windows allow in. Extra chargeable amenities such as bubble bath or herbal soak if you want to have a private hot spring dip. Otherwise super convenient as they have spa on level 3 in the same building for a relaxing day. I also liked that they have TV channels option instead of limited free xiaomi TV, and they serve fresh fruits to your room every day!"

"Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options."
