O hotel é realmente grande, BOM lobby, Grande quarto, BOM e limpo WC, recomendo a todos para reservar, o único desconto é que você TEM que pagar o estacionamento e é caro (Esqueça o quão caro), e não está localizado no centro da cidade, então se você conduzir o SEU carro você precisa encontrar estacionamento Na cidade

Bardzo udany pobyt,hotel położony na uboczu ale stanowi świetną bazę wypadową do pobliskich atrakcji Oświęcim, Energylandia ,Wadowice,Kęty. Na miejscu świetny personel i bardzo dobre udogodnienia kryty i odkryty basen,spa,restauracja,przytulne duże pokoje a na deser smaczne sniadanko

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

Bardzo miła obsługa i nie robiąca jakichkolwiek problemów z niczym. Począwszy od recepcji przez panie sprzątające a skończywszy na restauracji wszystko super. Wszystko ogarniają a przy tym są niewidoczni więc czujesz się jak u siebie. Wspaniałe miejsce. Kuchnia pyszna, a śniadania po 4 dniach nam się znudziły ale jak to śniadania w hotelu..

I booked a room for my mother. Thank you for allowing her to check in a bit earlier – it was very helpful and much appreciated, as she didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Overall, everything was good. However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room

SE FA FREDDO E NON È INVERNO..CAMBIATE HOTEL!!! Struttura nuova e pulita, tuttavia non posso fare a meno di dare solo due stelle perché per me NON È AMMISSIBILE che fuori nevichi e nelle stanze non esistono i riscaldamenti perché “siamo ad aprile”. Se avessi voluto dormire col cappello di lana e la maglia termica avrei scelto un campeggio, non un hotel.Mi è stata data una piccola stufa che è servita a poco e niente.. il solo pensiero di fare la doccia in una cella frigorifera mi faceva stare male. Quella che doveva essere una vacanza perfetta grazie a loro è stata uno stress.

Brilhante desde a recepção até a despedida! Equipe adorável que se esforçou ao máximo para nos receber e ajudar no que fosse preciso. Inglês impecável; britânicos são péssimos em outros idiomas, na minha experiência. Nada para se orgulhar 😌 O quarto era incrível. Um hotel muito novo, então tudo estava impecável. Provavelmente o lugar mais elegante em que já me hospedei. Silencioso - imagino que era bem à prova de som; não ouvi ninguém - parecia que tínhamos o andar só para nós. A recepção e o bar/café eram acolhedores, servindo lanches e um ótimo café. Não utilizei o restaurante, mas a área parecia muito boa, no piso -1. Produtos de higiene pessoal de ótima qualidade. Toalhas e roupas de cama luxuosas. Máquina de café Nespresso. Frigobar. Filtro de água/chaleira. Realmente não tenho nada a reclamar. Eu experimentaria outro hotel da rede Tribe e espero que seja do mesmo padrão.

Nothing really to complain about here! Great location & 24 hours front desk. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden. 4/5 for amenities as there’s no gym / sauna like other hotels we’ve been to for similar prices, but that’s no biggie.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Perfectly placed for exploring the old town. The hotel was very clean, warm and inviting and it's clear that staff work hard to keep the hotel looking at its best. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
