Hotéis com Spa em Lesser Poland, Poland

We spent 2 nights in hotel 32 this weekend. The hotel is lovely, staff are polite and it’s very clean. The location is okay, approx 10-15 minute walk to the old town square (centre). The only thing I would say is that there’s construction all outside of the hotel and surrounding street, lots of Harris fencing and diggers. Not operational through the night though so not really an issue.

Excelente localização e adorei o buffet de café da manhã. O hotel também tem um café muito agradável. Dá para ir a pé até a cidade velha, o castelo e o rio. Muitas opções veganas também. Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, assim como o motorista que me buscou no aeroporto, providenciado pelo hotel, que foi muito atencioso e nos deu ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer e ver em Cracóvia.

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

O hotel está localizado fora da antiga cidade, com belas vistas para o rio e o castelo Wawel, e acessível por transportes públicos, o que nos fez uma boa escolha.O serviço foi a primeira vista e as instalações satisfazem as nossas necessidades perfeitamente. Gostamos especialmente de piscina e spa livres, de jantar no restaurante que estava aberto até meia-noite, de cama grande e confortável, e de água embainhada todos os dias da nossa estadia. O serviço de cliente cuidou de um tratamento especial Na Sala de chegada para o 70o aniversário do MEU marido. O pessoal foi útil, especialmente no último dia em que o nosso voo foi cancelado e tivemos de reservar um novo, e usamos o Centro de negócios para imprimir passes de embarque e um pequeno-almoço boxeado foi preparado e fornecido no check-out às 2h.

Bardzo udany pobyt,hotel położony na uboczu ale stanowi świetną bazę wypadową do pobliskich atrakcji Oświęcim, Energylandia ,Wadowice,Kęty. Na miejscu świetny personel i bardzo dobre udogodnienia kryty i odkryty basen,spa,restauracja,przytulne duże pokoje a na deser smaczne sniadanko

Достаточно неплохой отель. Понравился ресторан. Мы брали люкс, нас все удовлетворило. Есть проблема в SPA: 1) работает только с 16 вечера.. 2) отель продаёт абонементы для доступа в свой SPA местным «аборигенам», которые живут в соседнем городке. Поэтому вечером людей там очень много, которые не умеют себя нормально вести. Вообщем вы спокойного отдыха в SPA не ждите!

Bardzo miła obsługa i nie robiąca jakichkolwiek problemów z niczym. Począwszy od recepcji przez panie sprzątające a skończywszy na restauracji wszystko super. Wszystko ogarniają a przy tym są niewidoczni więc czujesz się jak u siebie. Wspaniałe miejsce. Kuchnia pyszna, a śniadania po 4 dniach nam się znudziły ale jak to śniadania w hotelu..

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Das Hotel liegt super zwischen Auschwitz und Energylandia. Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Leider haben sie es nur nicht so mit der Sauberkeit. In den 5 Tagen als wir dort waren haben sie es nicht einmal geschafft das Klopapier am Zimmer nach zu füllen. Wir mussten uns selbst drum kümmern. Unterhalb des Hotels ist ein Restaurant und unser Zimmer war genau darüber. Bis 23 Uhr lief im Gastgarten laut Musik. Man hätte glauben können, dass die Musik bei uns im Zimmer war, so laut war es. Sonst war das Zimmer echt größ. Der Kühlschrank am Zimmer war auch sehr laut so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Wir haben ihn abgedreht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Hab schon bessere gesehen aber auch schon sehr viel schlechtere. Man sieht dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber in großen und ganzen war es auch für den Preis gut.

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)
