The breakie was good , however original first day is lowest floor with super nosy night and impacted our sleep. They help us changed to higher floor at second day, however bath water stuck and leaking into whole bathroom and staff tried to fixes however it’s not fixed. This is no good.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Restaurants, shopping areas, and historical attractions are all within just a few minutes’ walk. The breakfast restaurant offers a wonderful view of the Acropolis of Athens, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. However, the breakfast selection is somewhat limited. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding a live cooking or made-to-order station to further enhance the overall experience.

In the heart of Athens, a short walk away from the best restaurants and shopping, this hotel has everything you need. Breakfast spread was generous and had some local Greek breakfast items too. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved how everything worked easily from the touch of your phone. The shower had excellent water pressure and the place was spotlessly clean. Friendly staff too. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, right in the heart of Athens. The room was exactly as shown in the photos (family room), spacious and fully equipped. Amenities in the room were of high quality (loved the scent of the toiletries!). Extra comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Highly recommended for stay! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. From a famous restaurant like Milos, I expected something better in quality and taste. The quantities were ok, but lacking in quality. The bread was not warm, the fruit plate poor (tangerine, pear and kiwi) and the omelet indifferent, no taste at all. We didn't dine at the restaurant, so not sure whether it had to do with breakfast or with the meals in general. Very helpful staff, though.

O hotel tem uma localização de primeira classe, mesmo ao pé da Acrópole, e muito perto da estação de metro e do Museu da Acrópole. Overall, this Hotel was good, friendliness in particular! Though we just stayed there for one nite (would have to get on board the cruise the following morning)， the Receptionist, Efie was very helpful in telling us how we could get to the port and went extra miles in sorting out the transport details for us. Also, the breakfast there was satisfactory - though the food variety was just so so, the staff was very efficient in refilling, thus, all hot stuffs were found tasty. As for the room, it was clean and tidy. The cleanliness of the bathroom was praiseworthy (I know too well that I'm very particular on the toilet hygiene standard)。 If I would re-visit Athens of Greece, this Hotel will receive my priority consideration.

Athens Airport has long been my gateway between Ireland and Israel, and Sofitel is the only real comfortable option for an overnight layover. The location is unbeatable — you just walk out of the terminal, cross three zebra crossings, and you’re in the lobby. The hotel is definitely 5-star and feels it in cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. However, prices are steep. Normally it’s around €400 per night for two adults and a child, though I managed to book midweek for about half that. Still expensive, but I wanted comfort — and got it. The booking didn’t clearly confirm if an extra bed was included for my child, and neither Trip nor the hotel replied to my message, though we did get the bed in the end without extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the high price, and €30 per person felt excessive, so we skipped it. Also, food options are overpriced — €22 for a “Greek salad” that oddly came with ricotta. We ended up getting Burger King from the terminal, much better value. The indoor pool was clean but the water was colder than expected and the size modest. The shower had fluctuating warm water, a small annoyance but tolerable for one night. Overall: great convenience and comfort for an airport hotel, but pricing for food and extras feels unreasonable.
