What a beautiful hotel. Both the room and the public areas are decorated with a nod to Byzantine heritage but with style and thoughtfulness. Our room had a powerful shower, mini bar with complimentary items and Nespresso machine. The breakfast offering also included a cooked to order selection. The staff were all so helpful and lovely, making the whole experience. Please book this hotel if you are in Ioannina- it's a gem.

The decoration quality is very good, the furniture and decoration are all solid wood, and the luxurious lobby is very tasteful. Even if it is affected by the epidemic, there are not many guests, but the rich breakfast still maintains the quality of a five-star hotel.

The room I booked was like a warehouse, but everyone was very friendly and the other rooms had balconies and a great view. The restaurant is very delicious, so be sure to try it.

Στο δωμάτιο μας δεν δούλευε το τηλέφωνο του δωματίου αλλά μόνο του μπάνιου, η τουαλέτα δεν κλείδωνε, καζανάκι υποτονικό χωρίς μεγάλη ροή, εξαερισμός χωρίς ιδιαίτερη ισχύ που δεν βοηθαγε στην άμεση αποβολή οσμών. Σίδερο δεν μπορούσες να δανειστείς αλλά υπήρχε υπηρεσία που σε χρέωνε ακόμα και το παραμικρό αν ήθελες, δεν μπορούσες να το κανεις μόνος . Το μπαλκόνι μικρό χωρις να χωράει τραπέζι ή καρέκλα με θέα μια πισίνα που ήταν κενή . Το πρωινό ωστόσο είχε τεράστια ποικιλία και ήταν πραγματικά value! Γενικότερα κατώτερο των προσδοκιών για τα χρήματα του.

The traditionally built Princess Lanassa is in the 300-year-old country home at Kostitsi, North Tzoumerka. It takes its name after the second wife of King Pyrhos of Epirus. WiFi is free in public hotel areas.
The property has comfortable rooms, suites and chalets, all named after the relatives and associates of King Pyrrhos, and each with its special character. Each is equipped with air conditioning and heating, bathroom with hairdryer, mini fridge and TV.
Princess Lanassa Hotel also features a swimming pool, bar and mini gym. It also provides a sauna, hammam and a hot tub upon request and upon charge.
At the hotel restaurant guests can taste a variety of specialties, traditionally prepared with local products. A buffet breakfast is served daily.
Kostitsi, at an altitude of 2953 ft, is just a 25 minutes drive from Ioannina and its magnificent lake. It commands a breathtaking vista of the Tzoumerka Mountains and the Arachthos River Gorge. Guests can visit the scenic villages of Syrrako and Kalarrytes. Ioannina airport is found 19 mi from the hotel.
