Excelente localização, a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da Estação Central de Salzburgo. No check-in, a equipe me entregou um passe de transporte de 48 horas, o que foi uma surpresa, já que, como turista, pagamos a taxa turística. Daí as cortesias.
O quarto é básico. Não espere muito. Toalha, papel higiênico, gel de banho e sabonete líquido são fornecidos. Outros itens, não! Traga seus próprios produtos de higiene pessoal.
Há um bebedouro com água quente no saguão, onde você pode reabastecer sua garrafa de água potável. Não há bebedouro de água fria, então, se você tiver uma garrafa de plástico, infelizmente não poderá reabastecê-la.
O chuveiro e o vaso sanitário são separados, ambos com pia. Portanto, se duas pessoas estiverem viajando juntas, acharão muito conveniente.
Há um simpático manequim de Mozart no saguão, mas esqueci de tirar uma foto.

Fica muito perto da estação de Salzburgo e pode ser visto assim que você sai da estação ferroviária. Há também um supermercado na estação ferroviária e um ponto de ônibus no andar de baixo. É muito conveniente, não importa onde você queira ir.
A sala está bem, você pode descompactar a mala, mas o Wi-Fi é instável e um pouco lento. A tomada é uma tomada europeia comum, não um plugue universal. A cama é muito macia. Chinelos e escovas de dente não estão incluídos.
O café da manhã é muito bom, com uma variedade de iogurtes, pães de aveia e comida cozida. O café da manhã é servido a partir das 6h30, e você pode comer até as 11h30 nos finais de semana.

We came thinking the resto and bar would be open, but found out we were there out of season. We booked on Trip.com which didn't have the details on the closure for low season, so check the website for details depending on the time of year. Otherwise the place was nice, parking was easy, and the view from the hotel was great. It's about a 7 minute drive up from the town.

Amazing hotel, with large, clean and nicely-decorated rooms! The staff is lovely and speaks great English. The breakfast offered a large array of quality food, including complimentary a la carte items. Highly recommend!

Embora seja um hotel mais antigo, foi reformado, então o interior é geralmente muito bonito!
O quarto dos meus pais tinha uma varanda, o que foi ótimo para apreciar a vista pela manhã 👍🏻
As camas eram muito confortáveis e o quarto estava muito limpo!
Seria ainda melhor se o café da manhã estivesse incluído!

O hotel fica a cerca de 2,4 km da estação central. Como era a primeira vez que andava e eu não sabia de nada, caminhar era um pouco cansativo. Quando cheguei para fazer o check-in já passava das 22h30. O hotel só aceita check-in antes das 10h, então tive que ligar para uma chamada de emergência. Ele foi muito prestativo e eu tinha um quarto em cerca de 10 minutos. Foi ótimo porque a noite estava muito fria.
O quarto é pequeno, mas acolhedor, com comodidades suficientes para uma estadia curta. Vou guardar para quando vier outra hora!

Tudo ótimo.
O hotel fica bem ao lado da estação de trem e da rodoviária, ideal para viajantes em trajetos longos ou curtos. Há bons restaurantes por perto, e o McDonald's ao lado funciona até as 2h da manhã, então ninguém passa fome. Máquinas de venda automática funcionam 24 horas.
No quarto, os travesseiros são macios e confortáveis, os cobertores são quentinhos e há espaço suficiente para guardar objetos de decoração. O banheiro é simples, mas tem tudo o que você precisa, incluindo banheira e secador de cabelo.
Os funcionários são simpáticos, prestativos e eficientes. Recomendo este hotel a todos.

It’s 10mins walk from station to hotel, and another 10mins walk to old town area, not as close as it is, but still very acceptable for a walk. Along the side to hbf, there’s lot of restaurant with Japanese, Korean, or Chinese cuisine, and thats not bad too!

JJay Rh.The hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay.
Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive.
The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice.
One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is?
Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects.
Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road trip, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening.
First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this.
I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing.
The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details.
The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here.
Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100.
(To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf)
In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating.
This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my trip for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction.
Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit packed as the bed is super big. Having said that, the room is nicely designed and decorated. Free mini-bar with daily refill is rarely found in hotels in Europe.
The buffet breakfast is absolutely the highlight. The omelette is crispy outside and molten inside, preserving the freshness and original flavours of all ingredients. Must try!
All hotel staffs are polite and helpful.
In terms of location, whether or not it is convenience, it depends. It is in the middle of Salzburg central station and the old town, going to either location is about 12 minutes walk. Salzburg down town is not big anyway. Everything is in walking distance.

YYimeikeaidemiaoBecause I was traveling by train through Europe, I chose a hotel less than 200 meters' walk from Salzburg Central Station. The modern decor was simple, and the facilities were adequate. Aside from being reminded to bring my own toothbrush and slippers, everything I needed for a two-day stay was there. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were straightforward, and they offered free luggage storage. The best part was the rooftop breakfast restaurant with panoramic views of Salzburg city and the fortress. We even got to see it after a snowfall, and the view of the rooftops was really nice. The buffet was generous; besides the usual German-speaking staples of tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers, there was a rich array of local breakfast options. On the second floor, there's a lounge and coffee bar with a window overlooking the train tracks, which makes for a great photo op. I recommend a larger Salzburg restaurant that you can find on Dianping (a Chinese review site), located about 200 meters from the hotel. It's popular with both locals and tourists, and the food tastes great. The beer is also highly recommended, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable for Central Europe, typically around 80 to 90 euros for four people.

GGuest UserThis is a really great hotel – clean, tidy, and in a good location. It looks exactly like the official hotel photos. I only stayed for two days, which was a shame. Honestly, if you're exploring anywhere within a two-hour drive, I'd recommend just staying in Salzburg at this hotel. The public transport is super convenient, the hotel itself is excellent, and they even gave me a city bus ticket!

GGuest UserThe hotel is showing its age, evident from the rust stains on the window railings and the chipped enamel in the bathtub. Even a small fridge would be a more contemporary amenity, considering a minibar isn't an option. But then again, it seems Salzburg as a whole is decades behind in terms of hospitality development. It feels like they're quite content to bask in their proverbial 'drizzle,' seemingly pleased that tourists fall for the pervasive Mozart-themed kitsch and willingly pay shamelessly inflated prices for something that's not even worth a second thought.

GGuest UserIt was a really nice, clean hotel with a good price, especially regarding other hotels in Salzburg.
Location is a bit out of the center, but the connections with bus are really good (bus stands near the hotel and goes every 20 minutes or so, you need around 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center). Hotel even provides you a free bus card for the entirety of your stay. There is also Billa shop just opposite of hotel.
The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. The only thing we wondered were if there is A/C in the room for summer. Our room was overlooking the busy street with lots of cars, but the windows were really soundproof, so we had no trouble sleeping.

Small gym; however, the lack of disposable cups was a bit inconvenient.
The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows didn’t provide enough support, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right.

LLungTomGreat hotel on the outskirts of Salzburg city center. The furnishings are a bit dated, but they give the hotel a certain charm. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Salzburg.
I especially want to highlight that the hotel was one of the very few that was extremely accommodating when it came to canceling or rebooking my 'non-cancellable' reservation due to the war in Iran (flight cancellations).
