Excellent location near Syntagma Square and walkable to all tourist spots. The staff were cheerful and attentive, and the room was well-equipped (comfy bed, slippers, and toothbrush provided). The best part was the breakfast buffet on the rooftop with a view of the Acropolis. Highly recommended!

In the heart of Athens, a short walk away from the best restaurants and shopping, this hotel has everything you need. Breakfast spread was generous and had some local Greek breakfast items too. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved how everything worked easily from the touch of your phone. The shower had excellent water pressure and the place was spotlessly clean. Friendly staff too. We would definitely stay here again!

Highlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel. Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries. Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time Overall: a very pleasant stay

Athens Airport has long been my gateway between Ireland and Israel, and Sofitel is the only real comfortable option for an overnight layover. The location is unbeatable — you just walk out of the terminal, cross three zebra crossings, and you’re in the lobby. The hotel is definitely 5-star and feels it in cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. However, prices are steep. Normally it’s around €400 per night for two adults and a child, though I managed to book midweek for about half that. Still expensive, but I wanted comfort — and got it. The booking didn’t clearly confirm if an extra bed was included for my child, and neither Trip nor the hotel replied to my message, though we did get the bed in the end without extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the high price, and €30 per person felt excessive, so we skipped it. Also, food options are overpriced — €22 for a “Greek salad” that oddly came with ricotta. We ended up getting Burger King from the terminal, much better value. The indoor pool was clean but the water was colder than expected and the size modest. The shower had fluctuating warm water, a small annoyance but tolerable for one night. Overall: great convenience and comfort for an airport hotel, but pricing for food and extras feels unreasonable.

The breakie was good , however original first day is lowest floor with super nosy night and impacted our sleep. They help us changed to higher floor at second day, however bath water stuck and leaking into whole bathroom and staff tried to fixes however it’s not fixed. This is no good.

O hotel tem uma localização de primeira classe, mesmo ao pé da Acrópole, e muito perto da estação de metro e do Museu da Acrópole. Fiz uma reserva de última hora a meio da noite e não prestei atenção a não. trazendo o pequeno-almoço.Depois de descobrir, discuti com a Ctrip para alterar o pacote com pequeno-almoço, mas a Ctrip e a outra parte não negociaram sucesso, disseram que o pequeno-almoço só pode ser adicionado no local, 28 euros por pessoa. seria mais caro, mas quando fui ao restaurante, descobri que mais de 200 yuan por pessoa não valia a pena, porque o pequeno-almoço era muito médio Quando entrei no quarto, havia uma garrafa de água depois de ficar. por dois dias, pensei que haveria água no dia seguinte, mas descobri que não havia água. Liguei para a recepção e disse que estava disponível no mini-bar. um hotel europeu e a cama era muito boa e confortável.

Hotel limpo e agradável. Chegamos tarde, a recepcionista nos indicou que ainda havia opções de comida no terraço. Não o mapa completo, mas bem pensado. Me senti como uma recepção calorosa. A única coisa é que é necessário reservar as espreguiçadeiras, o que consideramos uma pequena desvantagem.

O quarto é bem clássico e vintage! Mas a recepção e o porteiro do hotel são muito atenciosos e prestativos em todos os aspectos! O café da manhã é incrível, para viajantes como eu, preciso acordar com uma comida boa! Portanto, é definitivamente um padrão 5 estrelas e a localização é cercada por ótimas culinárias locais a preços razoáveis! Se você vier para uma curta caminhada pela cidade, este hotel é a melhor escolha!

Excellent location, right in the heart of Athens. The room was exactly as shown in the photos (family room), spacious and fully equipped. Amenities in the room were of high quality (loved the scent of the toiletries!). Extra comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Highly recommended for stay! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. From a famous restaurant like Milos, I expected something better in quality and taste. The quantities were ok, but lacking in quality. The bread was not warm, the fruit plate poor (tangerine, pear and kiwi) and the omelet indifferent, no taste at all. We didn't dine at the restaurant, so not sure whether it had to do with breakfast or with the meals in general. Very helpful staff, though.
