Localizado na área de Siwu, a apenas 10 a 15 minutos do metrô. Havia muitos restaurantes e dois supermercados nas proximidades.
O café da manhã era excelente em termos de variedade e qualidade.
O quarto não era muito grande, mas estava bom, com janelas e uma cama confortável.
Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos, prestativos e forneceram informações aos hóspedes.

Very simple hotel struture where the hotel lobby staff seem to live there with baby and all. Although the room is supposed to be non-smoking, but the smell of cigarette smoke seems to linger. Booked the stay for 2 nights and although by 2nd day the room seems to smell alright, but the towels still have the smoky smell.
I was rather self sufficient so it was fine.
Right next to the street that has loads of food and shopping options. Near a few touristy spots. The nearby tram, which i didn't take, goes to the railway station.

Third visit to the Ting Hotel. The layout of the check-on area has changed. It is a lot better now. The superior room is well worth the money spent. Two big, comfortable double beds, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, friendly staff, they are using the usual translator Apps, Metro line two to Ningbo Railway station as well as the Airport is only a two minutes walk away. The click tower acrosd the street. An english translation for the A/C remote control would be helpful. The loud A/C is the only downside. I guess it needs to be serviced.

因為要馬拉松比賽，就提前幾月定了。價格很 實惠，離出發體育場也很方便。打車 9 元，也是我麼有 感受到過的低價。酒店對面有個麗陽門公園，有 一段城牆遺址可以去逛逛。附近不遠有七子樓景區，就是都是賣吃的。酒店服務態度好，就是隔音差。

It was clean and hygienic, and there were no strange odors in my room, which made me feel the fresh air system was excellent and the air quality comfortable. The private rooms offer personal space, and while the soundproofing isn't great, it's still a good value for the price. The air conditioning vent is in a small ceiling space, so it can get a bit cold. Even though it's non-smoking, some people still smoke in their rooms, and you can occasionally smell cigarette smoke. If a room is available but it's before check-in time, you can't move in unless you pay extra for an hourly rate.

GGuest UserRather than saying that this is a B&B, it is better to say that this is a small house that carries the leisurely life attitude of a couple.
This small house was renovated from an old house. It took half a year. Every object in the small house was collected by the landlord and his two lovers. Except for the wooden frame and yellow rammed earth, which were kept as they were, the interior layout was completely renovated. It is very modern and simple, providing residents with convenience and comfort in life, while retaining the tranquility and simplicity of people in the mountains beside the stream. I particularly like the wide wooden water table by the window, where I can read a book while listening to the gurgling stream.
When we arrived at the parking lot in Songyang, the hostess had already greeted us in the parking lot. The male host with a baby face also came up to us halfway with a smile. As soon as we arrived at the store, we were served in a big bowl. Iron and grapefruit tea is so warm! Dinner was also arranged at the B&B. The host was a good man who knew how to cook. Several of the dishes were colorful and flavorful and must be praised, including the breakfast the next morning, which was both nutritious and delicious. It must be said that families with children can also experience a backyard vegetable picking experience, which is very interesting for children living in the city!
The whole village of Songzhuang Village is not as big as Yangjiatang, and it is far away from the county seat, so there are fewer tourists. Relatively speaking, the visiting experience is very good. There is an ancient arch bridge in the village that was rated as a secret place in the south of the Yangtze River by National Geographic Magazine. It is covered with greenery. The moss is very beautiful from a distance and up close, and there are a lot of people taking pictures! We took a group photo with Xin and Lixia’s dog mother 123 on the bridge. Speaking of this little Chuanchuan, he is really a cute dog. My daughter also insisted on booking me to this hotel in Lixia because of it. I didn’t expect the experience. So good, I will definitely come again next time I have a chance!

She also helped me upgrade my room type for free and delayed my check-out time. It was a great stay experience and highly recommended.

I had booked the wrong room, but the front desk offered a great price adjustment. From check-in, the thoughtful service was evident; the front desk staff were gentle and polite, handling the procedures efficiently and quickly without any tedious steps. They also proactively informed me about nearby travel routes, which was incredibly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient. It's close to a shopping district, so dining and shopping are easy, and taxis and public transport are readily available.
Upon entering the room, the first impression was how clean and tidy it was. The room had ample natural light and good ventilation. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, with a sensible layout and a spacious, unconfining feel. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just right in terms of firmness, allowing me to relax my fatigue quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was a thoughtful touch, the toiletries were complete and clean, and the hot water supply was abundant and stable with good water pressure. The room facilities were all in order; the air conditioning and TV worked normally, and the internet speed was fast, perfect for work or catching up on shows.
Housekeeping staff cleaned daily on time and thoroughly, promptly clearing trash and neatly arranging items. The hotel's common areas were clean and tidy, the corridors were quiet, and the soundproofing was good—I heard almost no external noise at night. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with a great ambiance. The service staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly to requests and handling issues patiently and meticulously. The overall value for money is high, making it suitable for both business trips and short-term travel. Cleanliness, attentive service, and a convenient location – every aspect was reassuring.
The hotel is located in the Lakeside business district, about 700-800 meters from West Lake and over 400 meters from Ding'an Road Station on Metro Line 1. There's a bus stop right outside, with routes to City Balcony, Leifeng Pagoda, Sijiqing, and more. I genuinely recommend it to everyone; it was a fantastic stay and worth revisiting!

GGuest UserIt's OK in terms of cost performance. I went to Olympic Sports Center to watch a concert and stayed for only one night. I booked the hotel late so I gave priority to hotels close to the subway and business district. There are pros and cons, some of which are of course subjective.
Let me start with the advantages:
1 About five minutes walk from the subway station
2 The commercial area is just across the street, with lots of food and drinks
3. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The people are very nice and helpful.
4 The sanitation is good. Because the room is white, you can clearly see whether it is clean or not.
5. Powerful air conditioning
6. Takeaway food can be delivered directly to your door
Then the disadvantages:
1 The room is not very big. Although it is a double bed room, it will be very cramped for two people. Especially the bathroom and shower room are very small, and you have to be careful not to hit your arms against the wall when you turn around.
2 The water heater can only guarantee hot water for less than 20 minutes. The water temperature will continue to drop to about 30 degrees, and then you need to turn off the hot water and wait for the water heater to reheat. I stopped twice to wait for the water to boil while washing my hair, and it took me almost an hour in total.
3 The sheets, quilts and pillows are all pilling. They are clean but may have been used too many times.
4 The sound insulation is average, and the sound from the corridor outside is very clear
5. The projection room was set, but the angle of the projector was weird, at least you couldn't see it when you were lying on the bed.
6. The sofa is more for display than for practical use
7 The tissues provided are average, especially when going to the toilet, it is best to bring your own
