"**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience."

"The staff in the restaurant were lovely and provided an excellent service. The food was tasty with a wide variety of choices, the room cleaning was also great. The only downside for me was the limited opening times of the indoor pool and gym facilities."

"L'hôtel était bien pour les années 2000 mais malheureusement aucune rénovation n'a été faite ni côté personnel, restauration ou encore dans le bâtiment lui-même. Le ALL IN était très basique avec des jus en poudre une nourriture typique qui nous fait dormir à chaque heure de la journée. la chambre était en état médiocre, la salle de bain pleine de moisissures et l'isolation n'est pas du tout conforme à la norme. il faudrait mieux chercher un autre hôtel pour passer un agréable séjour. nous sommes très déçu."

O quarto era pouco aceitável, claramente não limpo abaixo das camas, sem copos, sem toalhas, recipientes de sabonete e xampu quase se não vazios na chegada e não foram preenchidos durante a nossa estadia. Era um pesadelo conseguir toalhas: às vezes apenas o suficiente, às vezes faltando uma, às vezes faltando duas. Conseguir um ferro de passar foi uma batalha e esquecer o serviço de lavanderia. Nem sempre os pedidos eram atendidos com boa resposta, pintavam um quarto ao lado do nosso sem nenhum cuidado, deixando o cheiro bem fundo no nosso. O almoço era terrivelmente caro para a região, esqueça. Café da manhã e jantar incluídos estavam OK. A localização era muito agradável, embora os arredores estivessem um pouco mortos."
