Londoner Grand welcomes guests into the exclusive world of British luxury living. Inspired by London’s prestigious Mayfair district, it provides the modern traveller with an exceptionally grand and personal stay. Designed by renowned Peter Silling & Associates, the 2,405-key property features a reinterpreted British design aesthetic, evoking Georgian architecture grandeur with playful expressiveness that emphasises proportion and natural light. Its curated collection of rooms and suites are perfect for entertaining and relaxing, with contemporary furnishings and an elegant townhouse ambience. Complemented by our outstanding guest experience team, the A Team. For wellness there are swimming pools, a 24-hour gym and pampering spa. Enticing dining includes The Conservatory. Guests can also enjoy 150 global retailers and world-class entertainment venues. The possibilities are endless at Londoner Grand.

"Overall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back. The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members. Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out. We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor. The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet. One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities. The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well. One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other casino resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride. If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the casino complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau. One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly."

Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The hotel tower's 1350 guestrooms offer opulent relaxation with a breath-taking view of Cotai or the resort's Jardim Secreto. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.

"If you’re looking for a truly elevated luxury experience in Macau, Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau absolutely delivers on every level. From the moment you step into the resort, everything feels grand yet thoughtfully organized. Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smooth—staff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout. One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here. Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau."

The Conrad Macao, Cotai Central (Jinshacheng Zhongxin Langlaide Jiudian) is a five-star luxury resort located in Sands Cotai Central, only 2 km from the Macau international airport and 6.5 km from the Casino Lisboa.Guestrooms and suites are equipped with LED TVs, Wi-Fi and writing desks among other amenities.Conrad Macao, Cotai Central serves dishes of international and Asian flavors. The Lounge is a nice place to catch up with friends or simply to relax after a day of travel. To event planners, this deluxe hotel provides 64 separate function halls, which have the latest audio-visual and technical facilities. A business center is also available on the premises. To unwind, guests may head to the Health Club with fully equipped gym and Jacuzzi. They may also pay a visit to the spa.

"The hotel is excellent in many ways. Well-maintained, warm and user-friendly, with enough amenities. The room would be better if brighter. The lights are too dim. One reason for choosing this hotel is because of the dining options in the mall and their quality. This time, however, the table booking and arrangement service in 金悅軒 was extremely bad. The receptionist’s way to arrange tables did not follow the reservation request and relied on first-come-first-serve. We have made a reservation early (first reservation for the planned date) and arrived on time (before it opened). We only did not rush and push to be first in the queue. The receptionist gave our requested table to customers before us! Being a medium-high end restaurant, this kind of service is totally unacceptable."

AAHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANI⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

AAbbyFirst off, let's talk about the front desk. From the moment I checked in, the service was excellent. I mentioned it was my first time staying here, and the front desk staff immediately escorted me to my room to explain all the amenities. First impressions, full marks! The room itself was lovely, with a thoughtful tent setup. The mat inside the tent was very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were great. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the complimentary mini-snacks and drinks were plentiful. All the toiletries, including those for children, were excellent. Now, for the service. On our first night, there was some noise around midnight. Staff were sent to investigate immediately. It seemed to be external noise, possibly from road construction, but the hotel's proactive response was truly commendable. They arranged a room change for us the next day. Although it did slightly disrupt our plans, their willingness to resolve the issue was top-notch, and we'll definitely stay here again. Overall, if you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a great choice for its environment, facilities, and service. Any request made to the front desk is promptly handled by staff. One minor point is the location. If you visit during a period with a lot of rain, it's not as convenient as the Venetian or Londoner areas since it's not interconnected. On rainy days, you're limited to indoor hotel facilities like the pool, as outdoor ones are closed. There are also fewer shops downstairs, making it hard to pass the time. We happened to be there during a typhoon, which made spending a few days in the hotel a bit dull. However, on good weather days, it's very convenient to walk to places or take a taxi. Be sure to allow extra time for the hotel's shuttle to the airport, as it makes several stops and isn't direct. Having a Don Quijote on the first floor is super convenient for grabbing snacks and other small items.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter.

GGuest UserKnowing this hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, we planned to spend most of our time relaxing at the hotel. We initially wanted to go for a swim right after checking in, but at 3 PM check-in, we were informed that it would take another two hours to clean the room. The front desk gave us our room cards and an extended 1-hour late check-out. During this time, we explored the hotel's mall; there's a Yata supermarket on the second floor that helped us pass the time. The pool area includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi, which I thought was great. We had dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants. The food quality was decent, but the service was poor. Dishes were served very slowly; one guest waited an hour for their food, and the staff didn't apologize or actively follow up. The room was spacious and, apart from some stains in the shower area, was very clean overall. Our room offered a garden view. The mini-bar drinks in the room were complimentary. Breakfast at 'The Buffet' offered a wide variety of choices, and the food quality was above average. Overall, I was very satisfied.

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

KKuailezhilurenCame to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.** **Environment & Amenities** ✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new. ✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable. ✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable. ⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.** **Design & Service** ✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high. ⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary. ⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient. **Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable.

CCindy_8888The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!

MMarielou BaldemorWe are a family of four and stayed in this resort for 1 night. Even though the weather was a bit challenging because of the rainstorms, the resort and the service did not disappoint us. I highly recommend this place for families especially with small kids because of the great scenery and facilities. They also provided us kids amenities, and baby bath tub, a baby crib, and even bottle steriliser which is a big plus points. Although it was raining continuously during our stay, we were still able to enjoy swimming because of the indoor pool. A big thumbs to the front desk staff named Jenny who made sure that everything went smoothly From check in until check out. However, some of the staff in Cafe Panorama were a bit disappointing. during dinner and breakfast, we observed no smiling faces and slow service even though there were only a few guests which gave us the impression of unfriendliness. The food is good though, they also serve Indian cuisine which is a good diversity on their Menu. All in all, a great experience indeed.

FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located opposite Grand Lisboa. Downstairs, there's a cinema, a supermarket, and several restaurants. The room is really spacious, especially compared to Hong Kong hotels. The environment is great, and the facilities are very new. It's only a five-minute walk to the bus terminal, and a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal. I think this hotel offers better value for money than choosing The Venetian Macao.
