Great location, free laundry, comfortable fresh room. It was quiet when I was there in July, so I had a good sleep. Stayed there on my way back home, originally intended to stay at a different hotel on Wangfujing (the one I stayed at before), but very glad I booked this hotel instead.
The gym has several treadmills, it is right next to the laundry, so you can use it during the wait.
The staff at the reception was friendly and professional. There's tea and yogurt served at the reception area.
I really enjoyed the hotel overall.
The only minor downsides were: 1) several patches of dust I found on the bed after the cleaning one day,
2) the tea supplied at the tea station was not a standard tea and had rather unusual taste (not bad, but different).

Guest UserMy stay here was truly heartwarming! The room was spotless and fresh, without any strange smells, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, and incredibly friendly and easygoing, making you feel as warm and at ease as if you were with family. The hotel itself has a charming, antique feel with a unique and tasteful decor. Plus, getting to all the attractions is super convenient, making travel hassle-free and easy. The whole experience was delightful, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

RudyMadrigalI’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here.
Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy.
I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response.
This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

TuzizoutianxiaHere's my detailed review again! Overall: Excellent location, definitely worth staying! Firstly, the location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and even closer if you exit from the basement of Phoenix City Mall. There are plenty of dining options and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring Beijing by subway or traveling to and from Capital Airport. Secondly, the cleanliness is great. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, the room facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom and shower are very clean. Thirdly, the Citigo brand is known for its well-equipped lobby. The ground floor has a restaurant, billiards, TV, and bar service in the evenings, so you can enjoy the nightlife without even leaving the hotel. However, there's a common issue with Huazhu hotels: staff are asked to call and solicit good reviews... If a hotel is good, I'll naturally give an objective review. These calls are actually quite annoying.

Anonymous UserApart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

XiaoqiyaokaixinyaThis time, I stayed at a hidden gem of a hotel near Universal Studios! You can see the Universal cityscape and even Harry Potter's castle right from the room 🏰, which my kids absolutely loved – they kept snapping photos themselves.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wangfujing Bay, with direct access to the mall from the third floor, making dining and shopping incredibly easy!
During the peak summer season, compared to the Universal Studios Hotel, this place offers fantastic value for money. The stay experience was top-notch. Our butler was exceptionally thoughtful; since it was my child's birthday, they upgraded our room, sent a cake, decorated for the birthday, and even provided 'Little Prince' toiletries for kids.
The hotel is very new, so the room facilities are all fresh and clean. It's also larger than the standard rooms at the Universal Studios Hotel, and the soundproofing is quite good. Ordering takeout was also very convenient!
A special thank you to Joanna Jessica from Guest Relations. She communicated very thoughtfully even before our check-in and was always prompt in her replies after we arrived, making our stay even more comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Universal.

Guest UserFirst time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.

The room isn't very big, and water leaks from under the partition between the shower and the toilet, so after showering, the water flows all over the toilet area, making it impossible to use the toilet. Be careful when entering the lobby at night; if the doors are closed, push them slowly. There are no signs on the doors to indicate which ones are closed or open. There's a lack of 'push' or 'pull' signs, and I ended up bumping my head on a door when I came back that night.

Anonymous UserFront desk staff Cecilia provided excellent service; she was very enthusiastic and followed up throughout my stay, promptly resolving any issues. The hotel room was very clean and tidy, and the views were great. Any requests I had were accommodated efficiently. Also, front desk staff Selina gave me water and helped with my luggage when I checked out, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if housekeeping could provide hair ties, as it can be quite inconvenient if you forget to bring one.

The location is great, very close to the subway, especially Line 8, which is super convenient for watching the flag-raising ceremony and exploring Qianmen Street for food and shopping. The decor is a bit dated, and there's no mini-fridge, but the wide bedside table is very practical, and the bay window is perfect for families. The service was good; they even upgraded us to a room with a view of Zhengyangmen Gate, which was fantastic. Breakfast wasn't very convenient though.
