Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

Eu tive o número de quarto 1111 e 1211, então o acesso à sala pode ser do 11.o e 12.o piso. o tipo de quarto superior (12) e inferior (11) é ligado pelas escadas do quarto. Isto não é o mezzanine sim. É uma combinação de 2 quartos, por isso a sala superior tem uma porta, um banheiro, um mini frigorífico separado. Portanto, as escadas são separadas do banheiro e do mini frigorífico. Aquecedor de ar é muito frio porque há dois ar condicionado de ar nas escadas.jd Embora a sala seja grande, a temperatura fria ainda está bem fornecida. O primeiro andar (lobby) é o café Parise e Pastry, Indomaret.O segundo andar é a estação alimentar, Casa de Wok. Não há necessidade de ser confuso com a cozinha. O acesso Ao elevador é rápido porque é diferente para OS pisos quebrados e estranhos, então é realmente confortável SEM ter de esperar Muito tempo para o elevador.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

the best hotel ever... the breakfast is super good...so much choices. the environment of the hotel is peaceful, modern and cozy.....

Hotel room size is ok but we have issues with the linen. The bedsheets in one of our 2 rooms looked musty and old. My bathroom towels had a very musty smell, like they were not dried thoroughly after washing and so it developed a musty smell over time. One of the towels was also discolored. The new set of towels for the second night that we received also smelled musty. It could be the hotel’s laundry issue and would suggest the hotel management look into it. Also, we suggest providing small hand towels in the bathroom, so that guests might dry their hands after washing. The fitness room is very small and has limited equipment. Overall, I guess it’s what we pay for but the hotel can consider improving in these areas. Hotel breakfast buffet had quite a good spread though and service was good. It cost IDR125,000 per pax.

It was a BAD experience. The taxi driver, whom the hotel called, turned off the taximeter while driving. The cost is around IDR 200,000. He charged us IDR 300,000, which is the same as the hotel car. From the amount, I believe this driver well knows the hotel service, intended to stop the taximeter and charged the same amount as the hotel car. A complaining email was written to the hotel. It was disappointing that no reply from the hotel side at all.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was very inviting and well-maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring. The amenities offered were greatly appreciated and added to the convenience of our stay. We found the staff to be exceptionally courteous and always willing to assist with any requests.

We checked in a little late yet staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the 26 floor and it was really spacious for 2 pax. There’s an iron steamer in the room and this is such a win for us who can’t live without iron even during a short trip. It will be better if they provide us the iron board though. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided and I wish they provide more hooks in the washroom. It’s a bummer that we only took video of the room but we couldn’t even upload the video here. Went for a short workout in the gym in the morning before breakfast. They have treadmill elliptical bike some dumbbells and bench for you to do some press lol. They have a good selection of breakfast. We stayed so long so that we were able to try everything from the breakfast menu. The best part of the hotel was that it is connected to the Pakuwon City Mall. Shopping made easy 🤭

Check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. The service was satisfying, and breakfast was delicious. The location is easily accessible. Overall, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we're transiting through Banyuwangi to cross over to Bali.
