A truly marvellous stay. I stayed in this hotel as it was the best one to visit my grandfathers grave in Kolar Gold Fields. The duty manager Parvin went above and beyond to organise a driver for the day to take me to buy flowers and then pick up a guide to show me KGF and help me find my grandfathers grave. When I was visiting from England. The whole experience was beyond all expectations. We stayed in the hotel for two days enjoying the roof top pool and delicious buffets. This is a very well run hotel who treat their guests as their number one priority.

Rooms were lovely. View is pretty. But we couldn’t use the pool because there were events on both evenings. The breakfast buffet is yummy but not many options for non veg items

The Hyatt Centric was a convenient choice of place to stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The best thing about this hotel were its people. From the wamr welcoming front office staff, the friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant, the housekeeping staff and especially the guards, we were surrounded by professional, friendly and cheerful staff! They went out of their way to acknowledge us, recognize us and make our stay a fun, pleasant and comfortable one.

A localização do hotel e o serviço em si são bons. Todos os funcionários são bons, exceto os da recepção. Todos têm uma atitude despreocupada. Não estão dispostos a ajudar, fornecem informações erradas e nunca se arrependem dos seus erros. Eles deveriam aprender com o pessoal da cozinha, da limpeza e do concierge a serem hospitaleiros. Desde o check-in até a saída, todos os dias tive problemas com a equipe da recepção, que era mal-humorada. Eles são muito bons em resolver problemas. O Amin, da recepção, foi gentil e resolveu os problemas sem problemas, mas não adiantaria se ele fosse o único. Espero que a gerência possa tomar medidas, enviando-os para treinamentos.

Good place to stay in Belgaum amount all rearby hotels or resort. Spacious walking area

Ótima localização, equipe incrível. Os quartos são extremamente espaçosos. O café da manhã também é incrível. Pontos a melhorar: há uma tábua de passar roupa, porém nenhuma das tomadas do quarto suporta a tomada do ferro de passar.

Excellent hotel to stay in Mysore . Food is excelllent . Rooms are very clean . It’s similar to a palace .

Tudo ótimo, limpo, bom serviço. Do T1, basta seguir a placa e caminhar por 2 a 3 minutos até o hotel. Do T2, pegue o ônibus gratuito do T2 para o T1. Ao sair do ônibus, você verá uma placa indicando o caminho para o hotel, a apenas 2 a 3 minutos de caminhada.

Tudo perfeito, MAS só começa no 7.30am Quando se check-in.É Muito bom ter o pequeno-almoço às 6h para viajante de negócios que precisa sair cedo antes do tráfego pesado.
