"Location is in the Center of the city. It is very convenience to go to anywhere. The room is decorated beautifully and service staffs are very kinds. The room is clean and new. The restaurant in it serves good food. However, there is no enough cabinet space for hanging clothes and store clothes for people who live longer the 2 days. We had to put our clothes within our luggages. No air conditioner to provide cold air in the early May. The room temperature is more than 25 degrees. If open air conditioner, the roof temperature reached 28 degree. It is too hot for us."

"This review is based on actual photos. I was on a business trip to Benxi and picked this newly opened hotel, and I definitely made the right choice! The location is easy to find, the hotel building is large, and it smells wonderfully fragrant as soon as you walk in. The hallways are carpeted, and there are plenty of elevators so no waiting. As soon as I opened the room door, the space looked to be about 40-50 square meters. It felt incredibly spacious the moment I walked in, completely avoiding that cramped, cheap hotel feeling. The bathroom deserves special praise. The wet and dry areas are designed very scientifically. The sink is large and bright; usually when I stay in hotels, I feel restricted when washing my face or hands, but here, it's completely different – two people can get ready simultaneously without bumping into each other. They even thoughtfully provided face towels. Plus, it has both a bathtub and a shower, so you can choose to relax in a bath or have a quick rinse, which is incredibly thoughtful. The bathrobes in the wardrobe were very new and plush, feeling quite luxurious to the touch. They even provided a shoe brush and shoehorn for guests, which is quite comprehensive. The smart devices are also impressive; it's a fully smart home with appliances, lights, and curtains that can be controlled by voice or switch. My room had a great location; I could see the Taizi River as soon as I opened the curtains, offering a broad view. The reason I chose this hotel is that it just opened this year. The advantages of a new hotel are so obvious: everything is spotless, there's no unpleasant smell at all, and all the amenities are complete. The shampoo and shower gel are also of good quality. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I do have one small suggestion: it would be great if the lighting brightness could be adjusted. The reading mode is a bit too bright, and the soft mode is a bit too dim for looking at a phone."

"It's located 1km away fr the bus station. It's a bit tough to get to the hotel on foot if you are dragging along a big luggage. It's easy to get a ride hailing from the hotel. We had problem on the electric power on off initially, the front desk quickly sent someone to attend on it. The breakfast has many variety to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here."

"服務：提出需求能給予積極溝通，問題能得到積極響應。前台、客房、大堂、泳池、餐廳及主管的服務可以給5分。每日水果供應及時。 環境：獨棟別墅，環境優美。 衞生：榻榻米上不乾淨，上面有一些不知道是油漬還是什麼，反正就是不太乾淨。屋裡呢，也是有蒼蠅，我們又找工作人員過來打蒼蠅。 設施： 1.使用熱水非常不方便，需要泡池一直放熱水，淋浴這邊才有熱水，而且淋浴這邊的熱水還不可以調整水温。 2.庭院的推拉門門栓不合理，在小門上面，從裏面、外面都能打開，這樣就造成了安全隱患，我們晚上11點被人從外面打開小門，進入院子。拍拉我們卧室房門把我們驚醒！據工作人員反饋是隔壁屋走錯了。 3.迷你吧裏啥也沒有，包括冰箱。 4.晚餐衹有自助烤串，或提前3小時預約鐵板燒。否則需開車3分鐘到花溪沐餐廳單點。"

"Perhaps Benxi is a 5-tier city and therefore one shouldn't have too high an expectation of the hotel management over there. Nevertheless, if you wish to experience the nostalgic era of China (referring to Beijing or Shanghai first opening up its economy), then Yinyi Hotel may bring you some delight! First, you will be surprised to find a packet of condoms placed in the room. For once I thought that was a packet of poker cards! Next, the hotel will charge you for using their ”non-slippery” slippers in the bathroom. I wasn't aware and used them, thus they charged RMB 25 from the deposit placed! Lastly, the hotel claimed their air-con is centrally controlled (at 26 degree Celsius). Your room can get very warm and stuffy at midnight! On a positive note, the hotel room is very spacious and the venue is near some good restaurants and a 24-hour bathhouse (with excellent ”dongbei” bath culture)."
