"Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞"

"We had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Rochester. Tamia, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service and recommended a fantastic Indian restaurant when we requested after hours. The room was basic but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn't have time to use the pool due to our late arrival, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by the chef. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!"

"Eu estava um pouco preocupado quando me aproximava do hotel, não parecia bom. Uma vez que tudo mudou, todo o local é inimaculadamente limpo, decorado com sabor e as instalações são excelentes. O MEU único negativo é que a sauna não funciona. A melhor característica deste hotel é o pessoal, muito amigável, eficiente e feliz de ajudar. Ele voltará."

"I last visited Rowhill over 15 years ago. It has unfortunately lost its exclusive, luxury look and feel. Whilst bedrooms have changed and have a more modern look, the finish is not great and color choices not kind on the stains. They seem to have added a relaxation room which was a nice touch but. Slightly on the dark side to enjoy flicking through the magazines on offer. The bar food was better than nothing but plenty of room for improvement. Great breakfast though. Like a lot of these places the do not focus on the detail. The spa area now needs a loveing touch so it's on par with many of the new spas emerging or a good price review! Saying all that the staff were lovely, helpful and professional. I made the most of my stay and would still recommend."

"The Holiday Inn staff are always smiling and every time they pass by the reception they are greeted warmly and feel like home. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast. There are not too many kinds of food, but it is good for us. Maria, the waiter in the restaurant, will say hello to each guest every day. During the conversation, we also deepened our understanding of the local culture. Other employees will be very busy in the restaurant and do everything. Sometimes there is a shortage of staff, and the chef will personally deliver hot food to the restaurant front desk, so that the guests can enjoy the rich as soon as possible. breakfast. All in all, I am very satisfied with the Holiday Inn Ashford."

"This is a lovely hotel with extremely spacious rooms and en suites. The Orangerie dining room has a lovely outlook onto the peaceful grounds. Although we didn't have an evening meal there, we did enjoy the breakfast. The staff were extremely accommodating with our delightful little son/grandson of ten months and deserve praise for their hospitality. We were there for a wedding at the nearby Beacon Hotel (four minute drive or 20 minite walk with a pram) so it was incredibly convenient. As its a spa hotel, I felt obliged (!) to have a wonderful massage which although £110 was well worth it! A 20 minute walk takes you to the charming Pantiles area of Tonbridge Wells which had lots of eateries and was very unusual - quite unexpected. Everything about the hotel was great value. It could do with slightly updating in decor but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"The room was bigger than expected and had a patio to sit out on, the bed was comfy and everything is situated a short walk from the mews rooms. I did notice the bathroom was a bit dirty and the hot water for the shower went completely this morning. The maintenance man had to come out and fix the boiler to rectify the issue. The location is absolutely stunning and the gardens are well kept. It is really a beautiful part of the UK and the main manor building is lovely. The gardenia restaurant is closed a few days of the week for dinner and also breakfast which I didn’t think was ideal. So we had to go outside to eat dinner as the spa restaurant wasn’t really what I was looking for, for a nice evening meal. For breakfast we had to go to the sage spa restaurant which had a very limited selection of food. There were about 6 dishes to choose from, they said The chef doesn’t cook scrambled egg which is a breakfast essential so I basically had to have a plate of toast. As there was nothing that I wanted on the menu and I was told the smoothie machine was broken so I couldn’t even opt for that instead. This happened straight after the hot water had gone so was a bit of a dampener. I came to the hotel a few years ago when you didn’t have to pay for the spa access but now you do which is a bit annoying. Especially as you can only visit during breakfast or dinner hours even with the £20 surcharge. So then you have to either eat very late at night or have a late lunch otherwise the £20 won’t be well spent and you’d have to leave the spa after an hour"
