Hotéis 4-Star em Federal District, Mexico

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Loved this hotel. Great location to be in Centro. Offered free coffee at the cafe and walking tour with our booking. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Service was perfect. Hotel was beautiful and little touches like the free bottled water fridge on each floor makes a huge difference in amenities. I would choose this hotel every time. Only downside is having to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance but there’s no way to book it other than calling the hotel which is a hassle/burden for a lot of overseas travelers.

Hospedar-se na Cidade Velha torna muito conveniente visitar lugares como a Galeria Nacional, o Museu Nacional de Arte e o Museu da Tequila. O hotel fica perto da Praça da Constituição, que é fortemente vigiada, o que a torna relativamente segura. O hotel em si é bastante confortável, com um serviço atencioso e cordial. O quarto que me foi atribuído tem vista para a igreja, permitindo-me ”explorar” a movimentada praça do sofá.

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window). Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me. Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

337房衞生間馬桶沖水聲是這輩子聽到最大的！！！淋浴房的噴頭出水太散，導致重點部位集中不了水，也無法調節出水方式！！！牆上放大鏡支架差不多要掉下來了！吹風機按鈕都不見了，衹有通電使用和斷電停止工作！週五晚上，邊上的酒吧音樂吵到了週六早上5點！墨西哥年輕人有這麼嗨嗎？？？隔音要加強，要5層隔音玻璃～餐廳服務員不會英文真的非常不方便～有一天早上一個服務員還要收我早餐費（我是含早餐的）！最後房間隱蔽角落的衞生很臟～

位置不太好，對面酒吧很吵，衞生不太達標

發些照片大家自己看吧，這個酒店就是好看、專業。但是我發現墨城的所有酒店都不提供牙刷拖鞋等個人衞生用品，需要遊客自備！ 11月來的話，晚上很冷，白天很熱，大家一定要備些四季衣物以免感冒！

Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

O apartamento é relativamente novo e possui cozinha e geladeira, permitindo que você prepare suas próprias refeições. Ele vem equipado com fogão de indução, panelas, frigideiras e até mesmo óleo, sal e pimenta. Alguns andares contam com lavanderias comunitárias com secadoras. Há uma academia na cobertura com uma vista noturna incrível. A região ao redor é muito conveniente. Há uma loja de conveniência 7-Eleven no térreo e um Walmart nas proximidades. Também existem diversos restaurantes chineses e um supermercado chinês (Far East) por perto. Observe que a limpeza não é feita diariamente. Você pode adicioná-los no WhatsApp; eles respondem rapidamente (em inglês) a quaisquer perguntas que você possa ter.
