O hotel oferece uma vista privilegiada da pista do aeroporto. Os quartos são minimalistas, com apenas cama, TV e banheiro; não há frigobar nem chaleira. No entanto, a vista da área comum do 11º andar é fantástica, e foi por isso que reservamos o hotel. Naquela noite, vimos a aurora boreal da varanda.

The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。

Através de um rato de visão completa, o hotel está limpo. Estamos a ficar por 5 noites. O pequeno-almoço diário é bom... o pessoal e a recepção são amigáveis, corteses e úteis.... Belo panorama em torno dos resorts... & nós temos sorte , 2 da noite assistimos auroras luzes norte diretamente do nosso balcão resort... maravilhoso com as belas estrelas.... mas, mais importante, para ficar aqui você tem que conduzir...

A localização é incrível!Todos os pontos de recolha para a atividade foram 3-10 mins de caminhada.No entanto, o pesadelo começou quando chegámos à sala para perceber que o bin estava cheio.... Tentámos falar com o escritório, mas foi tarde na tarde e não nos disseram que ninguém do serviço de quarto estava lá e não podemos mudar o quarto cos eles estão cheios.... We had a fantastic stay at the Dock 69 39 hotel. Super clean, very cosy, quiet and comfortable. Location is good, 10 min - 20min walk to all the meeting points to catch your experiences. Easy access from the airport with 42 bus. They offer a great breakfast selection so it is definitely worth it to add this option to your booking. The rooftop spot is also cool to go and check if the sky has some activity. The upper dock restaurant provides a great selection of the meals, very tasty as well. The only thing that is not worth paying (30e per person) for is a spa and sauna. If you are a regular user of sauna you will be very disappointed, we booked 1h30 min and when we came to use it, it was totally cold, we needed to wait 30 min to heat it up...the view is on another hotel bedrooms and cold swimming pool is used by another guests that didn't take shower after session in sauna. The resting place is so small, that you can't rest. No fruits, or other beverages, only water from the tap. If you are an occasional user and you don't care, you can try it. For us it is something that should not be charged additionally as it is not worth it. Overall this is a great hotel to enjoy Tromso. We can really recommend.

O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. A vista da janela é ótima. Gostei muito da disposição do quarto e da decoração, que é muito bonita. A cozinha é excelente, pois vem com um conjunto completo de utensílios. Você nunca ficará sem nada. Esta também foi a minha primeira vez em um hotel estilo apartamento na Europa, então fiquei impressionado com a lava-louças. O piso também é aquecido, o que eu gostei. Principalmente no banheiro, meus pés não ficaram gelados, ao contrário de outros lugares. Não consegui usar o totem de autoatendimento para fazer o check-in, mas funcionou perfeitamente no meu iPhone. Eu estava preocupado em usar a chave inteligente do meu iPhone, pois li muitas reclamações em outras avaliações. No entanto, funcionou perfeitamente, inclusive na entrada, no elevador e no meu quarto. Não tive nenhum problema, apesar da minha capa grossa de celular. Durante a minha estadia, não encontrei nenhum funcionário. Felizmente, não houve nenhum problema, então tudo correu bem. Por fim, a localização é a melhor possível. Fica no centro e há vários supermercados por perto. No geral, é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar e o preço é muito acessível. Acho que me hospedaria aqui novamente se tivesse a oportunidade de voltar a Tromsø.

The hotel is centrally located near most tourist spots and meeting points for tours. The breakfast is nice with a variety of food but would be even better if there can be variations between days. There is also a gym and sauna overlooking the harbour. A nice place to stay in town.
