I have been staying at the hotel for a few days, and there is a very inconvenient thing. The hotel does not have a self-service washing machine and dryer! Very inconvenient for business travelers! I remember that when I stayed at Jinjiang Inn hotels in other cities before, they all had them! I often come to Hangzhou for business trips. If not, it is really inconvenient. If possible, please ask the hotel to consider the actual needs of the residents and solve it! I hope to come to the check-in machine later and have a self-service washing machine and dryer! ! ! In addition, it is recommended to replace the hotel slippers with plastic slippers with holes in the bottom. The slippers provided in the hotel are Jinjiang's products for many years! As thin as paper! Jinjiang has always said that after so many generations of product upgrades, what is their use? The basic problems are not solved! ! ! It’s useless to upgrade for another 100 generations! ! !

Very satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.

I recently stayed at lemon hotel for the third time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and speak excellent English, which made my stay even more comfortable. Initially, I was hesitant about booking a place with shared toilet and shower rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless these areas were. There’s a cleaning lady on duty at all times, ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard. The rooms are perfect for solo travelers like myself. The reception staff are very enthusiastic and will contact you in advance to confirm the itinerary and arrival time. The whole check-in process is pleasant and reassuring. Firstly, it only takes three minutes to walk to the hotel after getting off the subway. Secondly, the layout of the room that comes into view is very simple and fresh, and all facilities are complete. We have everything you need including a refrigerator and washing machine, the sanitation is even more meticulous, and the staff is always available to answer all your questions. It’s a very satisfying stay. Highly recommended! ! !

There are mountains and water scenery first class! At night, I followed the navigation to the barren mountain road and went to 😂. The little brother came out to pick up the road. I was not relieved and ran two times. It was a good person. The room price was cheap. I did a good psychological expectation so I felt that it was okay. It is the kind of large resort in the past, with a lot of facilities and projects, and some are not open now. Mahjong ping pong billiards are available. Children's play has wooden chopping board swings, etc., and there is a children's bunker.

The boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.
