what can I say about this hotel...
the first one, there is very polite reception, they can give you good advice and show the best rooms they have to choose.
the second one, really pretty sweeming pool inside, it's looks no so big, but it has a very nice view to the sea and warm water, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
the third, what I really enjoy....full inclusive barbecue dinners only for 7 usd, the waiters looking for you and try to help you with everything they come to you to ask and suggest the best dishes or just bring fruits or juice.
It's the place where the staff really try to take care of you.
after long trip, I really enjoyed the place and got energy for the future steps in my trip to sulawesi Island.

This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious
they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them.

RRonald RamakersFor this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu.
However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast.
There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there.
When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast.
Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions.
Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals.
Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali.
Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself.
In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism.
It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country.

There's a night market by the sea, we didn't eat.
The water on the Luwuk beach is very clear kio.5 The beach hotel is only a few minutes away. The drinks in the restaurant upstairs are delicious and the food tastes average.

RRanopI stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable.
What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me.

SShenzhenFoodieOne of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.
