O hotel fica muito bem localizado, com possibilidade de ir andando para alguns dos principais pontos turísticos de Lisboa. O quarto é de extrema qualidade, uma ótima cama, um ótimo banheiro, extremamente confortável. O atendimento das pessoas foi muito atencioso. A internet funcionou muito bem. Não fizemos as refeições lá, então não podemos avaliar

The hotel is a little over a kilometer downhill from the old town. While it's a bit of a distance from the main tourist attractions, both the bus and metro stations aren't too far, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Taxis are also cheap and convenient. The young front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming; anything we needed was brought up right away. Every night at 10 PM, the hotel has a 15-minute light show featuring many of Lisbon's sights. I missed it the first night, but I made an effort to watch it the second night, and it was quite interesting.

O hotel tem excelentes condições! Muita limpeza e simpatia por parte de todo o staff. Fica numa zona central da cidade. O que tenho de negativo a apontar é o facto de a rua e as proximidades serem só habitadas por estrangeiros (nepalenses, indianos, etc), todos os estabelecimentos serem deles e ter um cheiro a caril muito intenso em toda a rua que , em caso de abrir a janela do quarto, passa para o mesmo. Ou seja, hotel top, staff excelente, mas o cheiro a caril no exterior é desagradável.

We had a great stay at Moon & Sun Hotel in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that’s perfect for exploring the city, this is an excellent choice. The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt. The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodating—when I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome. Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. It’s a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Things I love about this hotel: 1. Location - 1million/10 - super central, walking distance to everything, near all public transpos, shops and restaurants everywhere all within less than a min or 2 mins walking 2. Staff - 1million.1/10 - friendly, very helpful, attentive. One thing I could not forget is that I had an early morning flight and their breakdast buffet doesnt start until 7:30AM. The hotel staff had prepared a breakfast box for me to go to bring to the airport. 3. Check in - 1000/10 - their check in isnt until 12nn, but thankfully for me, my room was ready and they let me in early. I opted to roam around and leave my luggage and upon return, they had already put my luggage in my room. 4. Breakfast spread - 7-10 - good selection 5. Aesthetic details - 8/10 - garden, themed floors and rooms 6. Welcome gifts - cute/10 - a letter, a free drink, and a discounted lunch meal What could be better: 1. Bathroom - a little bit tight especially the shower area. Its the typical European bath tub. Shower is great though, strong pressure and easy to use, and doesnt run out of hot water, but space is a bit small. Might be a problem for elderly people.

A localização é muito conveniente, perto da estação de metrô. O quarto recém-reformado possui instalações práticas, água quente de boa qualidade e camas confortáveis. A recepcionista e os funcionários do restaurante são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Há vários restaurantes nas proximidades, o que facilita bastante as refeições.

We had room 410 with a lovely view over the city to the castle and church, a really wide, comfortable bed, and everything you could need (safe, refrigerator, hairdryer, water, coffee). Modern bathroom. The only downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection and was of average quality at best (e.g., coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon).

El agua caliente no funcionaba bien, lo peor es que la propietaria lo sabia y no busco una solución antes. Cuando nos quejamos la única solución que ofreció es cancelar la segunda noche y devolver os el dinero de esa noche, lamentable. Es francamente incómodo tener que esperar media o hora para que el agua salga medio fría y ducharse así con el frío que hacía.

Localização no centro para todas as atrações. Metrô na porta. O rapaz que recebe os hóspedes no café da manhã é uma figura  a parte, sempre com mimos para os hóspedes.

Belo hotel, acolhedor e sempre disponível, sobreclasse em uma bela suite tornando a estadia ainda mais confortável, boa qualidade de leito. A gestão da iluminação é um pouco complexa, é preciso tomar o golpe de mão. Pequeno-almoço bom e de qualidade, mas um pouco clássico, teria apreciado algumas especialidades locais. O spa é agradável no final do dia, mas necessita de alguns trabalhos de manutenção.
