Great location, free laundry, comfortable fresh room. It was quiet when I was there in July, so I had a good sleep. Stayed there on my way back home, originally intended to stay at a different hotel on Wangfujing (the one I stayed at before), but very glad I booked this hotel instead. The gym has several treadmills, it is right next to the laundry, so you can use it during the wait. The staff at the reception was friendly and professional. There's tea and yogurt served at the reception area. I really enjoyed the hotel overall. The only minor downsides were: 1) several patches of dust I found on the bed after the cleaning one day, 2) the tea supplied at the tea station was not a standard tea and had rather unusual taste (not bad, but different).

Breakfast: I really liked the breakfast; everything was to my taste. Service: The service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. We received fruit upon check-in and a lovely gift upon check-out: two eye masks and a nut gift box, which was a very nice touch. Room: The room was decent, and the accompanying Pu'er tea was fantastic. We stayed on the second floor, but I'd love to try a first-floor courtyard room next time. Afternoon Tea: The bayberry and lychee drink was especially delicious, as was the plum tea. It was also a great spot for photos. Exploring the courtyard was a pleasant experience. Transportation: Qianmen Street and Dashilar are right nearby, offering plenty of convenient food options. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, and getting around by bike is very easy.

Arrived hotel very late in the night, reception lady was very helpful and patient catering to all enquirers. As I do not have a local mobile number, they were helpful to help with food ordering from their APP. Breakfast selection and ambience was quiet, clean , simple . Apartments location is also at a quiet peaceful place and best part near to city third ring road of Beijing

The location of CitiGO Hotel Sanyuanqiao Beijing is definitely a plus. It's just a few hundred meters from Sanyuanqiao Subway Station, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel's overall decor is simple and stylish, and the rooms are clean and refreshing, with very comfortable bedding. They offer a gym, laundry room, and even provide late-night snacks, which is great for business travelers. The staff are friendly and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. I’ve attached a few photos I took during my visit. A special note for families with children: you would be hard-pressed to find a better airport hotel. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped. The Panasonic high-speed hairdryer is better than the Dyson one without a pool. The air conditioner in room 1012 makes a sudden 'dong dong dong' noise after starting; it would be good to investigate the cause. Hygiene: Very satisfied. I love their body lotion. I left a message, and they sent two extra bottles the next day. Environment: It's very close to Universal Studios, just a short taxi ride away. There's a mall nearby which is great for browsing, and you can access it directly from the 3rd floor without having to go outside in the sun. Service: I mentioned it was our honeymoon, so they gave us a room on the 10th floor directly facing Universal Studios, sent us desserts, and the towels in the room were folded into swans. They found my comb while tidying the room and immediately called me. I'm very grateful! Universal Beijing Resort Shuttle Service: Didn't use it, but there are three time slots available for a free shuttle. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. Welcome Fruit: Plums, a bit sour, haha. The pool isn't big, but I had a quick swim, and the view is excellent. Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider revisiting.

Honestly, the hotel reception wasn't great. They weren't welcoming or efficient, and I had to wait in line for ages. Deliveries and takeaways just pile up on the table, and once it's full, they get put on the floor. No one even sends a robot to bring it up; you have to go downstairs yourself and practically rummage around on the floor to find your food (yesterday someone even had their order taken by mistake). The air conditioning in the hotel is broken, so it's hot and humid. Usually, when I'm back in Beijing, I don't stay in hotels, but I made an exception to accompany someone this time and it was a total bust. The only good thing worth mentioning is the 24-hour shuttle bus service to and from Daxing Airport, running every half an hour.

My mom and I were on a business trip and quickly booked a room at this hotel, which looked pretty unassuming, as it was the only one left. There's a Walmart nearby, and it's a short walk to the subway station. What really stood out was the security – three locks on the door from the main entrance to the room, plus a security booth at the street corner, which made us feel very safe. The lobby has vending machines for snacks and a cozy reading area. Our room was spotless, much cleaner than other chain hotels in the same price range. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the bedding was comfortable with good quality pillows. Overall, it's even better than some hotels costing over 700 a night, like the Atour. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area for business.

Our weekend self-drive trip to Club Med Joyview Yanqing Resort exceeded our expectations! Backing onto Songshan Mountain, the air is fresh, and the resort's lawns and flower fields make for perfect photo opportunities. A leisurely stroll through the grounds is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the heated pool has excellent water quality, making water activities very relaxing. The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, and the desserts are delicious. The G.O staff are friendly, and the activities are plentiful: rock climbing, archery, kids' club, and the evening stage shows create a fantastic atmosphere. A special shout-out to Suna for her thoughtful service, always interacting and reminding us of the activity schedule – she's awesome! The all-inclusive package saved us so much hassle; no need to plan, just pure relaxation. It's perfectly suited for a short family getaway. Highly recommended!
