I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yinchuan, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. **Service:** The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the team was very helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. **Rooms:** My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It was my first time staying at this hotel. The name sounded impressive, so I decided to check it out, hoping to see if I'd opened a box. I was pleasantly surprised: the room was exquisite and cozy, with smart amenities throughout, impeccably clean, branded bedding, and a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The breakfast was hearty and featured Ningxia specialties. The service was warm and attentive. I browsed the gym, self-service laundry, and luxurious conference rooms, all very popular. Parking was also convenient, and the price was excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

前台工作人員入住期間主動幫忙解決問題，態度親切專業，讓旅途倍感温暖。服務體驗遠超預期，值得信賴。酒店設計有格調，細節用心，氛圍温馨，像家一樣舒適，適合放鬆身心。

來銀川出差兩天，提前在攜程找到這家酒店，選擇這家酒店的原因之一就是離高鐵站比較近，到酒店後，酒店大堂裝修就很精緻，辦理入住也比較快，前台小姐姐還為我推薦了附近的美食，服務到位，很用心，感謝他們！房間是那種輕奢風格的裝修，房間大，也很乾凈，樓層內還有個休息區可以看書休憩，挺不錯的！早餐也很豐盛（忘記拍照），自助式的。總之，下次來銀川，還會選擇這家酒店。

This time I came to Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Jinfeng, and was greeted by Amy, who efficiently checked me in, provided considerate service, and helped me upgrade my room for free. She was also very enthusiastic and had a very good experience. I recommend it and have extended my stay.

這家酒店整體體驗超棒，房間裏的設施設備都是大牌，品質感十足，用起來安心又舒服。環境乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，性價比超高，真正做到了物美價廉。服務也很貼心周到，入住流程順暢，住着舒心又省心。無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，強烈推薦，下次還會選擇這裏！

Overall, good. Not near to shopping mall. Initially, a room is given smaller than expectations as stated in the booking description. The hotel was listening to our feedback and changed a bigger room the next day.

Very good butler service. They contact us one day before our stay. Always keep us updated on the day’s activities. To me, their service is better than Desert Star Hotel’s . Hot pot buffet dinner is good. The night show at Tonghu Grassland is awesome. It’s raining when we reach there but luckily the show not cancelled.

一進lobby好香！整個人都舒服了起來！櫃枱接待以沫、服務很好，房間問題也及時幫忙處理，隔天看我人不舒服給暖暖包…重點櫃枱人員還要幫忙拉行李…看了都心疼！啥事都他們做，給100分 地理位置也好，去哪裡都方便！下次來銀川肯定還是住這間！非常推薦

這個價格的酒店，一般無功無過都會給5分好評，但這次體驗屬實有些無語。 1，保潔服務硬闖房門。想睡懶覺，房門設定了請勿打擾並反鎖。誰曾想，保潔9點連續敲門兩次，我半夢半醒沒有應答，結果驚訝地聽到保潔直接刷卡開門了！要不是反鎖，保潔已經推門進來了！保潔發現打不開，又刷卡一次，下壓門把，企圖開門。門鎖報警把我嚇清醒了，大喊誰啊？！回覆“要打掃嗎？”我説現在不用，保潔直接走了——頭一次遇到如此“鬆弛自由”地客房保潔服務。 2，房間隔音效果極差。隔壁房住户打了一上午電話，我竟然可以每一句都聽得清清楚楚，甚至連電話對面都可聽清，吵得難以休息。後續換房後，衹要隔壁説話，也都能聽清內容，説明不衹是某間的問題。 唯一滿意的是前台的服務態度，熱情積極，幫忙把大床房換了雙床房，對保潔問題道了歉。但其解釋是：保潔是最近新招的，還沒培訓到位，“看不懂房門標識”。客房服務人員不在乎好評率，但前台經理要背評分壓力，希望體諒他們前台的不易，仍給5分好評。這種解釋雖令人困惑，但按其要求體諒，可把2分評價提升打到3分。至於更高評分，還是等其他顧客在他們“培訓好”後，過來入住再打出罷。
