Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the antique wooden architecture immediately caught my eye, blending perfectly with the surrounding natural scenery like a vivid ink painting. Stepping into the courtyard, the exquisite feel of a Japanese garden washed over me. Winding paths, lush greenery, and quietly standing stone lanterns exuded a Zen-like tranquility, purifying my mind and body. The room was beautiful and spacious; they even upgraded it for an even larger room. The Japanese-style room featured traditional futons and a minibar, a unique touch. The large balcony overlooked the central courtyard, bringing the view into the room and uplifting my spirits. The hotel's biggest highlight is its indoor and outdoor hot springs! Each hot spring was excellent; soaking in nature was incredibly relaxing. The water was crystal clear, rich in minerals, leaving my skin feeling smooth and supple. The breakfast dishes were works of art, beautifully presented, with incredibly fresh ingredients. The sashimi was perfectly thin, melting in my mouth; the sukiyaki was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, every bite incredibly satisfying. The Japanese breakfast set was plentiful and delicious. The miso soup was fragrant, the rice was soft and sticky, and it came with refreshing side dishes. It was a great way to start the day feeling energized. The service was excellent; the staff were all very polite and attentive. PS: It's such a perfect match for Sumikko Gurashi!!!

房間還行，面積還行，畢竟價格也不便宜，衞生間很大，屋裡兩個床符合需要，但是隔音較差，樓層低，衞生間水流不大，衞生也就還行吧，床鋪舒適度也一般，枕頭很不舒服，早上五六點連大人帶小孩被結婚的鞭炮嚇醒，九點，孩子再一次被樓下結婚的鞭炮嚇哭，不能説阻止你們酒店接婚宴，但是也麻煩考慮一下六百多住一宿顧客的心情和體驗。

設施：智能化程度很高，用小度音箱能控制所有電器設備。設施保養的挺好，都挺新的。 衞生：打掃的很乾凈。沒有發現衞生死角。 環境：很安靜，6層樓兩部電梯高峯期也基本不用久等。 服務：前台接待員非常nice。基本有求必應。

The hotel is brand new, and the air conditioning works perfectly. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, it's very tasty. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

房間很寬敞明亮，雖然我不是江景房，但是內側窗户也很大，房間亮堂 冬天開着統一供暖的暖風就能很暖和了 房間裏自帶一床多餘的被子，對我這種怕冷的人非常方便 酒店的Wi-Fi挺好，書桌也很大很厚實，需要遠程辦公的時候很方便 離開那天碰上大雪路上不方便，前台看到我在用高德打車，主動追出來給了我們出租車電話，幫了大忙！非常感謝 大堂裏還有很多藝術品，前台旁邊有一個賣特色手工藝品的櫃枱，很多木雕，蠻好看的，買了桃木小馬吊墜10塊

這個酒店在小市一莊裡麪，房間出去就是荷花池等各種景觀，非常方便，孩子也很高興。但是訂酒店贈送小市一莊的門票，辦理入住當天，我們跟門口服務員詢問怎麼入園，讓我們找窗口，窗口一個穿黑衣服的大姐讓服務員帶我們去辦理入住，辦完入住一進房間，上個客人退房的還沒打掃，我説你給我換個打掃完的，服務員説沒有，讓我們等着。行，那就等着吧。下午我們出園區去水洞玩，不知道怎麼出園區，回來需要什麼憑證入園，我們就去入口問，服務員頭都不抬，就在那搓她那胳膊，説上那邊，我們又去她説的那邊問窗口，窗口那黑衣服大姐一指説去那邊，又給我們支回服務員那邊，我們就又去問那搓胳膊服務員，最後我説你們什麼態度，踢皮球呢，才有個服務員讓我們出園區，整個園區玩的項目挺多的，夜景也很好看，但感覺管理混亂。

相較於它的價格而言，衞生，設施都遠遠達不到800的保準（我預訂的那天是800）。灰塵很多，因為是在溪水邊的小木屋，落地窗應該觀賞美景的重要因素，但是感覺像是用臟了的抹布塗抹了玻璃一樣灰濛濛的。床鋪的被褥有些潮，因為是小溪邊我多少可以理解。浴室和衞生間下水道的真的味道很重。正中間的大燈也是壞的，沒有燈衹有線漏在外邊。我們家3口人住了2晚4間房除了大床麻將套房感覺還算對得起8百多的價格。其他三間真的覺的很不值得那個價位，第一天住的雙床的房間價位較低但是黴味有點大，其他的還好畢竟3百多的價位不要求太多。但是八百多的那件小木屋真的不建議。（樓梯也是有點鬆動了）租房的小姐姐還有早飯的小姐姐人都很nice熱情。
