very good experience in this hotel, breakfast is simple but others stuff is good enough to cover it location, kind of receptionist, she allow late check out for us in order to convenient us to store luggage, please take note, even the webpage indicated Free luggage storage, but it's no extra space I the lobby or storeroom for you to store

O hotel fica bem dentro da área cênica, e o ambiente é excelente. Vá primeiro ao saguão para fazer o check-in e você receberá um mapa. Você pode estacionar seu carro ao lado do pequeno prédio onde você mora. As comodidades do quarto são completas, a água quente é muito boa, mas o ar condicionado é muito barulhento. Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon. Cleanliness: Good. Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities. Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids. Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.

Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, that’s the choice.

My husband and I always have a wonderful stay. The Rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeepers always check to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. We will be back soon. Thank you staff for a wonderful stay

Small and simple hotel, bathroom is so small that the toilet blocks half of the shower entrance. not smoker friendly. “Designated smoking area” is in the parking lot, no shade, nowhere to sit. Trash cans overflowing

Room with a view actually didn‘t have a great view so that was disappointing. Good breakfast, different options from day to day.

Strong smell in lift and hallway but luckily not inside the room. Room is OK, bathroom is slightly inconvenient with bathtub + shower curtains. Breakfast was great.
