The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

Minha irmã e eu acabamos de visitar meu filho em Toronto e decidimos visitar Montreal. Reservamos dois quartos. Tivemos uma experiência terrível no Royal York Fairmont. Fomos expulsos do lounge do lobby pela Karen, que nos atendeu por termos expressado nossa preocupação com a lentidão do serviço. Tínhamos expectativas muito baixas em relação ao QE. Quando fizemos o check-in, havia três funcionários no balcão. Dois deles estavam conversando amigavelmente e um deles se aproximou para nos ajudar. Achei totalmente antiprofissional a equipe conversando entre si na frente dos hóspedes. Os quartos são básicos e limpos. A localização é central. A equipe não demonstrou cordialidade nem atenção. Na Ásia, um hotel deste nível nos receberá calorosamente, e os melhores se lembrarão do nosso nome. Os serviços dos restaurantes em Montreal são de primeira qualidade. Visitamos alguns com longa história e a equipe se orgulhou de nos explicar a história. É uma pena que o Fairmont tenha alguns dos melhores edifícios históricos do Canadá e a equipe não tenha demonstrado interesse em destacar a história dos edifícios. Viajei muito para ganhar um membro diamante aqui. Evitarei me hospedar no Fairmont e em qualquer um dos hotéis associados de agora em diante.

Before Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.

酒店用廉價的棉簽 完全沒有用了棉簽的頭掉在耳朵裏 酒店前台事不關己的態度讓人怒火三丈 花了一個晚上在葯店跟醫院 我小孩的生日晚餐就這樣被他們毀了 事後一點道歉跟抱歉的話都沒有 更離譜的是checkout時 居然發現賬單多加了一位成人餐費 問原因説有人要求加的 要求算在我們320房費裏 這是什麼操作 我説你們不打電話問我們 我問是誰 他們説不知道反正有人要求加我們就加了 這是什麼酒店管理 蹭早飯這麼容易的。。。 還有我 一條黑色圍巾丟在酒店 半路上打電話去問有沒有找到 前台説有有有 你們隨時過來拿 我電話裏把圍巾細節都確認好 開車1小時折回去給我一條灰色的 ***色盲啊 這是住過體驗最差的酒店

Great Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!” Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around. The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.

非常好。我這次住的是新樓，全是套間。洗手間相當大也相當先進。單透玻璃加熱智能馬桶等等都有了。 之前住過主樓，有點舊，房間稍小。但方便。泳池餐廳就在樓下。
