The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. The room was very spacious and clean. The terrace had a beautiful view, facing the sea, and you could see the lighthouse. The bedding was comfortable and I slept for more than eight hours. The breakfast was rich and delicious. It was very close to the old town and a ten-minute walk to the port. It was a very good hotel.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On asking when I had to vacate the room I was told that as I had a problem with my car I could leave everything I the room until it was resolved. This I really appreciated. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was 2 sachets of coffee and 2 of milk. Also a bottle of water. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and you could sit outside and look at a great view of the sun rising over Irepetra. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Um Lugar absolutamente incrível, num local perfeito, apenas um passeio Ao Longo do Mar, à Antiga Cidade histórica de Chania e Ao Porto Veneto. Na outra direção, um passeio ainda Mais curto para o Porto e a Praia de Nea Chora, que TEM UMA TONNEA de lojas e restaurantes. A propriedade está diretamente no Mar, EM UMA localização tranquila, com UMA piscina bonita e UMA vista maravilhosa EM todas as SUAS posições.O pessoal era fantástico e até me contactou no WhatsApp antes Da minha estadia para me fazer check-in. Eu tinha minha sala pronto, o que era fabuloso, e EU tinha UMA suite com um tubo quente Na Frente do mar, e EU tinha UMA Casa de chá, decorada, fresca, limpa e a vista do balcão era incrível. Acredito que o pequeno-almoço é incluído para todos os hóspedes, que era bonito com uma grande variedade de bebidas e pastos quentes e frios. A única crítica é que não fiquei mais. Eu voltaria em um batimento cardíaco!

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

Pegamos o pacote de meia pensão, era o mesmo cardápio para 5 noites. Apenas alguns pratos e os pratos não são do nosso agrado. O menu para outros clientes é melhor. Ficamos muito desapontados. Não comemos pelo 5º dia porque os menus são os mesmos Apenas algumas opções. Eu não recomendo meia pensão para este hotel.

Très belle expérience, l’accueil a été parfait, les chambres se trouvent à 2-3min de la réception j’ai été accompagné jusqu’à ma chambre. Le Monsieur de l’accueil a même proposé de porter ma valise la chambre n’est pas de toute jeunesse mais elle est très grande et joliment décoré. La salle de bain est un peu humide mais très bien équipé, il y’a même un bidet. La chambre à la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un déshumidificateur d’air. Les prises sont en suffisance et à des endroits stratégiques. Les frigos ne refroidit pas bien mais c’est un détails. Le petit déjeuner est correct et avec des produit locaux et les serveuses sont vraiment gentilles et serviable.
Le plus c’est très clairement l’accueil et le personnel les gens sont absolument adorable, à l’écoute, on m’a recommandé les restaurant alentour à privilégier et ceux à éviter et l’emplacement est top la rue est calme mais à proximité de tout!

Ttai0910Although the hotel is located in the sea, it is close to the bus terminal, the airport bus station, the archaeological museum, the castle and the most lively August 25th street. It is within walking distance. We have 3 people on this trip and choose to live in a family room. The hotel provides a lot of space, up to 35 square meters, enough to live in 4-5 people, good decoration design, The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located in the old area. The surrounding environment is relatively narrow and messy. Because of the off-season, the hotel's top floor is not open. There are two hotels under the same area and the group. Come back next time. I want to try it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty clean and modern. We found the beds to be very comfy and the hotel's location was pretty convenient near the old town and port areas. The rooms are well appointed with a couple of chairs, a work area, a coffee/tea station, big TV and a large bathroom. There were enough plugs around the room and many switches with light settings to get it just right. We appreciated the balcony and the view outside but there were some cars that drove by with very loud music each night. The only significant complaint we had was that the bathroom shower leaked very easily in our rooms and got the floor wet near the toilet.
The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good with a variety of Crete foods like cheese and pastries. There was fresh scrambled eggs and a very good sausage available as well. The breakfast also had a large variety of preserved fruits that paired well with the Greek yoghurt and included oranges, cherries, grapes and figs.
We appreciated that the hotel had inexpensive parking nearby at Central Parking which was 7 Euros per day with unlimited in/out privileges as long as we got a stamp when we got in. The hotel also had a restaurant that offered room service and there was a popular cafe just across the street. This hotel was a good base for exploring Crete with a convenient location near the airport and the price was very fair for us.

CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day. Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here.
Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special.
Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth.
I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

JJimmibobAbsolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

GGuest UserWe booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.
Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.
They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.
We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.
The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.
