We recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Westside Hotel, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a modern and elegant ambiance, with well-designed interiors that make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the overall attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization. One of the highlights was the staff—they were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality definitely added to the overall experience. The location is also very convenient, especially for those looking to explore nearby areas or access key establishments. It’s a great choice whether you’re staying for business or leisure. Overall, we would highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is about 15 mins driving from The airport T1. Easy to find by taking a Carb taxi. The room size is quite big. We didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool because It was raining. Some fast food stores are close to the hotel location.

A localização é boa apenas para passageiros do terminal do aeroporto 3 (nosso terminal é 1 e leva 30 minutos para chegar ao aeroporto/hotel de táxi) e todas as atrações turísticas ficam a 20-30 minutos de táxi. Temos que suportar os engarrafamentos toda vez que saímos. Muito estressante! 2. Problemas de ruído: um canteiro de obras e os hóspedes próximos no corredor fazem barulhos constantes e nos acordam, então acho que o hotel deveria trabalhar na qualidade da prova de som. 3. Vista para a cidade e para o jardim? Depois de reclamarmos do barulho da construção, demoramos quase cinco horas para nos mudarmos para o novo quarto. A vista do primeiro quarto é a feia vista da construção (supostamente vista da cidade) e a vista do jardim é infernal e desagradável (veja a foto). Eu realmente me pergunto como o gerente poderia dizer com orgulho que é um upgrade para nós mudarmos para o novo quarto? Lol 4. Fora os acima, os funcionários são todos educados e atenciosos. Ótimo café da manhã e sauna seca e a vapor.

Fiquei duas noites no Savoy Hotel Manila. A localização é conveniente para chegadas tardias/partidas antecipadas, pois o aeroporto é geograficamente muito próximo. No entanto, não espere poder caminhar do aeroporto diretamente para o hotel, pois o T1 e o T2 são bem opostos e o T3 é separado por uma movimentada estrada parecida com uma rodovia. Quanto ao quarto em si: O padrão de limpeza superou minhas expectativas, especialmente depois do primeiro dia em que o atendente do quarto prestou muita atenção aos detalhes (muita água mineral nova, roupas dobradas com cuidado etc.) - muito obrigado à Sra. Rox Ferrer por seu ótimo trabalho e esforço. No geral, eu ficaria neste hotel novamente!

after i booked I asked okada view but they put my children in corner view, they dont even explained that i should upgrade or what ever. .but over all .. its so so service.

I will not stay in JMM again. The room interior is old, many paints are old and dirted. And many furnitures are scratched and not managed well. The microwave oven was malfunctioning. And there was a storm and some water dropped from the windows. The worst thing was I lost the security card(for the main gate at the ground floor) and door lock key. They charged 2000p for those. 1000p for each. The funny thing is the security key costs 300p by the condo but they asked me to pay 1000p for it also. I protested the front and the answer was it is the hotel's policy and she discussed it with her manager also and she is just an employee. I traveled so many hotels in the world. If I lost a key card, usually they just reissue it. Even if it is a budget hotel, 1000p for a key card is absurd. The hotel room cost was 44 usd, but I had to pay about 35 usd for losing two keys.

Eu tive UMA estadia muito satisfatória no New World Makati Hotel, e já fiz UMA reserva repetida para minha próxima visita... que diz tudo!! Cheguei Mais cedo do que o tempo de chegada oficial, e o pessoal estava incrívelmente acomodado, ele me ajudou a usar o centro de fitness primeiro, permitindo-me tomar banho e refrescar-me depois Da minha viagem. Este gesto ponderado fez UMA Grande diferença e deu imediatamente um tom positivo para minha estadia. Ao Longo Da minha visita, a equipe FOI constantemente profissional, atente e verdadeiramente útil, sempre disposto a ir a um milho extra para garantir conforto e conveniência. Em geral, foi uma experiência sem saída e agradável, e eu realmente aprecio a hospitalidade quente. Eu recomendaria fortemente este hotel e esperava voltar esta semana 😊

It has such great vibes, and the view is absolutely spectacular—perfect for sunset lovers and those who enjoy infinity pools. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The atmosphere and the food were both amazing! I loved the place—it’s perfect for friends, family, and couples. It’s also a great spot for dating and unwinding. This restaurant is highly recommended—truly, highly recommended! 🫶🏻 I would also like to commend the chef and the staff who assisted us. They provided excellent service and made our experience very satisfying. I forgot to ask their names, but the service crew at the roof deck went the extra mile to find a lighter for my birthday cake candles, which I truly appreciated. Their kindness and dedication to their work were remarkable. It made the whole experience even more wonderful. I would definitely book here again—not only because the place is convenient and accessible, especially for those who prefer the Manila area, but also because the staff are all friendly and fantastic. From the front desk and security guards to the buffet team, everyone is amazing and hardworking. Keep it up! I will definitely recommend and come back again to Lime Resort. After a 4 hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 12:20 PM. The bellman and security were very helpful and friendly, which I appreciated after being up so early. I informed the front desk that I had a reservation for that day and was told off that it was checkout time, which was understandable. After waiting about 20–30 minutes, I was called to begin the early check-in process and told I would be notified when my room was ready. As time passed, I noticed guests who arrived both before and after me, including families and other foreigners receiving their room keys. I understood that official check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I wasn’t expecting rooms to be ready, but I didn’t expect to be the last guest assisted. I started to feel disappointed when I saw a large family arrived around 1:30 PM and received their rooms before I did. By 2:50 PM, when the lobby was empty, I politely asked why our room was still not ready. After nearly three hours of waiting, I was told they were still processing my keycard. The front desk staff did offer a sincere apology when my key was finally handed over, which I appreciated. I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room felt very stuffy, as if it hadn’t been properly aired out or used. The bathroom was also concerning, showing dried water marks, stains on the toilet, and signs of incomplete cleaning. Due to exhaustion, I didn’t wanna think about it. On a positive note, the location was convenient for using Grab to reach Mall of Asia (MOA) and Manila Ocean Park. Overall, while the staff were polite and the location was convenient, the long wait, poor communication, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing. This hotel worked for my short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if comfort and cleanliness are priorities.

The room was very clean. It had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is also good. There are 3 restaurants in the building with reasonable prices. We tried Cache and it was good. We wanted to try Kaokee but our trip was short so we didnt get to do it anymore. Will definitely recommend this and will book again if ever we come back.
