We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

Property is great. Food could have been better

Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, the views are simply mesmerizing, providing a picturesque backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The tranquility of the surroundings allows for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it an ideal retreat for peace and rejuvenation. Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch: Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail. A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. A Truly Memorable Stay: Overall, The Westin Himalayas delivers an unforgettable experience. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Perhaps unfortunately, I caught up on a long vacation in India and came to Rishikest, a place where the Beatles once visited to cleanse my soul. The traffic jam was so heavy that I doubted my life, and the level of chaos reached the highest level. In addition, there may be a big gap between our expectations for five-star hotels and the standards here. Such hotels in China may only be slightly better than B&Bs and government guest houses. The curtains can hardly block the light. When does it get bright and when do we have to After getting up, the only pleasant thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly. Although the buffet does not contain any meat, the variety is quite diverse. Do not choose to come during vacation. Not only is the price expensive, but you will not be able to appreciate the tranquility of the Ganges River.

Good services with good food.

It strikes a great balance between a rustic mountain feel and modern luxury. The property is refined and well-maintained, offering a much more polished experience than the standard budget hotels nearby.

From the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! Nice to visit & explore the property

Voco is a nice little getaway resort with very maintained lawns, a lovely pool with swim up bar and rooms that are done up modern. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Would recommend this place for a short break. Pallavi at the front desk is particularly responsive and proactive for guests’ needs, kudos!
