We had a wonderful stay at Altus Hotel Poznań. The hotel is in a good location, very close to a tram stop, opposite and behind the hotel, making it extremely convenient to reach Old Town and explore the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations on where to eat and even guiding us on how to use the tram. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The **room was clean and comfortable**, providing a great space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend Altus Hotel Poznań for its excellent service, cleanliness, and perfect location for exploring the city.
Good location, just a short walk across from the parking lot of the airport, room size is O K., and staff also friendly. On the negative side: The hotel has no restaurant, just a bar that serves pizza and soup, the WiFi does not work too well, and value wise it is not a great deal, as compared with the other hotel down the road.
Great location for this hotel, a very short walk to the square. Extremely clean. Wonderful coffee machine downstairs with hot coffee and a good selection. Also tea and water available.
The pillows and duvets on the bed eye extremely comfortable. A complimentary bottle of fizzy and still water in the bedroom.
Large towels and am amazing shower with super nice smelling toiletries.
Umbrellas in the foyer to use if raining outside.
Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction).
The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good.
We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room.
The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport.
We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel.
The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked.
We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended.
There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel.
The hotel has a gym too.
The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans.
In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered.
Excellent hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and hotel breakfast was very nice. Location was ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are thinking of staying in Poznan. Thank you.
I rate my business stay at the Royal Hotel very positively. The trip included a visit to the Poznań Trade Fair, which is located very close to the hotel – a short walk away. The hotel is also close to the Old Town. I think I'll also want to spend my next business trip at this hotel. The only thing I'm missing is reserving a parking space, which wasn't a problem during my last stay.
Stock an.

GGuest UserExcellent location. Arrived very early & we were able to check in straight away. Large room with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection . Only downside was the noise, both from the street outside & from other guests banging doors.
AAmirahDIt was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required.
The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe.
Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options.
I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.
VVlaf HfhahBooked half an hour before arrival and everything went successfully. Staff loyal, room clean. True air conditioner in heat +33 helped, but not super t
GGuest UserI was staying for a dance event and would highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast service had an array of both savoury and sweet options and Alexandra (Ola) was a particularly lovely member of staff. Everyone was so professional and helpful.
Good for vegetarians x
GGuest UserWe stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.
GGuest UserHotel don't have good service about rooms cleaning, I was stay in no cleaner room 2 days. Also not good service about water in the room, they give me 2 small bottles on first day only and infor me as for next 4 days I need to buy water by my self. Newer got it in the normal hotel.
RRE:KONI recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. For the price, it truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent— the spa, sauna, and gym were all well-maintained and offered a relaxing environment. While the room wasn’t particularly large, it had enough space for two people and was comfortable for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable stay with great amenities!
WWadhwa SanjayConvenient, comfortable, nice breakfast , very good for a short stay when catching morning flights. Only 20min away from city center by taxi. Mac Donald’s at walking distance. 5 min walk from the airport . Overall a good experience.
