Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Great location and service good. Our room lacked coffee pods and not enough tea bags The TV kept turning off. N0t having the ability to watch AFL footy on TV saturday night . was a disappointing - I would have been happy if we could have streamed it through our phone on Kayo love walk in shower as i have a disability and space i n room for my walker.

We initially booked just two nights at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, but the outstanding service we received made us extend our stay—and I’m so glad we did. The level of attentiveness and genuine care shown by the staff truly elevated our experience. One moment that stood out was during breakfast. My husband asked a staff member at the pastry section whether the items were halal. She explained it to him politely, and to our surprise, about 15 minutes later, the Assistant Director of the restaurant, Mr. Albert, personally came to our table. He took the time to explain the halal options available and even assured us that eggs could be prepared using separate utensils. While I was getting bread, Mr. Albert noticed and came over again, kindly asking if I would like my eggs prepared then. He immediately instructed the chef to prepare eggs and nuggets for me and told me to sit comfortably while he arranged everything to be brought over. His thoughtfulness and proactive service left a lasting impression. It’s rare to see such initiative and care, and it made me feel confident that I had chosen the right hotel. I will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Melbourne to my family and friends. The hotel is fortunate to have a staff member like Mr. Albert—he truly deserves recognition for his outstanding hospitality.

We stayed for our anniversary. I listed that it was the case at the time of booking. On check-in, Alicia at reception congratulated us, notified us that we would be upgraded and sent a bottle of sparkling wine to the room for us. The room (level 21, rm 25) was stunning with views of the city, clean, well-appointed and big, classic design, and luxurious. The price is a splurge but lively. The complex itself is great with quite a lot to do beautiful food and wonderful staff. It is about a 5-10 minute walking distance away from the multi-level carparking if you choose not to use the valet.

Nice modern hotel Disappointed with the customer service The checkin experience was robotic, unfriendly and did not show any interest, care or effort to deliver a welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, quality finishes and large rooms. The property has a dedicated service elevator however the housemaids use the guest elevator for transit between floors without any smile, hello or care towards guests. It's also obvious the damage to guest elevator from cleaning carts. Great views, It's a shame this beautiful property is let down by poor customer service and poor management oversight.

O Hotel Docklands de Melbourne Marriott NOS FOI Muito BOM para nós. O hotel está a pé de muitas atrações da cidade de Melbourne, e podemos até descansar na sala de nossas viagens planeadas, no meio de um dia de Verão muito quente e sol. O banheiro oferece toalhas de Byredo que gostamos, mas a decoração é um pouco fechada e precisa de refresco e não estamos satisfeitos com o nível de serviço do pessoal. Por exemplo, a função sem mão do telefone não funciona corretamente; a segurança é de acordo com o hotel ”em processo de substituição” e não funciona também; a chamada para ”serviço instantâneo” Para ajuda, muitas vezes levou mais do que 5-seconds anel, especialmente durante a noite. Há até um falso alarme de fogo durante a manhã de nossa estadia. Não tenho dúvidas de que seja um padrão de hotel Intercontinental ou um hotel classificado 5-star. Precisa fechar as cortinas todo o tempo se você preferir privacidade. Outro Ponto que vale a pena notar é que o piso do banheiro é muito deslizante após o banho, EU chamo-lo um armadilhador de morte se você USAR as calças de um só tempo que você fornece no quarto, porque você Pode facilmente obter um deslizamento e cair no piso do banheiro, Mesmo para um adulto adulto.

Stay at many RC’s and this is just as good any. Great for Melbourne as most hotels are very dated. Great views, good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are well sized. Housekeeping fantastic! All staff really friendly in general. Breakfast was good, not a huge amount of options but everything was high quality and fresh. Valet was great, always very friendly and quick, no matter how busy the hotel was. Would definitely stay again.

A staycation to celebrate our son’s 14th Birthday. Access to Swimming Pool and Gym. We also get a bit of a view from the 25th Floor Definitely Recommended

The front line receptionist service is very good. all are good but one receptionist from Malaysia is extremely good. from far he recognised me. called my name. Gave me a warming welcome. that is unbelievable! I feel great.
