Our stay in the glass igloo was amazing! The accommodation was very clean, and it included all the necessary amenities. It even came with a kitchenette. We were fortunate to see the aurora borealis just outside our igloo on the night we arrived, and watching the sunrise from the igloo was simply magical. The meals at the resort were fantastic. I would highly recommend the Fox Arctic Glass Igloo Resorts for a memorable experience.

It was a wonderful 3 nights stay in the lovely town of Rovaniemi. The hotel is located in the city center, which makes dining and shopping and getting around anywhere super convenient. The train station is also a short 5 minutes drive away. My room was clean, cosy, spacious and tastefully designed. Love the Finnish sauna; we went everyday! Also the breakfast spread was super lovely; love the crayfish salad. The hotel also uses Iittala and Marimekko tableware in the breakfast buffet as well as in the room. I love the Iittala cup they used in the room so much that I bought 2 for my house! Totally recommend this hotel if you visit Rovaniemi!

This Nordic-style cabin was brand new and impeccably clean! The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow, causing some water to seep out from the glass partition, but it's a small detail that doesn't detract from an otherwise very satisfying stay. The large window on the first floor offered a stunning view, and the glass even had beautiful ice crystals on it. The hotel is just a three to five-minute walk from Santa Claus Village. An Uber from the airport cost only 10 euros, which was incredibly convenient! The breakfast was also delicious. While the selection was the same every day, the variety and taste were excellent. I would definitely choose this place again!

The room is very luxurious, the house is unique in appearance, the room is of reasonable size and fully equipped with toothpaste and toothbrush. The hotel breakfast is very good, with a rich variety of freshly squeezed juices, and we also had lunch, which tasted very good. We experienced the exclusive elk sleigh ride for hotel guests, which was much better than going to Santa Claus Village.
It may be under the airport take-off and landing route, sometimes it is a bit noisy when the plane passes by, and it is not quiet enough. The price-performance ratio feels average.

The airport transfer takes about 10 minutes, and it's a short walk to Santa Claus Village (5-10 minutes). Nearby, there’s the famous Santa’s Salmon Place, also around a 5-minute walk.
At night, it can be quite dark, so a taxi is recommended if not driving. Most staff are nice, though there was some confusion regarding a 3-day, 2-night package that included complimentary main courses for both nights. Initially, it was misunderstood that it was only for one night, but after inquiring, one the staff quickly resolved it and made a reservation for us. But one of staff just rejected at the first time and made us confused. Breakfast was diverse and delicious.
The rooms are scattered across different areas, and some may be a bit far, requiring a short walk on gravel paths. Staff assistance with luggage during check-in and check-out is commendable.
Room cleanliness was slightly lacking, with hair on the bed and some debris on the floor, but it didn't greatly affect the stay. The glass-roofed igloos offer privacy with curtains, though light sleepers should be aware of morning light. Overall, noise insulation was good, and there was sufficient distance between rooms.
Overall, quite a special experience

A sala no East Village Glass House parecia muito limpa, e a sala não era grande, mas adequada. Eu estava preocupado que não houvesse recepção 24 horas porque perdi meu trem e cheguei ao hotel às 12 horas. à noite, mas fiquei muito surpreso que houvesse um, e a atitude do serviço foi gentil e atenciosa, então tive sorte. Enquanto estava deitado na cama e olhando as estrelas no céu, a Aurora apareceu. Observei a aurora por mais de uma hora. O céu continuava mudando. Valeu a pena observar a aurora deitado.

Welcome to enjoy this beautiful villa, completed in 2023! This modern and stylish property offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The villa features five spacious bedrooms, three of which are located downstairs and two upstairs. Each bedroom has two 80 cm wide beds. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has a loft that can accommodate two people. The loft is not suitable for small children due to the steep stairs.
The open and bright living areas, along with a well-equipped kitchen, provide plenty of space for socializing and dining. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, making it ideal for both families and larger groups.
The stylish bathrooms and spacious sauna add a touch of luxury to your holiday. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and high-quality living.

Very spacious, very cormfy, nice and clean. Slippers are provided( but they are only for living room area, not for showering, not water-proof) Bathroom: showering stuff and are provided, including towels, bath mats, shampoo, hair cond, body wash, hand cream, hair dryer, plastic cup. No toothbrush and toothpaste so bring it yourself. Living room: eg. blankets, cushions, kitchen utensils are provided Bedding area: nothing to say

We had an unforgettable stay at Kakslauttanen! The resort was blanketed in snow, creating a peaceful, storybook atmosphere — exactly what we were hoping for. It’s a wonderfully quiet place, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of Lapland. Dinner was a highlight — delicious, hearty, and included in our stay, which made things super convenient. The buffet breakfast was also great, with plenty of options to fuel up before a day of exploring. If you’re looking for a serene winter getaway with cozy vibes and stunning snowy landscapes, this is the place. We loved every minute!
