"Tudo ótimo. O hotel fica bem ao lado da estação de trem e da rodoviária, ideal para viajantes em trajetos longos ou curtos. Há bons restaurantes por perto, e o McDonald's ao lado funciona até as 2h da manhã, então ninguém passa fome. Máquinas de venda automática funcionam 24 horas. No quarto, os travesseiros são macios e confortáveis, os cobertores são quentinhos e há espaço suficiente para guardar objetos de decoração. O banheiro é simples, mas tem tudo o que você precisa, incluindo banheira e secador de cabelo. Os funcionários são simpáticos, prestativos e eficientes. Recomendo este hotel a todos."

"We came thinking the resto and bar would be open, but found out we were there out of season. We booked on Trip.com which didn't have the details on the closure for low season, so check the website for details depending on the time of year. Otherwise the place was nice, parking was easy, and the view from the hotel was great. It's about a 7 minute drive up from the town."

"We stayed at Harry’s home in Salzburg city centre for 3 nights between 20/12/25 and 23/12/25. There were three of us, including our 5-year old daughter. The hotel itself is situated very centrally, just 5 minutes away from Salzburg’s main railway station, where one can also get access to most of the buses as well. There is also parking available right on the back of the hotel, which is owned by the city of Salzburg, but the hotel can help with booking. A 24-h pass cost me 15 Euros. When we arrived, there must have been some problem with the booking platform, as I was told that the hotel’s system had us down as two adults, but our booking included a child via trip.com-note to trip.com: check your platform and the kind of information it sends to hotels’ systems please! Anyway, the only problem caused by that was that the sofa bed was not made up as a bed, but they came upstairs and made it with my help. The room we stayed in was small; there’s no denying it. However, we did not need anything big, as we were out all day. Also, it was very clean and tidy! It was warm when we got there and we dialled the temperature down ourselves, which is always a plus. Moreover, there was a little kids’ corner on the ground floor with various plush animals, cards, etc. for the little ones. My daughter and I spent some time playing there. On the basement, there was a guest kitchen in case anyone wanted to microwave anything and eat it there, and there were also two washing machines and two tumble dryers, which I made use of; very efficient and economical! The staff were polite and professional, but In would have liked them to smile more! Overall, a very nice stay, a decent room to stay in and an overall enjoyable experience."

"Embora seja um hotel mais antigo, foi reformado, então o interior é geralmente muito bonito! O quarto dos meus pais tinha uma varanda, o que foi ótimo para apreciar a vista pela manhã 👍🏻 As camas eram muito confortáveis ​​e o quarto estava muito limpo! "Ótima localização, funcionários simpáticos e eficientes e excelente café da manhã - mas não é um hotel quatro estrelas. Sem roupões de banho, sem chinelos, sem garrafas de água diárias no quarto e sem kit de toucador/produtos de higiene pessoal. Muito caro para um hotel quatro estrelas, por isso se enquadra na categoria de 3 estrelas. 18 euros para estacionamento diário também foi um pouco caro em comparação com outros hotéis. Adorei a localização, mas pelo preço eu ficaria em um verdadeiro hotel quatro estrelas em nossa próxima visita a Salzburgo."

"Excelente localização, a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da Estação Central de Salzburgo. No check-in, a equipe me entregou um passe de transporte de 48 horas, o que foi uma surpresa, já que, como turista, pagamos a taxa turística. Daí as cortesias. O quarto é básico. Não espere muito. Toalha, papel higiênico, gel de banho e sabonete líquido são fornecidos. Outros itens, não! Traga seus próprios produtos de higiene pessoal. Há um bebedouro com água quente no saguão, onde você pode reabastecer sua garrafa de água potável. Não há bebedouro de água fria, então, se você tiver uma garrafa de plástico, infelizmente não poderá reabastecê-la. O chuveiro e o vaso sanitário são separados, ambos com pia. Portanto, se duas pessoas estiverem viajando juntas, acharão muito conveniente. Há um simpático manequim de Mozart no saguão, mas esqueci de tirar uma foto."
