Ótimo hotel!A sala é espaçosa e bonita.As instalações são ótimas.O pessoal é muito amigável e útil.Tem champanhe e lollies para saudar Na recepção.A única desvantagem é a localização. Ao longo de 20 a 30 minutos a pé das principais atrações e do centro da cidade, o hotel é valioso com o nível de padrão fornecido, comparado com o hotel de 4 estrelas no Centro. Pagamos 9 euros por um camião do Centro, há também um paragem de autocarro lá fora, o que o torna bastante conveniente.

The hotel is totally brand new and the decorations are luxurious. Also, the service provided by Lorenzo Centella is outstanding and impressive. He is always energetic and enthusiastic. He made us feel really warm in Granada. Even though he said he is still exploring and studying (really humble), what he has done is nearly perfect. It’s also worth mentioning that the breakfast of the hotel is nice and the environment is chill and cozy. And if you get some time, spa in the hotel is also worth trying. Thank you for giving us this unforgettable memory and we will be back in the future.

O hardware hoteleiro atende às expectativas nacionais de hotéis cinco estrelas. O design do banheiro é um pouco estranho. A localização é excelente. A foto 7 mostra o hotel olhando para a cidade velha. Atravesse a rua e caminhe pelo pequeno jardim da rua para chegar ao portão da cidade velha. Leva apenas 10 minutos a pé até a Grande Mesquita. A caminhada do hotel até a estação de trem também é muito tranquila, cerca de 12 minutos. Há uma estufa de alimentos (quarta foto no final) a apenas 3 minutos a pé atrás do hotel, no meio do parque do cinturão verde, com barracas de frutos do mar espanholas e comida chinesa (última foto).

Really nice hotel. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The only issue I had was that the pool was only available to hotel guests on Friday and Saturday until 5pm but no informed us of this. The pool also only had a couple of sun beds and it was a bit uncomfortable to lounge round the pool.

Was a decent hotel in a good location. Very quiet and clean. Everything seemed perfect except the chaotic reception. There wasn't proper front desk and the hotel staff looked they didn't really care about anything. Check-in wasn't very smooth but still we got our room, had a lukewarm spa experience.

Very good location, great breakfast and nice and kind staff. If you go there by car keep in mind that the hotel does not have their own parking/garage. Either you use their valet service but that takes time or you park your car in the parking lot of Alhambra, which is approx 200 meters away.

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher. Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating. Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes. Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

A good hotel in the very historical center of Cordoba (within the historical walls of the medina). All my wishes were fulfilled, the hotel staff showed themselves from the best side. My experience tells me that often hotels located in historical buildings have problems with electricity or water pressure in the bath, but not this time: in this hotel all electrical appliances and plumbing worked perfectly. I will mention the only problem: the Internet. We had three devices, and one of them could not connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. We encountered the same problem in another NH hotel - in Seville. I recommend that the technical specialists of this hotel chain check the compatibility of the Internet equipment with devices that are five years old or more.

it’s a really nice place in Granada The reception is super nice,a girl named Claudia offered me a map when was checking in the first day! The place have a super good location,very near from many famous churches,walk around or travel for staying 3-5 days is totally enough! Floor C,where have a perfect view especially from noon to night,it’s really nice staying these 3 days,love here and love Granada

很好的飯店，房間大、浴室有乾濕分離、有浴缸、健身房、乾淨該有的備品都有，是歐洲之星品牌中比較高級的飯店。最大的缺點是離景區有點距離，需要步行10-12分鐘，離高鐵站有約三公里的距離，計程車20分鐘車程，但如果想用走的就要接近一小時的路程，適合有錢叫車或是沒錢但不介意走路的人。
