Este é um hotel de rede quatro estrelas em uma grande cidade. Destaques: Os quartos são espaçosos. Os quartos para não fumantes são arejados e arejados, embora as janelas não abram. A vista do andar superior é distante (o templo ao lado do hotel está no canto inferior direito da foto). Pontos a serem observados: Os cobertores fornecidos eram grossos demais para uma visita no verão, mas os roupões eram perfeitos. A entrada norte fica no segundo andar, acessível por escada rolante. As placas externas no térreo são apenas em japonês.

O quarto é grande.Mas o hotel é realmente velho.Não há muitas pessoas.Pequenas botas, não sugerem ficar.Quando estamos aquecidos, somos nós dois.Gostamos de IR para o quieto.

Reservei um hotel para assistir ao show do Aimo. Fica a cerca de 7 a 8 minutos a pé da Estação Saitama Shintoshin e da Saitama Super Arena, o que o torna muito conveniente. A recepção foi muito acolhedora. Perguntei se havia encomendas pré-entregues, e eles gentilmente conferiram e entregaram. O quarto individual que me deram era espaçoso o suficiente, com uma janela voltada para os trilhos do trem, e as janelas eram bem à prova de som, então não consegui ouvir o barulho do trem. Há uma loja de conveniência Lawson no andar de baixo, e dois shoppings próximos, o Super Viva Home e o Cocoon, tornam as compras e os restaurantes muito convenientes. Tive uma estadia fantástica neste hotel.

Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.

温泉がとても綺麗で、露天風呂が特にお肌がツルツルになり良かったです。 夜ご飯も和食で美味しく、丁度良い量でした。 21時からは無料でラーメンも1杯食べられます。 朝はビュッフェタイプでどれも美味しかったです。 お部屋もリフォームされていて綺麗でした。 また秩父に行く時は泊まりたいと思います。

Tive uma ótima estadia neste hotel! O quarto era lindamente decorado, limpo e muito confortável. A localização é conveniente, não muito longe da Estação Omiya, cercado por diversos restaurantes e lojas de conveniência. Infelizmente, não tive a oportunidade de experimentar o spa, então não posso comentar sobre isso. Mas, no geral, foi uma experiência muito agradável.

裝修風格比較陳舊。但酒店的服務出色。工作人員態度親切友好。客房服務也做得很到位，房間打掃得乾淨整潔，每天都會補充好洗漱用品。 酒店的餐飲中規中矩，早餐種類不算多，但能滿足基本需求。地理位置還算便利，周邊有不少便利店和小餐館，出行還算方便。雖然酒店裝修老舊，但優質的服務讓我的入住體驗加分不少，如果不太在意裝修，這裏還是個不錯的選擇。

Great place for a relaxed stay. We really loved the bath tub outside on the terrace, the room itself was great, too.
