.My stay in Room 521 was severely impacted by excessive noise, rendering the room unacceptable. The room lacks basic soundproofing. I was kept awake by noise from the adjacent room through what seems to be a non-insulated connecting door. Furthermore, its location next to the hotel's three elevators meant constant disturbance from elevator mechanics and late-night guest chatter. This culminated in being woken up at 5:00 AM by departing guests. This room is fundamentally flawed for anyone seeking rest.

It was an excellent stay at Scarman for me. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a good range of food for breakfast and the selection of food for lunch & dinner was not huge but the food was delicious. I went to the University of Warwick to attend my son's graduation which the venue for the ceremony was within walking distance. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

2nd day stay and towel left 1 supplied. After requesting and send after 2 hrs 3rd day stay same issue and request to send additional. Never send Bad

The front desk officer was so nice. Need to enter the password for the entrance and car park during the night time. Valuable and excellent ocation for drivers.

Prop: O hotel está Na Grande localização.Muitas opções de comida no Templo de Touchwood, EM vez do hotel. O Pessoal do Salão e café Da manhã é fantástico. Eles são amigáveis e úteis. As quartos são espaçosos e a cama é confortável. Cons: A recepção deve ser melhor, e Josh NOS acompanhou no check-in, e ele não é amigável e útil quando algumas perguntas foram feitas. Um amigo meu (um par) foi atribuído a um quarto que a AC não estava a trabalhar. E quando pediu para um quarto mudou, ele disse que não estava disponível. Ele mencionou que era um problema em curso e ofereceu-lhes um fã. Como é possível que ainda vendam um quarto deficiente a um convidado quando sabem que é um problema?Mas se eles querem UMA actualização, eles podem, MAS eles têm que pagar 13 libras!!Eu acho que é estranho! Os MEUS amigos foram presos Na mesma sala até o final de SUA estadia com um FAN! Em geral, estou feliz com a estadia, MAS preciso de correr sobre a atribuição de quartos.

The hotel was located at a quite place and close to public transport (bus stop) which connects to Coventry

Tricky to find your way to this place and at night the location is very isolated didn't feel safe to walk from the Bullring. There was a water problem and I feel it should have been communicated this at check-in however was compensated for water issue and thankful. I stayed in an ensuit and I know it's a hostel however there should at least be a kettle in the room just you get towels for this just my observation. Overall it was a pleasant stay as I would imagine they don't have water issues always.
