- This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves.
2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception.
- There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night.
3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass.
As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day.
- it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in.

- I use these words cautiously - whoever informed you of this has lied to you. We were not offered ear plugs. In any case ear plugs would have made no difference. I advise you make this clearer on your website.
5. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well.
- I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance.
I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering.

Adorei este hotel! O quarto era limpo e novo. A localização era perfeita, com a melhor vista de Split, e você pode chegar ao centro histórico/castelo em 15 minutos caminhando pela bela orla. Fiquei realmente impressionado com o café da manhã. O serviço do hotel também foi muito bom. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Consegui um check-out tardio às 13h, mediante solicitação :) Recomendo muito este hotel aos visitantes de Split!

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options.

Best location for visiting the old town. Delicious breakfast and an amazing view from the pool. Would highly recommend rooms with sea view. Bed is comfortable and rooms are big enough. Would also highly recommend to ask for a higher level room, view is impressive when you wake up in the morning.

Wonderful experience in Hvar and @ the Moeesy, B&G. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive, responsive. Location (IMO) is perfect. Outside of town ( so quiet and relaxing) but easily walkable multiple times a day for lunch/dinner or other activities. A real treat to stay here while on Hvar. And do yourself a favor and go to Stari Grad…

This is my favorite hotel in Croatia. There weren't many people there. This resort is far away from the main city and very quiet. It is really an exclusive place for leisure. There is a gym with the world's top treadmills. It is difficult to experience the feeling of a pure wooden mechanical treadmill. The hotel's spa is also very good, which is also their feature. There are sound therapy. Many massage techniques are professional rehabilitation therapy. Although it is a girl's massage, the degree of pain is really screaming. The hotel's breakfast is also good. You can order it yourself, and there is also a buffet. The hotel is in wabi-sabi style, with a very avant-garde design, beige curtains as the base, and striped curtains as the main presentation. It really surpasses the domestic interior design by several levels.
The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink. The hotel is not located in the city, but the free shuttle bus is very convenient. A taxi is about 6-7 euros. There are other free amenities, such as the sauna, which I didn't try. Luggage storage is available, and you can use the facilities after check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied.
