"We really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. It is clean, fresh, and pleasantly scented. The room is spacious, and the bed sheets, pillows, and mattress are very comfortable and well maintained. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the water pressure is good. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, are also well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, which is perfect for shopping, and there are many great dining options nearby. Area for improvement: The hairdryer is quite small and not very powerful, so it takes a long time to dry long hair."

"I had a truly pleasant experience staying at the Grand Margherita Hotel in Kuching. The location is excellent—right by the waterfront—making it very convenient for sightseeing, relaxing walks, and exploring nearby attractions and eateries. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast had a good selection, with both local and international options, and the dining area was comfortable and spacious. Facilities like the pool and common areas were also well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, Grand Margherita Hotel offers great comfort, good service, and an ideal location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching, whether for leisure or business."

"Stayed here for one night before an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable, view to the Airport and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is currently under renovation, but this was well managed with no construction noise at all. The free shuttle to the airport takes about 5 minutes, which makes this hotel very convenient for transit stays. Overall a pleasant, hassle-free stopover."

"4🌟 stay at Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing for 4D3N. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff throughout our trip. Housekeeping also did a good job with room cleanliness and bed arrangement daily. One of the best parts of the stay was the beautiful view overlooking the Kuching Waterfront. The sunset view from the room was really nice and relaxing, especially during the evening. Breakfast had quite a good variety. During our 4D3N stay, the live stall consistently served Laksa Sarawak and Kolomee, which was a nice local touch. The salad section and some hot dishes were changed daily as well, so breakfast did not feel too repetitive. However, for a 4-star hotel, there are still quite a number of maintenance details that need improvement. On our first night, we faced an issue with the air-conditioning not being cold enough. After informing the front counter, the staff responded well and arranged a room change for us. The second room had much better air-conditioning. Another small point for improvement is the room amenities. Coffee and tea were only replenished on the first day of check-in and not refilled during the following days. Overall, still a pleasant stay with good service from the team, but the hotel facilities and maintenance can definitely be improved further."

"We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious. The food was great, and maybe for breakfast selection can add some ”kuih-muih” too. The view from the swimming pool is also nice, just that the edge of the pool, where the waters are draining down, need to be clean, seems like it's not being clean for ages...it was green .. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and just next to the shopping mall."
