Very good hotel, the restaurant is not bad, but although the breakfast is many, it is not very delicious. Hotel location is very good, it is in the city center, it is convenient to go anywhere, but Santo Domingo is also very small, it is estimated that other locations are not much different.

Objectively speaking, I don't recommend it. There is a casino downstairs, which is quite noisy. There is indeed no hot water for showering, and the facilities are relatively old. However, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and the burgers made by the restaurant in the swimming pool are also very delicious. If you bring children, I don't recommend staying here.

The environment, location, service, and facilities are great. The garden has the feel of a tropical rainforest. The hotel itself has a long history. It is convenient for shopping and dining nearby. There were any political events on the day of check-in. The president was here. I will recommend it to my friends and I will do it again next time. Will choose this one.

My colleague and I extended our stay here twice, for a total of 6 nights. The location is very good, close to Serena, Bluemall, and ágora mall. The service staff is the most worthy of praise. Every staff member served with a smile. The hotel room is very new and very quiet (although there is a road downstairs, it is very soundproof and quiet), the breakfast is delicious, the environment is beautiful, there is a brand new gym, and there is a rooftop swimming pool. Lying there and watching the beautiful sunset and stars is indeed an unforgettable memory. I will stay here when I come to Santo Domingo on business in the future.
