Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, standard na naprawdę wysokim poziomie. Przepyszne śniadania :)

Excelente localização e adorei o buffet de café da manhã. O hotel também tem um café muito agradável. Dá para ir a pé até a cidade velha, o castelo e o rio. Muitas opções veganas também. Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, assim como o motorista que me buscou no aeroporto, providenciado pelo hotel, que foi muito atencioso e nos deu ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer e ver em Cracóvia.

Хороший отель на окраине Кракова. 10 минут пешком до станции поездов, откуда 7 минут до аэропорта. В номере была вода, чайник, чай и кофе. Рядом, через дорогу - Макдональдс.

The hotel, the structure, the staff, the position close to city Center; everything was just perfect for our stay in Krakov. we also enjoyed the sauna and the small salt chamber, breakfast was not so much of choice but really good, and the chef benedict's egg, just perfect - very recommended!

The breakfast was the best , highly recommended! If you would chose this hotel because of the swimming pool - not recommended at all , full and the working time isn’t convenient , location is great , trams are close

Room was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel.

Bardzo miła obsługa i nie robiąca jakichkolwiek problemów z niczym. Począwszy od recepcji przez panie sprzątające a skończywszy na restauracji wszystko super. Wszystko ogarniają a przy tym są niewidoczni więc czujesz się jak u siebie. Wspaniałe miejsce. Kuchnia pyszna, a śniadania po 4 dniach nam się znudziły ale jak to śniadania w hotelu..

O hotel está em uma localização confortável onde você pode chegar a pé tanto o castelo como o centro histórico através do rio . A estrutura é limpa e com todos em conforto, a única coisa a considerar é que não há possibilidade de relaxar dentro dele, pois é um hotel favorito por famílias com pelo menos 3 filhos , ambientes como o restaurante, bar, e outro não são separados de nada, por isso se um bebê grita, grita para todos, não falamos da piscina onde o eco das gritas fazem de volta à piscina, Spa faz não considerar. Pena. Na próxima noite, excluiremos a cadeia Novotel.
