"O hotel está localizado perto da Estação Kintetsu Nipponbashi, a 10 minutos a pé da Estação Namba, a área mais movimentada e, por vezes, caótica de Osaka, acessível apenas caminhando pela rua comercial Sennatsu-dori. Oferece fácil acesso ao aeroporto e a Nara. Do outro lado da rua encontram-se o Mercado Kuromon, farmácias e lojas de conveniência, facilitando o acesso para quem gosta de fazer compras e jantar na área circundante. A recepção do hotel oferece chá e café fresco de cortesia, além de lanches de cortesia durante o chá da tarde. O hotel é novo, com quartos espaçosos e bem decorados. Ambas as camas têm 1,2 metros de largura e cada quarto inclui uma escrivaninha e frigobar. A única desvantagem é a falta de uma cadeira individual. O banheiro é bem equipado com banheira e vaso sanitário moderno; no entanto, as pias em hotéis japoneses são relativamente pequenas. O café da manhã é servido no 15º andar, oferecendo uma rica seleção de opções ocidentais, disponível até as 10h, com uma bela vista da cidade. O recepcionista é um estrangeiro bonito que fala inglês fluentemente, é muito simpático e educado, e tornou a minha estadia agradável."

"This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day."

"The location is great, close to a nice river, next to subway station, also there is a family mart right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to fetch some late evening snacks. However, the window in the room cannot be opened, not even tiny bit for fresh air, the air gets uncomfortable when stay longer. We asked the front desk and they told us that all windows can’t be opened in this hotel but we saw from the outside that some windows do stay open, which is a litte bit disappointing."

"The hotel is right next to the Exit 6 of Daikoku station, very convenient for tourist with luggages. You can place the luggages in the lobby even if you arrive earlier than 3pm. However, you cannot leave your luggage in the lobby after check out. Basic refreshments are available in the lobby."

"This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Osaka! I had been worried about the typical small Japanese hotel rooms, but I was so pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was incredibly spacious, and our family of four never felt cramped. What really stood out was having two toilets and two showers, which meant everyone could get ready simultaneously in the mornings and evenings without waiting in line – an absolute lifesaver for a family vacation. The room was spotlessly clean, and since the hotel is relatively new, all the facilities are modern and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and even a washer-dryer with automatic detergent dispensing. We didn't need to pack many clothes for our stay, which really made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic too, just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-mae Station. It was super convenient for getting to Namba, Shinsaibashi, Umeda, Osaka Castle, and Universal Studios. Plus, there are convenience stores and plenty of restaurants downstairs, so finding food and essentials was never an issue. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and gave us detailed information about local transport and attractions. Their service was truly thoughtful and made us feel very well taken care of. Another huge bonus was the free parking (though you need to reserve in advance), which is a rare find in central Osaka. Highly recommended for anyone traveling by car. If I come back to Osaka, I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to all my friends. It's an excellent choice for both family trips and group travel."

"Adoro todos os produtos Dove que eles forneceram!! Meu cabelo cheira bem mesmo depois de suar o dia todo durante esta temporada de verão. Ah, sobre o quarto. Eu diria que é um pouco menor do que pensávamos. Mas no geral é bom. Perto de Lawson, então posso comprar lá facilmente."

"The room isn't huge, but the layout is very efficient. It was perfectly fine for our family of three, and we could even open our suitcases comfortably. The room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. The location is also fantastic, very close to the subway, making it easy to get to all the tourist attractions."
