Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

Look everything is fine but room are very old, and very far from elevator, quality of food really wasnt satisfactory, remaining things are good.

和遊樂場、商業街、很多餐館建在同一個完整街區，形成了一個旅遊綜合體。 酒店的住宿部分又分為三大塊，一個是跟大堂及餐廳連在一起的迴廊式多層，房間應該是比較標準的酒店雙床房、大床房；另一個部分入口處有專人把守進不去。 我們本來定的是第一類，也沒有解釋，直接給送到了第三類：仿當地民居聚落，要走曲折的小巷子，像回自己家一樣開門，然後來到一個兩室兩廳兩衞再加一個內院的套房，一共三張床。這也太划算了吧！我們就母女倆，“不得不”一人住一間房哈哈哈。不過房間裝修一半，特別是倆馬桶離側牆距離都非常近，很不合理。照片一是這個區域的小巷子。 圖二是從大堂前往住宿三區的庭院，上面一圈也是套房，下沉庭院裏有餐廳，但因為是淡季都沒開門。庭院中有四顆樹，樹冠不大，每個傍晚卻會飛進幾百衹椋鳥，嘰嘰喳喳地熱鬧極了。 費用裏包括每天兩餐buffet，還算豐富，最起碼我連吃三天沒吃膩。北非餐食有大量燉煮、油炸、煎烙的手法，跟中餐有很多相似之處。甜點的形狀跟北方中式點心可謂一模一樣，不過味道嘛……甜到齁。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay! I had a lovely time at Golden Tulip Hammamet President. The receptionists Fathia and Wiem were very kind and professional. Mokhtar was also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Excellent service from the whole team!

تجربتي في فندق TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet كانت جيدة بشكل عام. جودة الأكل كانت ممتازة ومتنوعة، سواء في الفطور أو الغداء أو العشاء، وكل شيء كان طازجًا ومقدمًا بشكل جيد. كذلك طاقم العمل كان محترفًا جدًا، متعاونًا ولطيفًا في التعامل، والخدمة كانت في مستوى عالٍ. لكن أود التنبيه لنقطة مهمة خاصة للمسافرين القادمين من شمال إفريقيا: هناك نوع من الغموض في مفهوم “الإقامة الشاملة” عند الحجز عبر Trip.com. حيث يتم عرضها بشكل عام دون توضيح دقيق للتفاصيل، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالمشروبات (هل تشمل الكحول أم لا). بعد الوصول، اتضح أن الفندق يعمل بأنظمة مختلفة للإقامة الشاملة (مثل شامل بدون كحول وشامل مع كحول)، ولكل نظام سوار مختلف، وهذا الأمر لم يكن واضحًا أثناء الحجز. لذلك أنصح الجميع بالتأكد من تفاصيل الباقة بشكل دقيق قبل الحجز أو التواصل مع الفندق مباشرة لتفادي أي لبس. بشكل عام، الفندق يستحق الزيارة من حيث الجودة والخدمة، لكن ينصح بالتحقق من تفاصيل الإقامة الشاملة مسبقًا.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, L'hôtel est excellent, les chambres, la nourriture et le personnel,le seul point négatif c'est la pension complète, vous avez le droit aux trois service, petit déjeuner, midi et soir,sinon au bar et à la plage tout est payant.

Decepcionante por esse preço e para um hotel de 4 estrelas. O quarto era pouco aceitável, claramente não limpo abaixo das camas, sem copos, sem toalhas, recipientes de sabonete e xampu quase se não vazios na chegada e não foram preenchidos durante a nossa estadia. Era um pesadelo conseguir toalhas: às vezes apenas o suficiente, às vezes faltando uma, às vezes faltando duas. Conseguir um ferro de passar foi uma batalha e esquecer o serviço de lavanderia. Nem sempre os pedidos eram atendidos com boa resposta, pintavam um quarto ao lado do nosso sem nenhum cuidado, deixando o cheiro bem fundo no nosso. O almoço era terrivelmente caro para a região, esqueça. Café da manhã e jantar incluídos estavam OK. A localização era muito agradável, embora os arredores estivessem um pouco mortos.
