"The shuttle driver who took us between the airport and hotel was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right beside Ji Hotel. A nearby convenience store made it easy to grab essentials. The staff were warm and helpful, even offering a morning wake-up call for our airport transfer. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable Family Room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations, making our experience smooth and enjoyable from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience."

"Com um voo por volta das nove da manhã do dia seguinte, decidi ficar diretamente no aeroporto. O hotel fica no Terminal 1 e é preciso pegar um ônibus de translado para o Terminal 2, que passa a cada meia hora. Os quartos externos têm vista para a decolagem e aterrissagem dos aviões no terminal, e o barulho é aceitável. O estilo geral é bem consistente com a rede da marca, a decoração é relativamente nova e parece bem limpo."

"We were unlucky to stay in the hotel during typhoon. So we could not enjoy any of the facilities as they have nothing indoor. The hotel has excellent location but besides that it was just an average hotel. The worst thing is the attitude of staff. A male staff on reception was very rude and did not want to answer any questions or help us. This was the first time when we asked hotel to give us baby potty but were refused, they said it’s only provided in family rooms. If hotel has them why not to provide it by request to make life of guests comfortable?.. this shows the low level of services. The hotel makes money on Russian tourists who come via agents and they don’t care about their quality. I’ve been in Sanya many times in different hotels but service of this hotel was one of the worst… breakfast is very poor, basic Chinese breakfast , but there is even no yogurt for breakfast, which is typical in Chinese hotels. In terms of cleanliness, the water jar in the room was full of black mold, and the water was licking from the sink, finally chopsticks in their restaurants were dirty, which was horrible! The facilities are quite old. Our fridge did not work, but we didn’t know it as the light there was on, so we put milk inside to find out later that it became bad so we threw it away :-( The price is reasonable but only for bigger rooms, the standard room is extremely small."

"Overall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport. We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done. The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m. One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step! One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others. Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars: - Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved. - the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀"

"Toda a família de SG e hk TEM boas coisas para dizer sobre a estadia. Verificou com parentes locais que este é um hotel recentemente renovado antes de eu reservar. Quando EU estava no OCD, muitas pesquisas relacionadas à pesquisa online antes de EU reservar. Porque é novo, muitas pessoas provavelmente não ouviram falar desse hotel. Depois de ficar, apreciei pessoalmente o paciente, amigável e profissional (o gerente e o pessoal de serviço frontal/concierge), bem como amigável para os idosos. Muito importante, as condições de quarto foram até ao par! As toalhas, as cadeiras de cama estavam limpas, não cheiraram a fumaça. As toalhas estavam limpas, e este também TEM um duche e áreas de banho separadas. As cortinas foram totalmente automatizadas, por isso é bom para aqueles que são particulares sobre a facilidade de controlar a iluminação natural na sala. As quartos tinham cerca de 4-5 áreas de socket.Had both c-type and usb charging ports (about 2 each) next to beds so it's good for those traveling with a few phones and phone types."

"My family of 8 stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Excellent front desk and housekeeping services, many of them went all out to help us. For instance, we are so impressed with this front desk lady(Ms 郭) who patiently shared various suggestions with us on where to eat and tour; when one of our smoke free room smelled of smoke, she arrange a air purifier for us and it does help to improve air quality. Housekeeping personnel made arrangements to get us 8 pairs of slippers when we want to go opposite for dinner once the typhoon has subsidized but certain areas are still very wet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Love the spread of breakfast. Walking distance to a few shopping malls. Will stay here again in my next visit to Haikou!"

"Agora, este hotel é, sem dúvida, o melhor hotel em que já fiquei! Como uma viajante solo negra, sempre sinto a necessidade de me sentir extra segura em novos lugares, mas este lugar? Incrível! Do hotel de frente para a praia, passando pelo aluguel de bicicletas bem em frente ao hotel, o espaço incrível que o hotel realmente é, até a equipe!!! Esta é definitivamente a minha principal recomendação para quem visita Sanya! Nunca me senti tão bem-vinda por estrangeiros. Assim que entrei no hotel, a equipe estava pronta para ajudar, e a barreira do idioma não os impediu de fornecer um serviço 100%! Eles recomendaram atividades e até me levaram ao salão e me buscaram de volta depois! Eu poderia falar sobre este lugar sem parar, hahaha. O MELHOR HOTEL!! 这家酒店的工作人员让我的体验如此顺利！我感到非常被爱和欢迎！"

"Got a free upgrade which was fabulous! Xiaochen helped us out a lot, she even let us keep our room (which is larger than what we book) when we ask for an extended day. Room is more than enough for 3 girls. All requests were catered shortly after we raise them with reception. Breakfast was ok but with price given, this stay is very worth-it! Location-wise, very near Nanya Mall and Haiwang Mall, you can have a short walk to all amenities and food you looking for. Qilou Old Street took us 10 mins by taxi. Love the stay and the staff, definitely will book for next trip to Haikou."
